The relationship between the electrical resistivity of carbon fiber reinforced concrete(CFRC) containing different carbon fiber contents and temperature was studied.it is found that carbon fiber contents influence greatly on the temperature sensibility of CFRC road material.Only with a certain amount of carbon fiber can CFRC show a sensitive and stable temperature sensibility.  相似文献

The TiO2 films were prepared on slides by dc reactive magnetron sputtering, then the samples were annealed at 300°C, 350°C, 400°C, 450°C, 500°C and 550°C, respectively. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to obtain the TiO2 film crystalline structure; X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to study the film surface stoichiometries; surface morphologies were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM); the contact angle was tested to indicate the TiO2 film wettability; and the photocatalytic activity testing was conducted to evaluate the photocatalysis properties. The photocatalytic activity and contact angle testing results were correlated with the crystallinity, surface morphologies and surface ·OH concentration of TiO2 films. The samples with a higher polycrystalline anatase structure, rough surface and high ·OH concentration displayed a better photoinduced hydrophilicity and a stronger photocatalysis. The effects of annealing temperatre on the electrical conducitivity and mechanical property of Cu-Te alloys were studied via an AG-10TA electronic universal machine, an SB2230 digital electric bridge, SEM, EDS and XPS. The results show the electrical conductivity increases while the tensile strength fluctuates when the annealing temperature becomes higher because the recrystallization occurs during the annealing process, leading to the density of dislocation decreasing, grain size growing up, but the second phase precipitating sufficiently and simultaneously.  相似文献

Using a self-designed temperature testing box in which Xenon-lamp irradiation can be applied, the afterglow feature of SrAl2O4: Eu, Dy as a function of temperature has been researched. Two sorts of SrAl2O4 : Eu, Dy phosphors, namely highest quality commercial one and the self-synthesized one by solid-state reaction process were employed. Results reveal a common phenomenon behaving as phosphorescent sudden extinguishments at a certain low temperature although their threshold temperature value ( about 223 K) has a slight difference . The general charueteristic for the influence of temperature on the afterglow feature presents, compared to the luminescent decay at room temperature (RT), a bigger and faster decrease of phosphorescent brightness with the reduction of temperature, while decay curves still maitain the same pattern composed of a quick decline part and a platform falling part during which the phosphorescent brightness at 273 K is only aboat 1/2 as big as that at RT, and at 253 K the figure has changed to about 1/3. Finally , the reason of previous observed results has been analyzed briefly in theory.  相似文献

Eight kinds of Mg-RE alloys were prepared. The distribution, evolution, and effects of RE Ce and Y in the investigated alloys were studied by examining the mechanical properties of Mg alloys using X-ray diffraction and scan electron analysis, and by TEM observation. The results show that among the investigated alloys, ZK60-1.5? and ZK60-1.0%Y possessed the optimal mechanical properties. Ce and Y were distributed on the grain boundary during casting. After extrusion and T5 (150℃/0-24 h) heattreatment, Ce and Y were distributed along the extrusion direction and they existed in compound form for both as-casting and asextrusion specimens. The mechanical properties of the investigated alloys were better than those of ZK60 because of the solid solution strengthening of RE and the dispersion strengthening of Mg-RE or Mg-Zn-RE compounds.  相似文献

针对在沸腾现象中出现的汽柱现象,抽象出单个汽柱,建立了绕汽柱Marangoni对流的物理模型和数学模型。采用涡量—流函数,利用有限差分法数值模拟了微重力条件下绕汽柱Marangoni对流,得到了汽柱附近液体区域的温度场和流场分布,并进一步分析了无量纲参数Ma、Pr对Marangoni对流的作用规律。结果表明:汽柱汽-液界面上温度梯度的存在,诱发了Marangoni对流;Marangoni对流随着Ma数的增大而在整个液体区域内扩展增强,导致温度分布的非均匀程度愈强烈;Pr数愈大,整个液体区域内的Marangoni对流有减弱趋势,温度分布的非线性程度减弱。这一结论为太空临界热控制提供了一定的理论基础。  相似文献

应用数值分析方法求解了表面波度对线接触往复运动工况下的热弹性流体动力润滑的影响.分析中假设所研究的润滑油服从Ree-Eyring流变模型,使用3种冲程长度,并使这3种冲程下冲程中心的卷吸速度值完全相等.表面波度扰乱了压力、膜厚和油膜中层温升的分布.由于表面波度的影响,一个周期的两个冲程内的油膜的变化不再一致.同光滑表面接触相比,表面波度在一个周期内提升了油膜中的最大压力和最大温升.降低了最小膜厚和摩擦因数.表面波度对油膜中最大压力的变化影响最大.  相似文献

本文研究了不同速度调节幅值对铸嘴型腔流场和温度场的影响,通过仿真分析,结果表明:入口速度变化幅值越大,型腔出口处熔体速度、温度过渡到稳定速度、温度的时间越长。这就为找出布流调整可行域,实现铸嘴型腔流场和温度场的在线调节提供了依据。  相似文献
