Our objective was to propose a new model which provides real interactions like human conversations. In this paper, we defined “interaction” to mean not only superficial interactions between human and systems but also internal elements inspiring one another. We proposed a new interaction model by defining four user elements namely user knowledge, information needs, thinking, and feelings, and five system elements namely system knowledge, interaction algorithm, knowledge base, retrieval algorithm, and database. The key point is that users can understand inside the systems gradually and operate them flexibly in their own way to provide real interactions where users and systems inspire one another’s internal elements. We then defined system requirements to realize this model so that users can change and comprehend system knowledge and that users interact with the system constantly. We constructed an image retrieval system applying our proposed graphical search interface named Concentric Ring View and confirmed that all system requirements were satisfied. In a usability test with 12 university students, we confirmed that the proposed interaction model provided intuitive searches to users by inspiring internal elements between users and systems. Human motion analysis is currently one of the most active research topics in computer vision. This paper presents a model-based approach to recovering motion parameters of walking people from monocular image sequences in a CONDENSATION framework. From the semi-automatically acquired training data, we learn a motion model represented as Gaussian distributions, and explore motion constraints by considering the dependency of motion parameters and represent them as conditional distributions. Then both of them are integrated into a dynamic model to concentrate factored sampling in the areas of the state-space with most posterior information. To measure the observation density with accuracy and robustness, a pose evaluation function (PEF) combining both boundary and region information is proposed. The function is modeled with a radial term to improve the efficiency of the factored sampling. We also address the issue of automatic acquisition of initial model pose and recovery from severe failures. 设计结构矩阵DSM已成为许多研究和实践领域中复杂系统建模和分析的工具。但是,DSM的构建却面临很大的困难,因为每个产品的分解和结构关系可以有不同的解释,因此不能以标准模式构建。这使得DSM的快速生成难以实现,从而延长了产品设计周期。介绍了一种基于CAD模型的DSM自动生成系统。首先,使用SolidWorks API提取SolidWorks平台中CAD模型的结构特征树中的顶层部件的Mates特征信息,并将其按特定顺序排列并存储在数据库中。其次,分析组装的部件之间的几何关系,以确定各种配合的类型对部件之间的连接关系的影响程度,并建立了相应的分析和比较规则。最后,使用Visual Basic成功完成了DSM自动生成系统的设计。同时,本文以一些CAD模型为例,验证了所开发系统的可行性和可靠性。 相似文献

A metal hydride (MH) actuator uses the reversible reaction between heat energy and mechanical energy of a hydrogen-absorbing alloy and moves smoothly without any noise. Moreover, the actuator is compact, light and has adequate compliance. In this paper, some experiments concerning human motion patterns were carried out in order to adopt the MH actuator to the transfer aid system. The results were evaluated from a biomedical engineering viewpoint in order to obtain the optimal parameters for transferring the disabled from a bed to a wheelchair and vice versa (transfer aid). Sagittal plane kinematics, surface electromyographic signals (EMG) obtained from lower limbs, ground reaction forces and foot pressure distribution were measured using a three-dimensional motion analyzer. From the experimental results, it was found that the motion of the transfer aid was smooth when the initial angle of the ankle was 70°. The best initial angle of the trunk was also found to be about 45° while standing from a bed. However, the initial angle of the trunk was best at 60° when a person was in the process of sitting down on a wheelchair. Furthermore, a knee pad which supports the lower limbs requires flexibility in the range of 0.1-0.2 kgf/mm. 相似文献

In order to improve the effectiveness of aperture detection and enhance the competitiveness of enterprise, an automatic inspection system for detecting the aperture of Led cup is developed in the paper. The proposed system can achieve detecting the aperture and separating the unqualified Led cups robustly. Specifically, efficient approaches based on three-point circle fitting and convolutional neural network (CNN) are proposed to achieve automatic aperture detection. Then, a novel control unit is designed to separate the unqualified Led cups using the gas claw and air cylinder. Experimental results demonstrate that the detecting accuracy of the developed system can well meet the requirements of manufacturing enterprise. Moreover, the proposed system can greatly save time and labor costs for enterprises. In addition, with this system we can efficiently construct a vision big data of LED cups. 针对红外监控中人体运动目标的空洞和拖尾问题,提出了一种基于高斯模型的运动目标检测方法。首先,介绍了红外图像的预处理;其次通过与其他经典的人体运动目标检测算法比较与综合,引入高斯模型,建立背景图像的自适应模型。该种模型主要使用了拟合修正的方法处理了红外监控背景图像中的差分信息,过滤图像中的噪声等相关外部环境干扰因素,从而更新红外图像中的背景信息,提高了红外监控系统图像中人体运动目标的检测清晰度,并进一步提高了红外监控图像的精度。同时,还对该方法进行了必要的仿真实验。仿真结果表明,提出的方法可以准确地检测红外监控图像中的人体运动目标,较好地避免了人体运动速度过快或过慢所产生的拖尾或空洞现象。 相似文献

We report about an automatic continuous sleep stager which is based on probabilistic principles employing Hidden Markov Models (HMM). Our sleep stager offers the advantage of being objective by not relying on human scorers, having much finer temporal resolution (one second instead of 30 seconds),and being based on solid probabilistic principles rather than a predefined set of rules (Rechtschaffen and Kales). In this paper we present an efficient contour-tracking algorithm which can track 2D silhouette of objects in extended image sequences. We demonstrate the ability of the tracker by tracking highly deformable contours (such as walking people) captured by a static camera. We represent contours (silhouette) of moving objects by using a cubic B-spline. The tracking algorithm is based on tracking a lower dimensional shape space (as opposed to tracking in spline space). Tracking the lower dimensional space has proved to be fast and efficient. The tracker is also coupled with an automatic motion-model switching algorithm, which makes the tracker robust and reliable when the object of interest is moving with multiple motion. The model-based tracking technique provided is capable of tracking rigid and non-rigid object contours with good tracking accuracy. 相似文献

The construction of a new bridge interferes with the existent environment. A careful aesthetic study must be made at an early stage in the design and the visualisation of a three-dimensional (3D) model of the structure is the best way to analyse it. As the bridges deck presents a complex shape it is difficult to execute a 3D deck model as well as the specific drawings or a 3D finite elements mesh of the deck.The modelling scheme proposed here allows the automation of the geometric design phases related to the deck element using as a means of integration a geometric database representative of the real deck shape.
