We review the emerging reliability issues associated with high-performance SiGe HBT technologies which are being increasingly deployed in a wide variety of mixed-signal circuit applications. For the purposes of this work, we define the concept of device "reliability" to be broader than its standard usage in the industry, to include all possible transistor degradation mechanisms, for all possible mixed-signal circuit designs, in any of the various intended mixed-signal applications. For instance, in addition to classical device reliability mechanisms associated with reverse emitter-base and high forward current density stress, new reliability issues for SiGe HBTs, including impact-ionization induced "mixed-mode" stress, scaling-induced breakdown voltage compression and operating point instabilities, geometrical scaling-induced low-frequency noise variations, and the impact of ionizing radiation on device and circuit reliability, are also addressed.  相似文献

基于CSMC0.5um CMOS工艺,给出了一款3轴电容式微加速度计接口ASIC的详细设计方案。利用时分复用技术实现了使用同一电路模块同时检测3个轴向的加速度信号,利用相关双倍采样技术提高了电容电压转换的分辨率,利用Sigma_Delta调制技术对电路噪声进行有效整形。仿真得到系统的分辨率为0.91 a F/Hz1/2,3个轴向的噪声密度分别为43.60μg/Hz1/2、43.60μg/Hz1/2和45.70μg/Hz1/2,3个轴向输出数字脉冲信号占空比的非线性度分别为1.38%、0.91%和1.79%。  相似文献

本文在综合考虑了传感器特性、信号传输和现场应用等因素的基础上,设计了一种高可靠性可编程低通滤波器.与传统的信号滤波器相比,具有带宽可编程选择、放大倍数可灵活调整、可靠性高等优点.通过实验测试及其工程应用,验证了该滤波器操作的方便性、可靠性和良好的滤波效果,很好地满足了测量要求.  相似文献

While it is pointed out that probabilistic methods for the reliability assessment of composite generation and bulk transmission in electric power systems are still under development, an overview is given of the purposes and uses of power systems reliability studies. Probabilistic indices and reliability criteria are discussed. The features of a comprehensive reliability program to compute these indices are listed, and of these features, those required in selected applications are examined. 文章叙述全定制专用电路设计过程中动态电流的建模及评估方法。这一工作是基于已开发的原理图逻辑仿真器及布局图性能模拟器工具在底层进行的。电流模型库的建立为设计人员进一步分析动态功耗,计算电磁兼容指标等提供了依据。通过样本动态电流从时域到频域的转换,与实际测量给出的频谱分析曲线对比,其结果是满意的。  相似文献

针对某引信在膛内工作时出现的问题,设计一种小型的能够承受膛内发射和撞地时高冲击过载的存储测试装置,并对其进行测量.这套独立的弹载存储测试装置采用自主开发的弹载测试专用ASIC-HB0202,具有微体积、微功耗和可靠性高的特点.本测试系统安装在体积很小的引信腔内,不需要对弹丸进行改装,在一次实验过程中能够完成对引信在膛内整个运动过程的三轴加速度、转速等多路参数的测量,并已成功测得多组数据,是引信故障分析和改进设计的重要手段.  相似文献

A generalized approach to the use of continuous distribution approximation for generating capacity reliability evaluation is presented. The well-known Gram-Charlier's expression is a special case of this general formulation. Using this formulation, any continuous distribution function can be examined for its suitability for modeling generation systems. Different procedures are defined and compared to extract the statistical distribution of the thermal cycles experienced by power devices that are installed in hybrid vehicles and operated according to arbitrary mission profiles. This enables both to design efficient accelerated tests tailored on realistic data and to provide the input for lifetime prediction models. Initially, the system lifetime is predicted under the assumption of linear accumulation of the damage produced by low cycling fatigue. Also, a novel prediction model based on some fundamental equations is introduced which takes into consideration the creep experienced by compliant materials when they are submitted to thermal cycles.  相似文献

For electronic payments, the communication link has to be reliable. Dedicated short-range communication (DSRC) is a proposed solution for the automatic debiting of vehicles in an electronic toll collection (ETC) system without disturbing the traffic flow. The requirements on the reliability of such a system are high, which implies that only large-scale simulations with a lot of detail are effective for analyzing occasional errors. In this paper, a hierarchical approach is worked out that allows such simulations of the communication link, with a 80% reduction of the computational effort compared to simulation with full detail.  相似文献

In this paper, a new concept for using simple wireless sensors for detecting and locating faults in an unearthed electrical distribution network is presented. The concept is based on distributed wireless sensors that are attached to the incoming and outgoing power lines of different feeders and branches. A sensor measures only the phase current characteristics of the wire it is attached to, is not synchronized to other sensors, and does not need configuration of triggering levels. The main novelty of the concept is in detecting and locating faults by using the electrical distribution system aspects and the Bayesian probability theory. The feasibility and selectivity of the concept is shown with several simulations done with the Matlab SimPowerSystems environment. In addition, a new design of a wireless application-specific integrated circuit sensor for the proposed fault-management concept is presented.  相似文献
