护士长管理素质与护士工作压力相关性的调查与分析

目的 :探讨病房护士长的管理素质与护士工作压力的相关性。方法 :采用问卷调查法对 12 5名护士进行调查 ,调查结果用相关性分析进行统计学处理。结果 :护士长的管理素质与护士工作压力呈负相关。结论 :病房管理者只有努力提高自身的管理素质才能相应地减轻护士的工作压力     

老年脓毒血症患者胆碱酯酶水平与病情及预后的关系

目的探讨脓毒血症患者胆碱酯酶水平与患者病情及预后的关系。方法 2007年6月-2009年6月,将89例脓毒血症患者设定为脓毒血症组,进行血清胆碱酯酶测定及APACHEⅡ评分;另择82例健康人为正常组,测定血清胆碱酯酶值,比较两者之间差异;89例脓毒症患者按病况再分为存活组及死亡组,比较两者之间血清胆碱酯酶及APACHEⅡ评分差异。结果治疗前脓毒血症组胆碱酯酶水平明显低于正常组,有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;脓毒血症组APACHEⅡ评分与血清胆碱酯酶呈负相关;死亡组APACHEⅡ评分明显高于存活组,而血清胆碱酶低于存活组（P〈0.01）。结论胆碱酯酶同APACHEⅡ评分呈负相关,能明显反映脓毒症患者病情严重程度及预后。     

Significance of the duration of arterial hypertension and the age of the patient in shaping the structure and function of the left ventricle

Echography was used to study 28 parameters reflecting the structure and function of the left ventricle in 148 patients suffering from stages I and II arterial hypertension. A close correlation was established between arterial hypertension standing and the thickness of the interventricular septum in the systole and diastole (r = 0.71) and the thickness of the posterior wall of the left ventricle in the systole (r = 0.80). The correlation is significant for the muscular mass of the left ventricle, index of the muscular mass of the left ventricle and the telediastolic size of the free wall of the left ventricle. Arterial hypertension standing is not in a good agreement with the size and volumes of the left ventricle. As poorly controlled and noncontrolled hypertension persists the concentric type hypertrophy of the left ventricle progresses without any material alterations in regional contractile function.     

Patellar hypomobility and the flexibility of the iliotibial band and the femoral quadriceps

Background. The aim of our study was to determine whether or not the flexibility of the iliotibial band and femoral quadriceps have an impact on patellar hypomobility, due to their connections with the patellar stabilizers. Material and methods. We examined 62 patients (44 females, 18 males) with a median age of 15 years (range 9-19). All these patients had patellofemoral dysfunction in the tested knees (101). The medial and distal glide of the patella were tested with a manual test according to Kaltenborn's scale. Ober's test was performed to test the tightness of the iliotibial band. The flexibility of the quadriceps femoris was tested while the patient was lying prone with the tested leg on the couch and the other beside it. Results. Statistical analysis based on the c2 test (P=0.05) found no dependence between the flexibility parameters of the iliotibial band or the femoral quadriceps and the parameters of patellar hypomobility. Of the tested joints, 37.6% showed hypomobile patella and positive Ober's test, while 34.7% had hypomobile patella and a positive test for femoral quadriceps flexibility. Conclusions. The flexibility of the iliotibial band and femoral quadriceps has no direct influence on passive patellar hypomobility, but can affect the biomechanics of the patellofemoral joint and the location of the point of contact on articular surfaces during dynamic knee work. The flexibility of these muscles should be a diagnostic factor in patients with patellofemoral dysfunction.     

尿便失禁患儿清洁灌肠的体位与插管深度的探讨

由于小儿尿便失禁手术对肠道清洁程度要求较高 ,故术前肠道准备 ,尤其是术前的清洁灌肠显得尤为重要 ,它直接关系到手术的成败。我院结合患儿情况 ,摸索出了适合尿便失禁患儿的灌肠方法 (以下简称改良法 ) ,与常规的体位与插管深度不同 ,效果理想 ,现报告如下。1　资料与方法1 1　一般资料。 80例腰骶部脊髓脊膜膨出修补术后尿便失禁患儿 ,其中男 5 1例 ,女 2 9例 ,年龄 6～ 10岁 6 8例 ,11～14岁 12例。均采用“双侧髂腰肌加强盆底肌、回肠去黏膜带血管蒂浆肌层补片加强膀胱逼尿肌”的术式。术前会阴部检查 :肛门哆开、直肠黏膜不同程度外…
