使用回转器-电容模型代替传统的磁件建模方法,能够直接建立磁件的等效电路模型.在这种模型中,绕组被等效为回转器,磁导等效为电容.由于回转器-电容模型建模方便、电磁信息完整,近年来受到相关研究人员的关注.本文针对回转器电容模型的研究生教学,结合该模型的知识特点,将教学的结构原则和程序原则应用于教学活动中,针对回转器电容模型的引出、回转器电容模型建模方法以及模型如何应用于电路分析和仿真分析介绍其教学方法.  相似文献

现有厚膜混合集成DC/DC变换器的最大输出功率仅为150 W,针对输出功率无法满足工程使用需求的问题,开展大功率厚膜混合集成DC/DC变换器技术研究。采用带次级同步整流的移相全桥拓扑结构,详细阐述了反馈控制电路、磁隔离驱动电路、同步整流控制电路等设计关键点的实现方式。研制了一款500 W厚膜混合集成DC/DC变换器试验样机,将厚膜混合集成DC/DC变换器的最大输出功率由150 W提升至500 W,最高功率密度由100 W/in3提升至167 W/in3,试验结果验证了整体方案的可行性。  相似文献

为抑制输出整流二极管反向恢复引起的电压振荡,采用原边带箝位二极管的电路拓扑设计DC/DC变换器.通过调节移相角调节输出电压,利用开关管的结电容和外接电容以及原边串联电感作为谐振元件,使开关管能进行零电压开通和关断,与传统的移相变换器相比,在变压器原边增加了2个二极管对输出整流二极管进行箝位,实验表明,该方案在实现开关管零电压开通和关断的同时,能够抑制输出整流二极管两端的电压振荡,减小输出整流二极管的电压应力.  相似文献

为了在不提高频率的条件下,实现通信用低压大电流DC/DC变换器的高功率密度,文章提出了采用磁集成技术的升压式有源箝位倍流整流电路。进行了电路工作原理的分析。给出了集成磁件的设计公式。完成了36~72V输入,3.3V±10%/30A输出,开关频率300K的样机的设计。48V输入,满载输出时,样机效率不低于86%。实验证明,采用磁集成技术不但能够减小磁件的体积,实现高功率密度,还能减小电流纹波。  相似文献

提出了一种全桥零电压零电流(FB-ZVZCS)DC/DC变换器拓扑,副边采用电容和二极管构成了两个辅助电路,它们与谐振电感谐振形成的阻断电压源相串联,实现了滞后臂较大范围的ZCS,同时此种结构抑制了副边整流二极管尖峰电压;针对高输出电压设计,输出采用双全桥串联整流电路以降低整流二极管的高电压应力和解决它们的均压问题。变换器控制简单、没有辅助开关和缓冲电路。文中详细分析了工作原理和参数设计,仿真和样机实验验证了方案的正确性。  相似文献

基于1μm 40V BCD工艺,使用Cadence软件对原边反馈AC/DC控制器进行仿真和分析。线补偿技术可以使原边反馈AC/DC电路获得很好的负载调整率,抵消电感上所消耗的电压和整流二极管上的压降,使输出达到的最佳值。在输入加220 V交流电压时,输出结果最大值为5.09 V,最小值为5 V,最大负载调整率为9.609%。  相似文献

针对传统原边反馈AC/DC由于峰值电流检测不准造成的输出恒流精度较低的问题,文中提出了一种应用于原边反馈的高精度恒流控制方法。该控制方法引入Ipk斜率检测来估计真正的原边峰值电流,以此提高输出恒流精度。通过LED驱动电路实验,验证结果表明,相比传统电路,此方法提高了恒流输出精度,在85~265 V输入电压范围下,恒流精度约为2%。  相似文献

