一、前言压力容器出事故90%以上都属于疲劳失效,而N_f<10~5的应变疲劳在疲劳失效中占很大的比例。所以在压力容器的安全分析和寿命预测方面人们对低周疲劳性能非常重视。 20Cr Mo铸钢及焊接件为常用的压力容器用材,是目前在汽轮机厂做为广泛使用的结构钢,本文就总应变范围恒定的低周疲劳方面对20Cr Mo铸钢及焊接接头在470℃条件下的低周疲劳性能,在单轴拉压应力下低周疲劳寿命曲线、循环应力-应变曲线和相应的六个低周疲劳特征参数的测定等方面进 相似文献

采用HJ2-Ⅱ型超声冲击机对转向架常用16MnR钢十字接头焊趾进行超声冲击处理.采用高分辨透射电镜对冲击后的十字接头焊趾区域表面微观组织进行了分析,利用EHF-EM200K2-070-1A疲劳试验机对16MnR焊态和超声冲击态十字接头进行了疲劳性能的对比试验研究.结果表明,超声冲击后在焊趾及其附近区域获得纳米化组织,超声冲击前后接头试样均断于焊趾;焊态十字接头的条件疲劳极限(2×106)为158 MPa,冲击态十字接头的条件疲劳极限(2×106)为236 MPa,条件疲劳极限提高了49%左右,接头的疲劳寿命延长了45~52倍.超声冲击在提高16MnR十字接头疲劳性能方面具有显著的效果. 相似文献

焊接接头是一个宏观力学不均匀体,力学不均匀性对焊接接头的动态断裂行为有重要的影响。采用MARC有限元程序,对含焊缝中心裂纹的低匹配焊接接头三点弯曲试样的动态断裂响应进行了计算模拟,并采用虚拟裂纹扩展方法计算了动态J积分断裂参量。作为比较,计算了相同条件下全母材及全焊缝三点弯曲试样的动态响应。由于惯性效应的作用,动态载荷响应曲线周期振动,焊接接头试样的动态载荷响应值介于全母材与全焊缝之间。用虚拟裂纹扩展方法计算的动态J积分与路径无关,惯性效应对动态J积分基本没有影响。低匹配焊接接头的动态J积分低于全母材而高于全焊缝。研究结果为承受动载的焊接结构安全评定奠定了基础。 相似文献

Welded joint is a mechanical heterogeneous body, and mechanical heterogeneity has great effect on dynamic fracture behaviour of welded joints. In the present investigation, dynamic response curve and dynamic J-integral of practical undermatched welded joint and whole base and whole weld three-point-bend (TPB) models containing longitudinal crack are computed. Dynamic J-integral is evaluated using virtual crack extension (VCE) method and the computation is performed using MARC finite element code. Because of the effect of inertia,dynamic load response curve of computed model waves periodically. Dynamic J-integral evaluated by VCE method is path independent. The effect of inertia has little influence on dynamic J-integral curve. The value of dynamic J-integral of undermatched welded joint is lower than that of whole base metal and higher than that of whole weld metal. The results establish the foundation of safety evaluation for dynamic loaded welded structures. 相似文献

对高强匹配的T91/12Cr1MoV异种钢焊接接头分别进行常温力学性能和高温持久试验,试验结果表明,常温拉伸试样均断在12Cr1MoV母材侧,接头的强度高于12Cr1MoV母材;接头中焊缝的硬度值最高,为317HV;焊缝常温下的冲击韧性为86kJ/cm^2,高于12Cr1MoV母材;接头的高温持久性能明显低于12Cr1MoV母材,失效位置(接头的薄弱环节)在12Cr1MoV侧的熔合线附近。 相似文献

Hausdorff dimension of fracture surface roughness of welded joint,both welding metal andheat-affected zone.of pressure vessel steel 16MnR,tested under strain-controlled low-cyclefatigue,was examined with computer vision srstem and by two-dimensional variation method.Results show that it decreases with the increase of cyclic hysteresis energy.The Hausdorff di-mension variation at heat-affected zone is greater than that of weld metal.It is believed thatthe greater the fractal dimension is,the longer the fatigue life will be. 相似文献
