目的设计弹体毛坯一次热收口成形工艺方案。方法将冲压成空心、变壁厚、桶状的毛坯,经过外皮粗车后进行收口变形,获得合理的弹体弧形部,生产出了合格毛坯。研究了弹体毛坯收口成形原理、温度控制、工装设计以及收口过程中的金属流动规律,根据体积不变原理,计算了收口前粗车毛坯尺寸。结果通过批量试制,根据收口过程中常见问题的控制措施,优化了收口工艺参数,实现了毛坯的一次热收口成形。结论通过收口原理分析、毛坯及工装设计,形成了毛坯一次收口设计规范,该弹体毛坯一次热收口工艺可行。 相似文献

目的设计弹体毛坯热冲拔成形工艺方案。方法将冲子压入加热后的钢坯,使钢坯在压力作用下充满模腔,压成盂形,然后套在引伸冲子通过一串直径逐渐缩小的模圈,使弹体拉长、直径减小、壁厚减薄,获得合理的弹体毛坯尺寸,生产出合格毛坯。分析弹体毛坯冲拔成形原理、温度控制、工装设计及冲拔过程中的金属流动规律,根据体积不变原理,计算出冲拔毛坯尺寸。结果通过批量试制,根据冲拔过程中常见问题的控制措施,优化了冲拔工艺参数,实现了弹体毛坯热冲拔成形。结论通过冲拔原理分析、毛坯及工装设计,形成了热冲拔设计规范,该弹体毛坯热冲拔工艺可行。 相似文献

介绍了石油钻杆接头采用自由锻造的工艺方式存在毛坯余量大、材料利用率低、生产成本较高等缺点.为了提高钻杆接头毛坯精化程度和降低生产成本,提高市场竞争力,需要更高效的加工方式.通过对钻杆接头模锻工艺参数摸索,合理地选择了钢坯感应加热、毛坯加工率、加工设备选择、模具设计、锻后缓冷等工序工艺参数,最终实现了钻杆接头一次模锻成形的工艺.石油钻杆接头模锻后,降低了毛坯的下料质量,减少了机械加工余量,提高了材料利用率,降低了生产成本. 相似文献

目的某弹体作为某炮弾一重要零件,材料采用9260钢。研究其在冲压过程中,毛坯内膛出现侧壁拉裂和底部裂纹疵病的原因。方法利用理论分析毛坯在冲压过程中的变形机理和金属流动规律,结合理化检测等手段,对弹体疵病产生的原因进行了系统分析。结果通过对毛坯成形原理分析和理化检测分析,对裂纹产生的原因进行逐一排查,最终准确找到了该弹体疵病产生的原因。结论弹体用9260钢原材料存在缩孔残余及沿晶低熔点物质,是造成弹体毛坯侧壁拉裂和裂纹的根本原因。 相似文献

推压-拉拔复合缩径工艺是管坯减径的新方法,芯轴外表面与管坯内表面之间摩擦系数对工艺有重要的影响。通过建立推压-拉拔复合缩径变形过程中变形管坯的力学模型,分析了芯轴外表面与管坯内表面之间摩擦系数对成形的影响规律。针对某载重6.5 t胀压成形汽车桥壳管件的第一道次推压-拉拔复合缩径,设定不同的芯轴摩擦系数,进行了有限元仿真,得到了芯轴摩擦系数对管坯变形的影响规律,并基于管坯传力区不失稳以及变形所需凹模推力和芯轴拉拔力较小,给出了芯轴摩擦系数的设定范围。进行了缩径实验,实验和有限元模拟的结果接近。较小的芯轴摩擦系数可能造成管坯起皱失稳,而较大的芯轴摩擦系数,有利于降低管坯轴向压应力、凹模推力和芯轴拉拔力,但可能造成管坯表面划伤。 相似文献