This paper discusses the use of printed circuit board (PCB) integrated inductors for low power DC/DC buck converters. Coreless, magnetic plates and closed core structures are compared in terms of achievable inductance, power handling and efficiency in a footprint of 10 /spl times/ 10 mm/sup 2/. The magnetic layers consist of electroplated NiFe, so that the process is fully compatible with standard PCB process. Analytic and finite element method (FEM) methods are applied to predict inductor performance for typical current waveforms encountered in a buck converter. Conventional magnetic design procedures are applied to define optimum winding and core structures for typical inductor specifications. A 4.7 /spl mu/H PCB integrated inductor with dc current handling of up to 500 mA is presented. This inductor is employed in a 1.5 W buck converter using a commercial control integrated circuit (IC). The footprint of the entire converter measures 10 /spl times/ 10 mm/sup 2/ and is built on top of the integrated inductor to demonstrate the concept of integrated passives in power electronic circuits to achieve ultra flat and compact converter solutions.  相似文献

该设计主要利用可调式稳压器LM317实现直流稳压电源的正负输出可调性。整个电源主要由变压器、整流电路、滤波电路,以及稳压电路几部分组成。其体积小,稳定性好且性价比较高。主要介绍其具体实现及原理,并分析具体硬件电路的工作原理及具体实现方法。结合单片机原理以及其他相关集成电路模块的相关原理实现了直流稳压电源的显示等具体功能。经反复实验,结果表明其具有灵活的可调性,控制效果良好。该电源可广泛运用于电力电子、仪表、控制等实验场合。  相似文献

For the special case of dc/dc converters, the gyrator-capacitor model is revised by replacing gyrators with current sources to symbolize the electrical actions on windings. The revised capacitor model is suitable for analyzing integrated magnetic components. Several examples illustrate the usage of this approach. Genetic algorithm (GA) applications in analog design circuits play an important role with promising results. This algorithm is utilized to generate equivalent circuits for the well-known gyrator circuit which is the most commonly used active circuit for the realization of a grounded inductor. The conventional gyrator circuit is realized by the op-amp which has the drawback of frequency limitations. This paper introduces the gyrator-GA Technique. It is an intelligent technique for generating equivalent gyrator circuits utilizing Second Generation Current Conveyor (CCII) as well as Transconductance Amplifier (TA) circuits. The proposed algorithm is based on the pathological representation of the active blocks. As illustrations to demonstrate the systematic realization of gyrator-GA, a fifth-order Butterworth lowpass filter is designed and simulated using PSPICE.  相似文献

A two-inductor boost converter topology has conduction loss and transformer utilization advantages in converting low-voltage higher current inputs to high output voltages. In this letter, a new zero-voltage switching (ZVS) two-inductor boost converter with integrated magnetics is proposed. In the new topology, the two current source inductors, a resonant inductor and a two-winding transformer, are integrated into one single magnetic core with three windings. Two windings simultaneously perform the functions of the current source inductors and the transformer primary. The transformer leakage inductance forms the resonant inductance. This leads to a much more compact converter design with a significant reduction in the number of core and winding components. A theoretical analysis establishes the operating point of the ZVS converter. Both of the theoretical and experimental waveforms, including flux waveforms for the legs of the integrated core structure, are presented at the end of the letter.  相似文献

The frequency dependent characteristics of a gapped toroidal structure are extracted empirically over a bandwidth that exceeds 30MHz. The analysis is complicated due to nonlinear flux distributions, magnetic properties of the core material, leakage inductance, stray capacitances, and eddy currents in the windings. A permeance model of the core is implemented to model the magnetic circuit. The model includes a linear lumped element equivalent circuit to approximate the nonlinear complex permeability of the core, which was measured empirically. Stray capacitance and inductance of the winding are also modeled. A gyrator is used to couple the electric and magnetic models for circuit simulation. The measured and simulated results of open-circuit impedance from the secondary winding and the transimpedance gain (V/A) of the current sensor are compared and discussed.  相似文献

This paper describes three micromachined planar inductors (a spiral type, a solenoid type, and a toroidal meander type) with electroplated nickel-iron permalloy cores which have been realized on a silicon wafer using micromachining techniques. The electrical properties among the fabricated inductors are compared and the related fabrication issues are discussed, with emphasis on the low-temperature CMOS-compatible process, the high current-carrying capacity, the high magnetic flux density, the closed magnetic circuits, and the low product cost. The micromachined on-chip inductors can be applied for magnetic microelectromechanical systems devices, such as micromotors, microactuators, microsensors, and integrated power converters, which envisages new micropower magnetics on a chip with integrated circuits  相似文献
