On Inverse Limits and Direct Limits for Fuzzy Topological Spaces

Li has introduced the concepts of inverse system and direct system for fuzzy topological spaces and studied inverse limits and direct limits on such spaces by presenting the explicit constructions of these limits.In this paper some important concepts of fuzzy topology,such as,product fuzzy topology,quotient fuzzy topology,fuzzy continuity etc.,are used for further study of inverse limits and direct limits for fuzzy topological spaces.     

On fuzzy multi-valued functions part 2: Some topological properties

In this paper new topological concepts connected with fuzzy multi-valued functions theory-as presented in the first part of this work-are introduced and their properties are investigated. As will be shown in future papers these concepts and properties are indispensable in connection with the analysis of fuzzy economic systems.     

More on θ-compact fuzzy topological spaces

Recently, El-Naschie has shown that the notion of fuzzy topology may be relevant to quantum particle physics in connection with string theory and ε^∞ theory. In 2005, Caldas and Jafari have introduced θ-compact fuzzy topological spaces. The purpose of this paper is to investigate further properties of θ-compact fuzzy topological spaces. Moreover, the notion of θ-closed fuzzy topological spaces is introduced and properties of it are obtained.     

On fuzzy semi δ-<Emphasis Type="Italic">V</Emphasis> continuity in fuzzy δ-<Emphasis Type="Italic">V</Emphasis> topological space

New concepts of fuzzy semi δ-V and fuzzy semi δ-Λ sets were introduced in our work “On fuzzy semi δ-Λ sets and fuzzy semi δ-V sets V-6,” J. Trip. Math. Soc., 6, 81–88 (2004). It was shown that the family of all fuzzy semi δ-V sets forms a fuzzy supra topological space on X denoted by (X, FS ^δV ). The aim of this paper is to introduce the concept of fuzzy semi δ-V continuity in a fuzzy δ-V topological space. Finally, some properties, preservation theorems, etc., are studied. A New Form of Fuzzy Compact Spaces and Related Topics via Fuzzy Idealization

Fuzzy ideals and the notion of fuzzy local function were introduced and studied by Sarkar[12] and by Mahmoud in [9]. The purpose of this paper deals with a fuzzy compactness modulo a fuzzy ideal. Many new sorts of weak and strong fuzzy compactness have been introduced to fuzzy topological spaces in the last twenty years but not have been studied using fuzzy ideals so,the main aim of our work in this paper is to define and study some new various types of fuzzy compactness with respect to fuzzy ideals namely fuzzy L-compact and L*-compact spaces. Also fuzzy compactness with respect to ideal is useful as unification and generalization of several others widely studied concepts. Possible application to superstrings and E∞ space-time are touched upon.     

On convergence theory in fuzzy topological spaces and its applications

In this paper we introduce and study new concepts of convergence and adherent points for fuzzy filters and fuzzy nets in the light of the Q-relation and the Q-neighborhood of fuzzy points due to Pu and Liu [28]. As applications of these concepts we give several new characterizations of the closure of fuzzy sets, fuzzy Hausdorff spaces, fuzzy continuous mappings and strong Q-compactness. We show that there is a relation between the convergence of fuzzy filters and the convergence of fuzzy nets similar to the one which exists between the convergence of filters and the convergence of nets in topological spaces.     

Fuzzy Soft Topological Groups

Notions of Lowen type fuzzy soft topological space are introduced and some of their properties are established in the present paper. Besides this, a combined structure of a fuzzy soft topological space and a fuzzy soft group, which is termed here as fuzzy soft topological group is introduced. Homomorphic images and preimages are also examined. Finally, some definitions and results on fuzzy soft set are studied.     

Nuclei for totally point determining graphs

The nucleus (edge nucleus) of a point determining graph is defined by Geoffroy and Sumner to be the set of all points (edges) whose removal leaves the graph point determining. It is the purpose of this paper to develop the analogous concepts for totally point determining graphs, that is, graphs in which distinct points have distinct neighborhoods and closed neighborhoods.     