Experimental study of perforation and cracking of water-filled aluminum tubes impacted by steel spheres 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
Water-filled aluminum tubes were subjected to impact by six steel spherical projectiles of different diameters at impact velocities of 40–200 m/s. The effects of the diameter of the steel projectiles and of the material properties of the tubes on cracking and perforation were discussed. Water decreased the wall strength of the aluminum alloy tubes, and the impact velocity at which a steel projectile first passes through the tube wall decreased with increasing diameter of the steel projectile. Using the velocity at which the steel projectile perforates the tube wall, empirical equations of the energies required to perforate the tube wall were derived. Also, the energy balance in the steel projectile during a collision is discussed referring to the pressure history in the filled water and the velocities of the steel projectile before and after collision. 相似文献

为解决元宝梁冲压开裂问题,用OM和SEM等仪器与ABAQUS有限元仿真软件对600 MPa级元宝梁用钢冲压开裂原因进行了分析.结果表明:600 MPa级元宝梁用钢化学成分、力学性能与冷弯性能均满足标准要求,金相组织为准多边形铁素体与少量珠光体的混合组织,不存在带状组织;开裂件断口形貌呈现出明显鱼骨状形貌,钢板中心分层,两侧分布起源于中心分层并沿同一方向扩展的三角形台阶状断口,不同形貌断口均属于韧性断裂,而断口整体形貌显示材料在断裂前没有发生缩颈过程.利用ABAQUS软件对"先冲压再压边工艺"与"先压边再冲压工艺"两种工况进行有限元分析,结果显示:先冲压再压边工艺边部应力集中更严重,边部节点应力超过了材料抗拉强度从而导致撕裂现象的发生;由"先冲压再压边工艺"改为"先压边再冲压工艺"后元宝梁冲压开裂率由50%降至0,材料边部变形均匀,未见缩颈与开裂现象发生. 相似文献

The tube hydroforming process is a relatively complex manufacturing process; the performance of this process depends on various factors and requires proper combination of part design, material selection and boundary conditions. In manufacturing of automotive parts, such as engine cradles, frames rails, sub-frames, cross members, and other parts from circular tubes, pre-bending and per-forming operations are often required prior to the subsequent tubular hydroforming process to fit the tubular blank in the complex die shape. Due to these pre-- hydroforming operations, some of the strains are already developed before going to the actual hydroforming process. Such developed strains before hydroforming process in the part is called as prestrain. In this paper the study of effect of prestrain on formability and forming limit strains during tube hydroforming is done by simulation by taking the material prestrain value. The forming limit strains of pre-strained tube during hydroforming are predicted. A series of tube bulge tests for tube hydroforming are simulated by a commercial finite element solver to predict the limit strains. Numerical simulation of forming limit strains in tube hydroforming with different internal pressure and different simulation set up with or without axial feeding are considered to develop wide range of strain paths in the present work. The effects of process conditions on the forming limit strains are detailed. In this paper the forming limit strains during tube hydroforming are simulated for prestrain and compared with zero prestrain. Prediction of limits strains is based on a novel thickness based necking criterion. 相似文献

目的主要研究厚壁管两端同时温、热锥形缩口工艺的特点,以及缩口过程不同工艺参数对壁厚增厚的影响。方法通过选择合理的材料模型与热力耦合等温度场模拟参数,建立了有限元模型,使用DEFORM体积成形软件对厚壁管两端同时温热缩口工艺进行了分析,探究了温、热缩口两种条件下应力应变分布特点。结果模拟实验获得了管材缩口系数、模具半锥角、t/d0值、摩擦因子、成形温度等工艺参数,在温、热两种条件下对壁厚增厚量的影响曲线。结论管材缩口过程具有典型的变形阶段:入锥弯曲阶段、反弯曲阶段和缩口稳定阶段;管材高温下缩口变形特点为周向、轴向的压缩变形和径向的增厚变形;厚壁管缩口的增厚变形量随着模具半锥角的增大和缩口系数的减小而增大,同时受摩擦因子、成形温度、管材壁厚的影响较大。研究结果为管材缩口壁厚增厚工艺提供了基础技术数据。 相似文献
