X-ray asymmetrical Laue diffraction in a perfect crystal with plane front surface was considered taking into account the two-dimensional curvature of a wave incident on the crystal. Using an appropriate Green function the dependences of rocking curves on deviation angles from selected exact Bragg direction were examined in the diffraction plane and in the direction perpendicular to the diffraction plane in locally plane wave approximation. The dependence of rocking curves on the degree of asymmetry of diffraction geometry was investigated. Analytical expressions for half widths of rocking curves in the diffraction plane and in the direction perpendicular to the diffraction plane are obtained. Some requirements to spatial and temporal coherence are estimated. 相似文献

We propose a new method to evaluate residual stress based on the analysis of a portion of a Debye ring with two-dimensional synchrotron x-ray diffraction.The residual stress of a nickel-based alloy GH3535 evaluated by the proposed method is determined to be-1149 ± 34 MPa based on the quantitative analysis of the deformation of the(200) reflection,and the residual stress obtained by analyzing THE(111) plane is-933 ± 68 MPa.The results demonstrate that the GH3535 alloy surface is highly compressiv... 相似文献

利用等效介质理论,通过严格的耦合波理论计算和分析了二维表面浮雕结构的反射效率与各种因素的关系,给出了不同情况下的变化曲线;同时计算出了该结构在正入射情况下的等效折射率系数。明确提出:不管是对称的还是非对称的二维表面浮雕结构,方位角和极化角的变化对其反射率的影响都不明显;从而得出二维表了雕结构可以实现消偏振、减反的特性。分析了该结构的带宽限制,给出了在给定结构下受限的带宽;同时对浮雕高度加工误差对反射率的影响作了分析,对实际工作有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

method is extended to the analysis of interdigital electro-optic Bragg diffraction gratings. This method provides a simple
and fast analytic expression of the electric field in the structure. The field distributions are used to calculate the optical
and electrical characteristic parameters of the gratings. The effects of finite conductor thickness have been taken into account

叉指电光布拉格衍射光栅能够用于制作集成光学器件。将点匹配法扩展应用于又指电光布拉格衍射光栅分析,将光栅各区域的势函数表示为该区域中满足拉普拉斯方程的一系列基函数的级数,匹配边界上有限个点的边界条件以确定出级数项的系数,从而得到叉指电傲电场分布的解析表达式,在此基础上得到了叉指电光布拉格衍射光栅的一些重要的光学与电学特性参量。将分析结果与测量值进行了对比,发现二者十分吻合。所提出的分析方法简便快捷、精度高,所导出的电场分布的解析表达式和分析结果对叉指电光衍射光栅的优化设计具有重要的意义。 相似文献

It is shown that in a class of maximal globally hyperbolic spacetimes admitting two local Killing vectors, the past (defined
with respect to an appropriate time orientation) of any compact constant mean curvature hypersurface can be covered by a foliation
of compact constant mean curvature hypersurfaces. Moreover, the mean curvature of the leaves of this foliation takes on arbitrarily
negative values and so the initial singularity in these spacetimes is a crushing singularity. The simplest examples occur
when the spatial topology is that of a torus, with the standard global Killing vectors, but more exotic topologies are also
covered. In the course of the proof it is shown that in this class of spacetimes a kind of positive mass theorem holds. The
symmetry singles out a compact surface passing through any given point of spacetime and the Hawking mass of any such surface
is non-negative. If the Hawking mass of any one of these surfaces is zero then the entire spacetime is flat.

We study the equilibrium statistical mechanics of classical two-dimensional Coulomb systems living on a pseudosphere (an infinite surface of constant negative curvature). The Coulomb potential created by one point charge exists and goes to zero at infinity. The pressure can be expanded as a series in integer powers of the density (the virial expansion). The correlation functions have a thermodynamic limit, and remarkably that limit is the same one for the Coulomb interaction and some other interaction law. However, special care is needed for defining a thermodynamic limit of the free energy density. There are sum rules expressing the property of perfect screening. These generic properties can be checked on the Debye–Hückel approximation, and on two exactly solvable models, the one-component plasma and the two-component plasma, at some special temperature. 相似文献

Fine silica-like fines with 11 nm width are successfully fabricated using x-ray Fresnel diffraction exposure. X-rays pass a mask of 175-nm-wide lines and 125-nm-wide spaces and form sharp peaks on a wafer coated with a layer of hydrogen silsesquioxane resist (HSQ). By precisely controlling the mask-wafer gap at 10μm using the laser interferogram method, the fine structures are defined on HSQ. Experimental images are reproduced by a simulation using the one-dimensional beam propagation method. This lithographic technique presents a novel and convenient way to fabricate fine silica-like structures and devices in nano-optical and nanoelectronic applications. 相似文献

The boundary diffraction wave theory is introduced to analyse a near-field diffraction (NFD) pattern of a metallic probe tip of apertureless scanning near-field microscopy. This method is simple and can give a clear physical picture. The polarization effect of the incident light and the different shapes of the metallic probe tip are simulated. The results show that the NFD pattern of the metallic probe tip is directly related to those factors. 相似文献