关于生成I(L)-fuzzy拓扑空间问题的研究

以生成I(L)拓扑空间为基础,首先引入了Ω_L,I_L等算子及I(L)-fuzzy拓扑空间的概念,其次研究了该拓扑空间的基本性质及算子的相应运算规则,最后讨论了此拓扑空间与I(L)-fuzzy拓扑空间的关系.得到了生成I(L)-fuzzy拓扑空军的相应性质.     

Fuzzy automata based on lattice-ordered monoid with algebraic and topological aspects

The purpose of this work is to study some algebraic and topological concepts of fuzzy automata with the membership values in lattice-ordered monoids. Unlike the usual fuzzy automata, we show that such concepts are affected by the associated monoid structure.     

A characterization of totally normal structure

In this note it is proved that a subsetA of a locally convex topological vector spaceE has normal structure with respect to every continuous seminorm onE — called totally normal structure — iff every bounded convex subset ofA is precompact. Some consequences are discussed.     

Actions of totally disconnected groups and equivariant singular homology

We study equivariant singular homology in the case of actions of totally disconnected locally compact groups on topological spaces. Theorem A says that if G is a totally disconnected locally compact group and X is a G-space, then any short exact sequence of covariant coefficient systems for G induces a long exact sequence of corresponding equivariant singular homology groups of the G-space X. In particular we consider the case where G is a totally disconnected compact group, i.e., a profinite group, and G acts freely on X. Of special interest is the case where G is a p-adic group, p a prime. The conjecture that no p-adic group, p a prime, can act effectively on a connected topological manifold, is namely known to be equivalent to the famous Hilbert-Smith conjecture. The Hilbert-Smith conjecture is the statement that, if a locally compact group G acts effectively on a connected topological manifold M, then G is a Lie group.     

Fuzzy SP-irresolute functions

In this paper, fuzzy SP-irresolute, fuzzy SP-irresolute open and fuzzy SP-irresolute closed functions between fuzzy topological spaces in ostak sense are defined. Their properties and the relationships between these functions and other functions introduced previously are investigated. Next fuzzy SP-connectedness is introduced and studied with the help of r-fuzzy strongly preopen sets.

引入I-fuzzy拓扑空间中的I—fuzzy第一可数性,I—fuzzy第二可数性,I—fuzzy稠密性,I—fuzzy可分性,I-fuzzyLindelbf性等概念。界定了它们的本质性质,并讨论了它们之间的关系,还给出了第一可数I-fuzzy拓扑空间中的映射连续性的序列刻画。     

灰拓扑群

给出了灰拓扑群的定义及有关定理,在此基础上讨论灰拓扑群与Fuzzy拓扑群、一般拓各之关系,并且研究了灰拓扑群的子群。     

A theorem on totally multiplicative functions

In this paper we resolve in the affirmative a conjecture of Emma Lehmer that there are exactly two totally multiplicative functions F taking on values ±1, with F(2)=+1, for which there are no positive integers a,a+2, a+3 with F(a)=F(a+2)=F(a+3)=+1.Research supported by Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Canada Grant #A-7233     

Characterizations of totally ordered sets by their various endomorphisms

We characterize totally ordered sets within the class of all ordered sets containing at least three-element chains using a simple relationship between their isotone transformations and the so called 2-, 3-, 4-endomorphisms which are introduced in the paper. Another characterization of totally ordered sets within the class of ordered sets of a locally finite height with at least four-element chains in terms of the regular semigroup theory is also given.     

On fuzzy covering properties

The purpose of this paper is to introduce properties of the notion of α-compactness for fuzzy topological spaces. Moreover, α _c-compact spaces are introduced and properties of them are also discussed for fuzzy topological spaces.      

On separation axioms and Ti-fuzzy continuity

We introduce and generalise concepts of T;-continuous functions in a fuzzy setting and study them in connection with the fuzzy continuity and fuzzy separation axioms. Some fuzzy topological properties are also investigated under such functions.     

m-Uniformization and metrization of fuzzy topological spaces

In this paper the fuzzy pseudo metric is introduced in the fuzzy unit interval and based on it theorems on m-uniformization and metrization of fuzzy topological spaces are proved.
