以石墨粉为原料,通过简便的氧化还原法制备了石墨烯。将石墨烯极片在有机电解液体系中组装成超级电容器。利用XRD、SEM对制备的石墨烯电极进行物相和形貌分析。采用恒电流充放电、循环伏安和交流阻抗对所制备超级电容器的电容性能进行了研究。结果表明,石墨烯电极超级电容器比天然石墨制备的超级电容器的比电容有了明显的提高;在电流密度为200mA/g,电压区间为1.25~2.5V下循环888次后比电容保持在45.5F/g,容量保持率在85.5%,表明石墨烯材料制备的电容器具有较好的充放电循环性能。  相似文献

以氧化石墨烯为原料,通过水热反应和高温焙烧过程制备了三维石墨烯柱状体材料。采用机械力学测试方法分析三维石墨烯的可压缩性能,将其作为超级电容器的电极材料测试其电化学性能。结果表明,三维石墨烯呈多孔网状结构,具有良好的可压缩性能和机械性能。电极片厚度为2 mm,铝塑外包尺寸为5 cm×6 cm的对称超级电容器在电流密度为0.1 A/g下比电容为175 F/g,在电流密度为1 A/g下充放电循环10 000次后比电容保持率为81.9%。在加载不同大小压力压缩状态下,其保持了良好的电容性能。  相似文献

利用以苯胺与过硫酸铵制备的聚苯胺和改进的Hummers法制备的氧化石墨烯(GO)为原料,将聚苯胺分散于GO浊液中,再对GO进行还原,制备超级电容器电极材料石墨烯(RGO)/聚苯胺(PANI)复合材料(GRP),利用X射线衍射(XRD)对其结构进行了表征,并对复合材料电化学性能进行了测试。结果表明,复合材料展示良好比电容特性,同时又具有稳定电化学性能。GRP在0.1A/g的电流密度下比电容达到510F/g,1.0A/g电流密度下比电容为485F/g,经过2000次的充放电循环后比电容保持率为92%,即复合物比电容远大于石墨烯,在化学稳定性上远好于PANI。放电响应效率高,在电极中电解质离子容易扩散和迁移。  相似文献

采用电化学沉积工艺,在MEMS超级电容器的三维结构集流体上制备出聚吡咯(PPy)、聚吡咯/碳纳米管(PPy/CNT)、聚吡咯/石墨烯(PPy/GR)三种类型的膜电极。采用SEM对三种膜电极进行形貌观察,采用循环伏安、交流阻抗、恒电流充放电和循环充放电研究三种膜电极的电化学电容性能。结果表明,复合电极的微观结构稳定,复合薄膜和集流体之间的结合力大;基于三种膜电极的MEMS超级电容器电容量依次增大,阻抗依次减小,放电电流为1 mA时,比电容分别达到7.0、8.0、8.3 mF/cm2,经过5 000次恒流充放电循环后,电容器的比电容分别保持了原来的72.9%、85.0%和89.2%。在PPy电极中引入CNT或GR后,MEMS超级电容器的电化学和膜电极结构稳定性可得到明显改善。  相似文献

以2-巯基吡啶(PySH)为氧化还原活性介质,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为聚合物基体,采用溶液共混法制备了PVA-H2SO4-PySH凝胶电解质,研究了Py-SH添加量对凝胶电解质离子电导率的影响,并组装了活性炭电极超级电容器,利用循环伏安、恒流充放电、交流阻抗谱和自放电等测试对超级电容器电化学性能进行了表征。结果表明,PySH的引入提高了凝胶电解质的离子电导率,同时也改善了超级电容器的电化学性能,在相同电流密度下,超级电容器电极比电容由137F/g提高为394F/g,能量密度由3.6Wh/kg提高到12.4Wh/kg,经过3000次充放电循环后比电容保持率为89%。  相似文献

采用化学氧化法制得氧化石墨烯(GO),再用NaBH4还原得到石墨烯(GN);以二氧化锰为氧化剂,室温下通过化学氧化聚合法制备了聚苯胺/石墨烯复合材料(PANI/GN)。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及X-射线衍射(XRD)对其结构和形貌进行了表征。以PANI/GN为活性物质制备电极,1.0mol/L H2SO4水溶液为电解液组装超级电容器,用循环伏安法(CV)和恒电流充放电技术分别测试了PANI/GN电化学性能,在0.1A/g的电流密度下的比容量为468.5F/g,经过1000次连续充放电,电容保持率为84.9%。与PANI、GN单一材料相比,PANI/GN复合物具有较高的比电容和很好的循环稳定性。  相似文献

采用水热法在阳极氧化的TiO_2纳米管阵列上修饰MnO_2,制备MnO_2/TiO_2复合物电极,并组装为对称超级电容器。利用FESEM、TEM、XPS和电化学工作站对样品的表面形貌、元素价态和电化学性能进行表征。结果表明:MnO_2以纳米颗粒形态均匀分布在TiO_2纳米管阵列管口和内部,充放电电流密度在1A/g下时,比电容为429.3F/g,经5 000次循环后的电容保持率为82.4%。MnO_2/TiO_2对称超级电容器在电流密度5A/g下充放电比电容为39.9F/g,经5 000次循环后的电容保持率为91.5%;功率密度400 W/kg下,能量密度为18.98 Wh/kg。阳极氧化的TiO_2纳米管阵列既可做MnO_2的载体,基底Ti又可做集流体,减轻了超级电容器的质量,为制备超级电容器提供了一种思路。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The production of ferrous metal increased during the Roman Late Republican period, Principate and Empire. The direct bloomery process was used to extract the metal from its ores using slag-tapping and slag-pit furnaces. The fuel was charcoal and an air blast was introduced by bellows-operated tuyères. Iron formed as a bloom, often as a spongy mass of metal, which contained impurities from the smelting process, including unreacted ore, fuel, slag and fragments from the furnace walls, while the metal was often inhomogeneous with varied carbon contents. Blooms were either smithed directly into bars or ingots or they were broken up, which also allowed the removal of gross impurities and a selection of pieces with similar properties to be made. These could then be forge-welded together and formed into characteristically shaped ingots. Making steel in the furnace seems to have been achieved: it depended on the ore and the furnace and conditions within it. Surface carburization was also carried out. Iron and steel were used extensively in construction and for tools and weapons. Fire welding was often used to add pieces of steel to make the edges of tools and weapons, which could be heat-treated by quenching to harden them.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
