用溶胶-凝胶方法制备了1/mAg2O-La0.833K0.167MnO3 (LKMO/Ag)系列样品,其中1/m代表Ag2O和La0.833K0.167MnO3(LKMO)的摩尔比,m=32,16,8,4和2. 研究了此系列样品的结构、磁性和输运特性. X射线衍射实验表明,LKMO/Ag是一个非均匀的系统,样品由磁性的钙钛矿相LKMO和金属Ag相组成. 由于Ag相的加入,在室温条件下,磁电阻效应明显增强. 在300 K, 0.5 T磁场下,m=4样品的磁电阻可以达到32%;5.5 T磁场下,其磁电阻可达64%. 而单纯的LKMO样品在相同条件下的磁电阻分别为10%和35%. 在低温下,加Ag样品的磁电阻效应反而减小,样品含Ag越多,磁电阻效应越小. 用非本征磁电阻(包括自旋极化隧穿和自旋相关散射)和本征磁电阻在不同温区对总磁电阻的相对贡献对此系列样品的磁电阻现象作了定性的解释. 关键词: 自旋极化隧穿 自旋相关散射 低场磁电阻 高场磁电阻  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法并经过1450℃后处理而制备出名义组分为La2/3(Ca1-xMgx)1/3MnO3 (0≤x≤60%)多晶样品.磁化测量表明,除磁转变温度因Mg掺杂而稍有降低外,磁性质整体上和不含Mg样品无本质上的差别.未加磁场下阻温关系测量表明,即使Mg含量高达60%,实验上仍观察到绝缘体到金属的转变.特别有意义的结果是,适当的Mg掺杂可明显提高转变温度附近的磁电阻效应,例如,在Mg掺杂量为30~40%的样品中,1T磁场下观察到的磁电阻甚至比不含Mg样品在5T磁场下得到的值还要大.  相似文献

采用固态反应法制备了In替代的(La2/3Ca1/3)(Mn(3-2x)/3In2x/3)O3(x=0.00,0.10,0.15)体系.通过测量其零场和1.6T磁场下样品的电阻-温度关系以及一定温度下磁电阻率与磁场的关系.发现随In3+替代量的增加其磁电阻峰和电阻峰均向低温方向移动,同时巨磁电阻效应减弱,磁电阻峰也展宽.这是由于In3+替代量的变化,引起 关键词:  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶制备了La0.833K0.167MnO3-SrTiO3 (LKMO/STO)系列样品,并研究了它们的结构、磁性和输运特性.X射线衍射实验表明,1200℃烧结的LKMO/STO (STLK12)是一个均匀的固溶相.其电阻率表现为绝缘体的行为,而纯La0.833K0.167MnO3 (LKMO)样品随温度的升高则有金属-绝缘体转变.在低场下(μ0H=0.02 T),对STLK12样品,当温度从220 K降低到4 K时,磁电阻从0.2%升高到11%.在高场下(μ0H=5.5 T),随着温度降低,磁电阻几乎是线性增大.在4.2 K时,达到65%.比纯LKMO样品40%的磁电阻高出了25%. 我们用晶界处的自旋极化隧穿效应定性地解释了这种增强的磁电阻效应. 关键词: 低场磁电阻 高场磁电阻 自旋极化隧穿 钙钛矿  相似文献

用射频溅射法制备了Fe71.5Cu1Cr2.5V4Si12B9单层膜和结构为(F/S)3/M/(F/S)3的多层膜,在制备过程中加72kA/m的纵向磁场.研究表明在制备过程中加磁场明显改善了材料的软磁性能,降低了材料的矫顽力.将样品经不同温度退火热处理后,发现经230℃退火1.5h的单层膜和多层膜具有最佳的软磁性能和最大的磁阻抗效应,单层膜最大横向磁阻抗比为37.5%,多层膜最大横向磁阻抗比高达277%.通过比较单层和多层膜磁阻抗效应随频率和磁场的变化,发现多层膜具有较低的磁阻抗效应的临界频率和峰值特征频率,和较大的磁阻抗变化率,而且有较低的横向磁阻抗效应的饱和场. 关键词: 铁基合金 多层膜 巨磁阻抗效应  相似文献

The variation in structural, magnetic and magneto-transport properties of the double perovskite system (Ba0.8Sr0.2)2?xNdxFeMoO6 {0.0<X<0.5} induced by Nd3+ doping (electron doping) has been studied and compared. The samples were prepared by standard solid state reaction method in a reducing atmosphere. The parent compound showed a saturation magnetic moment value of 3.75 μB/f.u. at an applied field of 0.5 T and a change in magnetoresistance value up to 26% (77 K, 0.8 T). The Rietveld refinement of the X-ray diffraction data showed a continuous decrease in lattice parameters and Fe–Mo ordering with increasing Nd3+ doping. The Curie temperature was found to increase with Nd3+ doping (3 K per % of Nd) while the saturation magnetic moment values and magnetoresistance values were found to decrease. The observed variations in magnetic and magneto-transport properties of the system are explained on the basis of increasing antisite disorder defects and band filling effects induced by electron doping. We have observed the dominant role of band filling in determining the low field magnetoresistance of these systems.  相似文献

