N-Octadecyl-N1-maleoyl-L-phenylalanine (ODMA-L-Phe) was synthesized through the condensation, deprotection and acid- ylation reaction of BOC-L-phenylalanine, octadecylamine and maleic anhydride. ODMA-L-Phe can self-assemble in some organic solvents and turned them into thermally reversible physical supramolecular organogels. The morphology of ODMA-L-Phe aggregates was characterized by polarized optical microscopy (POM) and field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). The aggregates of ODMA-L-Phe were needle-like fibrils with diameters of approximately 100-200 nm. The mechanism of ODMA- L-Phe self-assembly in organic solvents was investigated using XH NMR and circular dichroism (CD). The results indicated that hydrogen bonding was one of the main driving forces for the self-assembly of ODMA-L-Phe.  相似文献

A method to determine water content in organic solvents was developed based on the color change of cobalt(Ⅱ) nitrate in different solvents.The color-change mechanism and optimal conditions for determining the water content were investigated.The results showed that there was a good linear relationships between the absorbance of cobalt(Ⅱ) complexes in organic solvents and water contents withγin 0.9989~0.9994.This method has the advantages of low cost,good reproducibility,good sensitivity,simple in operation,fast in detection,friendly to the environment and no limitation on linear range for determining water content.It was used to determine water in samples with a satisfactory recovery in 97.81%~101.24%.  相似文献

Three acidic extractants (Ⅰ) di(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid (HDEHP),(Ⅱ) 2-ethylhexyl phos-phonic acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester (KEHPEHE) and (Ⅲ) naphthenic acid were employed in preparing the samples for the characterization of the coordination structure of lanthanlde-extractant complexes and the physicochemical nature of aggregates formed in the organic diluent of the solvent extraction systems.Photo correlation spectroscopy (PCS) re-suits on the aggregates formed by the partially saponified HDEHP in n -heptane showed that the hydrodynamic radius of the aggregates was comparable to the molecular dimensions of HDEHP.The addition of 2-octanol into the diluent,by which the mixed solvent was formed,increased the dimensions of the corresponding aggregates.Aggregates formed from the ianthamde ions and HDEHP in the organic phase of the extraction systems were found very unstable.In the case of naphthenic acid,PCS data showed the formation of w/o microemulsion from the saponified naphthenic acid in the mix  相似文献

The fluorescence spectra and photodimerization of anthrylmethyl a,w-alkanedioates (A-Mn-A) both in organic and in aqueous organic mixed solvents have been studied.In aqueous organic mixed solvents strong intramolecular excimer emission is detected and the quantum yield for the intramolecular photodimerization is significantly greater than those in organic solvents.These observations suggest that hydrophobic interactions force A-Mn-A molecule to self-coil.The ratio of the head-to-head to head-to-tail products in the intramolecular photodimers of A-Mn-A depends on the length of the linking chain.This work presents a successful example of application of hydrophobic interactions to enhancement of large-ring formation.  相似文献

A series of symmetrical peptidomimetics(3–8) based on cysteine-modified cyclo(L-Lys-L-Lys)s were synthesized, and their gelation capability in organic solvents was dominated by fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl(Fmoc) and triphenylmethyl(Trt) protecting groups and the exchange of thiol-to-disulfide as well. The peptidomimetics holding Trt(3 and 4) showed no gel performance, while the Fmoc groups promoted 5 and 6 to give rise to thermo-reversible organogels in a number of organic solvents. The self-assembled fibrillar networks were distinctly evidenced in the organogels by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observations. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and fluorescence analyses revealed that the hydrogen bonding and ?-? stacking play as major driving forces for the self-assembly of these organogelators. A ?-turn secondary structure was deduced for the organogel of 6 by virtue of X-ray diffraction, FT-IR and circular dichroism(CD) measurements, and an interdigitated bilayer structure was also presented.  相似文献

