二溴对甲基偶氮磺光度法测定金属锌中微量铅

研究二溴对甲基偶氮磺与铅的反应,建立了直接测定金属锌中铅含量的光度分析方法.在0.144 mol/L盐酸介质中,铅与二溴对甲基偶氮磺形成蓝色配合物,最大吸收波长为630 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为8.34×104;在25 ml的溶液中,铅量在0～60 μg范围内符合比尔定律.显色反应具有很好灵敏度和选择性,主要共存离子均有较大允许量.可用于金属锌中铅的直接测定,测定结果与理论值相符,RSD为1.85%～2.56%.     

用二溴对甲基偶氮溴磺新显色剂光度法测定铝合金中微量铅

研究了在酸性介质中,新显色剂二溴对甲基偶氮溴磺与铅的显色反应。在3mol/L的磷酸介质中,显色剂与铅 形成2∶1的稳定的蓝色络合物。其最大吸收波长为640nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.06×105,铅含量在0～25μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。大多数金属离子的允许量在毫克量级。拟定的方法用于铝合金中微量铅的测定,结果令人满意。     

二溴对甲基偶氮甲磺与铅显色反应的研究及其应用

研究了新试剂二溴对甲基偶氮甲磺对铅的高灵敏度、高选择性的光度测定方法。在酸性介质中,铅与二溴对甲基偶氮甲磺形成络合比为１：２的蓝色络合物,最大吸收波长为６４２ｎｍ,摩尔吸光系数为８．２８×１０￣４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣（－１）·ｃｍ￣（－１）。已应用于铜合金中微量铅的光度测定,不需分离,方法简便,快速、准确。

研究了二溴对甲基偶氮磺与钡的显色反应,建立了直接测定硅铝钡合金中钡含量的分光光度分析方法。在0.36 mol/L磷酸介质中,钡与二溴对甲基偶氮磺形成1∶5蓝色络合物,最大吸收波长为624 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.38×104L.mol-1.cm-1。25 mL显色液中,钡质量在0~20μg内符合比尔定律,显色反应具有很好的选择性,主要共存离子均有较大允许量,可用于硅铝钡合金中钡含量的直接测定。     

新显色剂二溴对甲基偶氮磺的合成及光度法测定铈组稀土元素

合成了新显色剂二溴对甲基偶氮磺并用于铈组稀土元素的光度测定。在酸性介质中，试剂与铈等稀土元素形成蓝色络合物，在６３３ｎｍ处具有最大吸收。铈含量在０～２０μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律，方法应用于钢铁中铈组稀土的直接测定，有良好的准确性和重现性。     

新显色剂二溴对甲基偶氮甲磺与铋显色反应的研究及应用

研究了铋(Ⅲ)与二溴对甲基偶氮甲磺的显色反应及其应用.结果表明在酸性介质中,该试剂与铋(Ⅲ)形成稳定的蓝色络合物,配合比为12,其最大吸收波长为645nm,表面摩尔吸光系数为1.0×105,铋(Ⅲ)在0～25μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律.将该方法用于铸铁、铜合金中微量铋的测定,获得了满意的结果.     

新显色剂2,6-二溴-4-氨磺酰基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯与镍(Ⅱ)显色反应的研究及应用

本文研究了用新显色剂2,6-二溴-4-氨磺酰基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(DBSDAA)光度测定镍(Ⅱ)的高灵敏方法.在TritonX-100存在下,于pH10.3的硼砂—氢氧化钠介质中,镍与该试剂生成1:2的稳定红色配合物,最大吸收波长位于535nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.59×10~5.镍(Ⅱ)浓度在0～6μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律.方法用于铝合金和煤矸石中微量镍测定,结果满意.