The effect of cobalt-doping on the magnetic, transport and magnetoresistance characteristics of La1-xSrxMnO3 was investigated. The results show that the magnetoelectric property of rare-earth doped manganites is greatly affected by substitution of Co for Mn sites. The Curie temperature as well as the magnetic moment decreases with the increase of doping concentration, and the samples exhibit obvious characteristics of the spin glass state. Moreover, the magnetoresistance is evidently modulated by doping concentration, and the relevant temperature dependence is also suppressed. In addition, low-temperature magnetoresistance is significantly promoted as doping concentration increases, which renders a value of approximately 50% in the temperature range of 5--200~K and varies within 12.5%. It can be attributed to the effect of spin scattering, induced by cobalt doping, on the itinerant electrons of Mn ions, thus introducing a spin-disorder region into the ferromagnetic region of double-exchange interaction between neighbouring Mn3+ and Mn 3+ ions.  相似文献

<正>We fabricated La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3/Si(LSMO/Si) heterojunctions with different Sr doping concentrations(x = 0.1, 0.2,0.3) in LSMO and studied the Sr content influence on magnetoresistance(MR) ratio.The hetero junctions show positive MR and high sensitivity of MR ratio in a low applied magnetic field.The MR ratio is dependent on Sr content and the low Sr doping in LSMO causes a large positive MR in LSMO/Si junctions.The MR ratio for 0.1 Sr doping in the LSMO/Si heterostructure is 116%in 100 Oe(1 Oe=79.5775 A/m) at 210 K.The mechanism for the positive MR dependence on the doping density is considered to be the competition between the tunneling rate of electrons in e_g~1↑to t_(2g)↓band and that to e_g~2↑band at the interface region of LSMO.The experimental results are in agreement with those observed in La_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)MnO_3/SrNb_(0.01)Ti_(0.99)O_3 p-n junction.The results indicate that choosing low doping concentration to improve the low field sensitivity of the heterojunction devices is a very efficacious method.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the resistance of composite samples (1−x)La0.67Sr0.33MnO3+xYSZ with different YSZ doping level x was investigated at magnetic fields 0-3 T, where YSZ represents yttria-stabilized zirconia. Results show that the YSZ dopant does not only adjust the metal-insulator transition temperature, but also increases the magnetoresistance effect. With increase of YSZ doping level for the range of x<2%, the metal-insulator transition temperature values TP of the composites decrease, but TP increases with increase of x further for the range of x>2%. Meanwhile, in the YSZ-doped composites, a broad metal-insulator transition temperature region was found at zero and low magnetic field, which results in an obvious enhanced magnetoresistance in the temperature range 10-350 K. Specially, a larger magnetoresistance value was observed at room temperature at 3 T, which is encouraging with regard to the potential application of magnetoresistance materials.  相似文献

We report magnetoresistance measurements of polycrystalline ZrZn2 as a function of temperature (4.2–48K) and magnetic field up to 19 T. The results indicate the presence of both positive and negative contributions to the magnetoresistance. The latter is due to spin fluctuations. Below Tc the resistivity varies with temperature like T2 over the entire field range (0–19 T). The coefficient of the T2 -term decreases with increasing field and fits a H?13 dependence above ~ 10 T, in accordance with theoretical predictions. Complex behaviour of the magnetoresistance is found in the paramagnetic regime above ~ 5 T.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the resistivity for composite samples of (1−x)La0.67Ba0.33MnO3+xYSZ(LBMO/YSZ) with different YSZ doping level of x has been investigated in a magnetic field range of 0-7000 Oe, where the YSZ represents yttria-stabilized zirconia (8 mol% Y2O3+92 mol% ZrO2). With increasing YSZ doping level, the range of 0-10%, the metal-insulator transition temperature (TP) decreases. However, the resistivity, specially the low temperature resistivity, increases. Results also show that the YSZ doping level has an important effect on a low field magnetoresistance (LFMR). In the magnetic field of 7000 Oe, a room temperature magnetoresistance value of 20% was observed for the composite with a YSZ doping level of 2%, which is encouraging for potential application of CMR materials at room temperature and low field.  相似文献

通过机械合金化方法制备了单相La0.7Ca0.3MnO3化合物.球磨形成的非晶态结构在920K退火时转变为钙钛矿型相结构.根据质量作用定律,讨论了非晶晶化动力学行为,其晶化转变激活能约为265kJ/mol.同时研究了化合物的电阻特性,发现低温下样品的电阻ρ与温度T的关系为ρ∝T2,随退火温度的升高,ρ-T2曲线斜率下降.在远离居里温度处的低温磁电阻可用Δρ/ρ0=p1-p2T3/2-p3T描述. 关键词:  相似文献