A new dual fluorescent N,N-dimethylaniline derivative, sodium 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)-benzenesulfonate (SDMAS), is reported. In SDMAS, the electron acceptor is linked to the phenyl ring via a sulfur atom at the para-position of the electron donor. It was found that SDMAS emits dual fluorescence only in highly polar solvent water but not in organic solvents such as formamide, methanol and acetonitrile. In organic solvents only a single-band emission at ca.360 nm was observed in the short wavelength region. The dual fluorescence of SDMAS in water was found at 365 and 475 nm, respectively. Introduction of organic solvent such as ethanol, acetonitrile, and 1,4-dioxane into aqueous solution of SDMAS leads to blue-shift and quenching of the long-wavelength emission. Measurements of steady-state and picosecond time-resolved fluorescence indicate that the long wavelength fluorescence is emitted from a charge transfer (CT) state that is populated from the locally excited (LE) state, with the latter giving off the  相似文献

A phosphrous-containing poly(aryl ether ketone)was synthesized derived from bisphenol-A and bis[4-(4- fluorobenzoyl)phenyl] phenyl phosphine oxide(FPPPO)by nucleophilic substitution reaction.The structure of the polymer was characterized by FT-IR,~1H-NMR and ~(31)p-NMR.The thermal property of the PAEK was measured by DSC and TGA. The glass transition temperature(T_g)of the polymer was 205℃,and the 5% weight loss temperature under nitrogen was 475℃.Good solubility of the polymer in organic solvents,such as N-methylpyrrolidone,dimethylformamide, dimethylacetamide,dimethylsulfoxide and chloroalkanes was observed,flexible film was obtained from the polymer's CH_2Cl_2 solution.The limiting oxygen index(LOI)of the PAEK was 40,which indicated that organic phosphorus moiety can offer good flame retardant property to the polymer.  相似文献

We have studied the palladium-catalyzed alkoxycarbonylation of allyl bromide in supercritical (sc) CO2 and found the reaction rate in sc CO2 was lower than those in some organic solvents1. The possible reason was the lower solubility of sc CO2 for the palladium catalyst. <正>Aromatic/aliphatic polyamides were synthesized from a diamine monomer,2,3-bis-p-aminophenylquinoxaline (Ⅳ),based on quinoxaline and various dicarboxylic acids of aliphatic,aromatic and heterocyclic.The diamine and polyamides were characterized by elemental analysis,FTIR and ~1H-NMR.The solubility of the polyamides was affected by the quinoxaline and heterocyclic groups in the polymer chain.They were all soluble in common organic solvents such as dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO),N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) and N-methylpyrolidone(NMP).The polyamides showed inherent viscosity in the range of 0.25-0.3 dL/g in DMSO at 25℃and good thermal stability with the char yields in the range of 65%-82%at 600℃in nitrogen.  相似文献

Theoretical consideration was proposed for the frequency response of a series piezoelectric sensor to the properties of liquid and verified experimentally. This kind of sensor has sensitive and selective frequency response to the permittivity and specific conductivity of solution with excellent stability, and was applied to the determination of micro-content of water in organic solvents. In this work, we report the synthesis of AB2 shaped amphiphilic azo block copolymer by macromolecular azo coupling reaction. The product and intermediates were characterized by various methods. The selfassembly in selected solvents and photo-responsive behavior of the copolymer were studied by means of UV–vis spectrophotometry and TEM. Spherical aggregates can be obtained by gradually adding water into the solution of this amphiphilic azo block copolymer. A novel diamine monomer, pyridine-2, 6-bis((4-aminophenyl)thioureido)carbonyl(PATC) was synthesized efficiently and polymerized with various aromatic dianhydrides. Consequently, poly(pyridine thiourea-imide)s(PPTIs) with good thermal properties and flame retardancy were fabricated. The structures of PATC and PPTIs were characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectroscopy along with elemental analysis, crystallinity, organosolubility, inherent viscosity and gel permeation chromatographic measurements. PPTIs containing C=S, CONH and meta substituted pyridine moieties in the polymer backbone showed amorphous nature and were readily soluble in highly polar organic solvents and even in less polar solvents such as tetrahydrofuran(THF). Polymers had inherent viscosities in the range of 0.91-1.16 d L/g and molecular weight was found between 68000-77000 g/mol. The electrical properties of the PPTIs were estimated in terms of dielectric constant over a range of frequencies. Their thermal stability was determined by 10% weight loss temperature found in the range of 519-563 °C under inert atmosphere. The glass transition temperature of the polyimides varied between 247 °C and 267 °C. The flame retardant properties of PPTIs were investigated in terms of limiting oxygen index(LOI) which was found in the range of 38.26-39.95. Introduction of thiourea in the polymer backbone is an effective way to improve the thermal stability and flame retardancy. Thus PATC can be considered as an excellent candidate for the synthesis of high performance polymers.  相似文献

Poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) microspheres were prepared by emulsion solvent evaporation method. The influences of inner aqueous phase, organic solvent, PLGA concentration on the morphology of microspheres were studied. The results showed that addition of porogen or surfactants to the inner aqueous phase, types of organic solvents and polymer concentration affected greatly the microsphere morphology. When dichloromethane was adopted as organic solvent, microspheres with porous structure were produced. When ethyl acetate served as organic solvent, two different morphologies were obtained. One was hollow microspheres with thin porous shell under a lower PLGA concentration, another was erythrocyte-like microspheres under a higher PLGA concentration. Three types of microspheres including porous, hollow core with thin porous shell(denoted by hollow in brief) and solid structures were finally selected for in vitro drug release tests. Bovine serum albumin(BSA) was chosen as model drug and encapsulated within the microspheres. The BSA encapsulation efficiency of porous, hollow and solid microspheres was respectively 90.4%, 79.8% and 0. And the ultimate accumulative release was respectively 74.5%, 58.9% and 0. The release rate of porous microspheres was much slower than that of hollow microspheres. The experiment results indicated that microspheres with different porous structures showed great potentials in controlling drug release behavior.  相似文献

Nanometer calcium carbonate was modified with Frechet type polyether dendrons bearing a COOH group at thefocal point by a wet-coating technique in dichloromethane at room temperature. The interaction between CaCO_3 and thedendritic modifier was proven by IR and mass spectroscopy of the modified CaCO_3 after thorough extraction withdichloromethane. The amount of tightly bonded organic modifier was estimated by TGA. It was shown that the amount ofbonded molecules decreased with increasing generation number due to the larger number of branches. Compared tounmodified CaCO_3, the modified CaCO_3 possess different dispersibility in water and in organic solvents.  相似文献

The intermolecular interaction between poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and polystyrene (PS) intetrahydrofuran (THF) and N,N'-dimethyl formamide (DMF) solvents was studied at 28℃ using a dilute solution viscometrymethod. Solvent is believed to play a key role in characterizing the viscosity behavior of the polymer solution. The intrinsicviscosity and viscosity interaction parameter were experimentally measured for the binary (solvent/polymer) and for theternary systems in two solvents. The compatibility of the polymer mixture was discussed in terms of the sign of △b_m. Theresults show that the compatibility of PMMA/PS blend in DMF is larger than that in THF.  相似文献

Organo-soluble fluorinated polyimides were synthesized by the polycondensation of a new aromatic diamine α,α-bis(4-amino-3,5-dimethylphenyl)-4'-fluorophenyl methane with several aromatic dianhydrides.The one-step polymerizationprocedure was conducted at 180℃in m-cresol,producing the polyimides with inherent viscosities of 0.68-0.76 dL.g~(-1).Thepolyimides could be soluble not only in polar aprotic solvents,such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone,and N,N-dimethylacetamide,but also in common organic solvents,such as chloroform,cyclopentanone,m-cresol and so on.Thepolyimide films show excellent transparency with the UV-Vis cut-off lengths of 310-360 nm and light transmittances ofhigher than 80% in the visible region.In addition,the polyimides exhibit good thermal stability with an initial decompositiontemperature(T_d)higher than 530℃and have more than 60% of residual weight retentions at 700℃.  相似文献
