二向色分光镜是MD投影机中的分色元件。在基板玻璃上镀有分光膜,白色光源照射在二向色分光镜上,部分波段的光反射,部分波段的光透射,因为波段不同,所以在两个方向上呈现不同的色光。这种二向色分光原理,在投影机光学引擎中得到应用。利用两个二向色分光镜,分别镀有两种不同的分光膜,将白色光分解为R、G、B三基色光。也可利用二向色分光原理做成合色棱镜,将三基色光合成后形成彩色图像。 相似文献

报道了利用脱氯化氢反应制备可溶性聚(2,5二己氧基)对苯乙炔(PDHOPV),这种聚对苯乙炔(PPV)衍生物在波长450~550nm范围内具有强的光学吸收,最大吸收峰位于499nm处。采用简并四波混频(DFWM)技术对PDHOPV薄膜的非线性光学特性进行研究。结果表明:PDHOPV具有大的三阶非线性光学特性;激发波长为532nm的共振三阶非线性系数和1.064μm的非共振三阶非线性系数分别为9.6×10-10esu和2.1×10-11esu;电子共振增强有利于提高三阶非线性光学系数。 相似文献

通过研究生长不同Gd离子和Y离子配比组份的GdxY1 -xCa4 O(BO3) 3晶体 ,得到了室温下可以实现非临界相位匹配产生 10 64nm三次谐波的新型非线性光学晶体Gd0 .37Y0 .6 3Ca4 O(BO3) 3。报道了GdxY1 -xCa4 O(BO3) 3晶体实现10 64nm三次谐波的相位匹配角。用电光调Q的Nd∶YAG激光器对一块长 11mm ,Y 轴切割的Gd0 .37Y0 .6 3Ca4 O(BO3) 3晶体进行了转换效率的测量 ,其结果为 14 7%。 相似文献

提出了一种新的、实现光CDMA的方案。它采用平衡发射和接收技术同时使用Mach-Zehnder干涉链来进行地址编码。该CDMA系统接近波分复用的性能,但是也面临一些有待解决的问题,例如多用户时的谱干扰,散弹噪声等。而本系统可以在非相干调制光系统中得到地址码的真正正交,从而改善系统的性能。 相似文献

NLAI is based on both the gradients and the curvature of the signals with the predicted subsection, it is characterized by adaptive nonlinear interpolation method with extracting the characteristics of signals, Experimental research testifies the validity of the algorithm using the echoes of the Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR). Thin films of CdS were grown by low-pressure metalorganic chemical vapour deposition (LP-MOCVD, 10−2 Torr) on GaAs(100) and borosilicate glass using the novel single-source precursor bis(diethylmonothiocarbamato)cadmium(II). The deposition of CdS was observed at substrate temperatures of 300 °C and above. Uniform adherent films of CdS were grown on GaAs(100) at temperatures between 350 and 450°C. CdS films deposited on glass were generally transparent with small crystallites (∽50 nm). Films were characterised by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy and shown to be of hexagonal phase. A band gap of 2.39 eV was measured for the films of CdS. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

The solution of carrier diffusion equations typically associated with semiconductor optical devices has been achieved by combining a function expansion scheme, using the Hermite-Gauss functions as the basis set, with the collocation numerical procedure. Results for a wide range of cases obtained by this new scheme compare very favorably with those calculated with other methods. Not only is the present process computationally fast and efficient, but it has the added attraction of providing the basis for conveniently solving also the nonlinear electromagnetic wave equation for the self-consistent modeling of such devices 相似文献
