论文针对信息系统集成项目经理选择问题,一方面选择了一组反映项目经理实际素质水平的评价指标,另一方面借助Vague集理论中距离的概念构建了新的评价方法。该方法不仅体现了Vague集描述不确定性问题的优点,还反映了项目经理评价的一般特点,具有一定的推广价值。最后,借助案例计算,得到了公平公正的评价结果。  相似文献

为客观、合理地进行施工企业项目经理绩效评价,提出了基于AHP-云模型的综合评价方法.采用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,通过云模型实现定性表达与定量的互相转化,并运用相关计算逐级确定各级指标云,将最终评价云和云标尺对比分析得出项目经理绩效水平.通过实例验证了AHP-云模型在施工企业项目经理绩效评价中的可行性和有效性,为施工企业在此类评价中提供方法借鉴.  相似文献

主要研究工程建设企业多项目人力资源优化配置问题。以项目经理这一关键性人力资源为对象,构建了基于胜任力模型的工程建设企业项目经理能力定级指标体系,给出了具体的能级评价方法,解决了待分配人员的定级和排序问题;在项目优先级和人员能级界定的基础上,以多项目工期均衡和人工总成本最低为目标建立了两阶段优化模型,给出了基于贪婪算法和线性规划的模型求解算法,设计了MATLAB程序对模型进行求解;最后通过实例验证了优化配置模型和求解算法的有效性。  相似文献

制造过程评价是改善制造系统效率的重要一环,传统的评价方法将每个制造系统决策单元视为黑箱来研究整体效率,忽略了中间产品转化信息及投入要素在各子过程中的配置信息。针对两阶段(第二阶段有外源性新投入)制造系统的效率评估问题,分别在固定规模报酬和可变规模报酬假设下,充分利用制造系统中间产品的转化及外源投入要素的配置信息,建立了制造系统网络DEA效率测度及分解模型,建模方法遵循客观评价原则,无需事先主观确定子效率和系统效率之间的组合关系。并将其应用于钢铁制造系统效率测度与分解,研究结果表明该方法能够挖掘决策单元内部子单元的效率情况,帮助决策者发现复杂制造过程非有效的根源,为复杂制造过程的整体效率测度及分解提供了有效的分析方法。  相似文献

建筑节能方案评价是一个涉及多因素的系统工程,目前常用的单一指标评价并不能对节能方案的推广起至应有作用,根据我国能源政策设计了一套多指标综合评价体系.给出了一种定量化描述建筑节能方案评价指标的方法,建立了基于未确知测度的评价模型,并通过信息熵确立指标的分类权重,明显优于过去常用的AHP确定权重的主观判断方法,具有更高的科学性和实际应用价值,有利于优秀节能技术的扩散.  相似文献

为了建立一套对企业经理人的绩效进行科学、合理检测的评价体系,首先建立了一套反映企业经理人绩效的二级指标体系,然后构建了一个评价企业经理人绩效的模糊综合评价模型,并将该模糊综合评价模型应用到一个具体的企业,得到了该企业经理人各绩效指标的权重,再通过对该企业具体经理人对应的各二级绩效指标进行评价,然后采用模糊算法计算得到了该经理人的综合绩效分.该评价体系简单方便,有助于企事业单位对自己的高级员工进行有效的人事管理.  相似文献

We consider an agency problem where a firm (she) hires a manager (he) who has related managerial expertise to implement a new project. The manager’s managerial expertise is his private information and characterized as an uncertain variable. The revenue brought about by the project in the future is also assumed to be uncertain. In light of these challenges, this paper investigates the impacts of the manager’s risk attitude and the type-and-effort dependent outside option on the optimal compensation contracts under different information structures. Through developing the manager’s decision criterion based on his risk attitude instead of the expected-utility-maximization criterion, we find that, if the manager is conservative and the outside option’s revenue uncertainty is sufficiently high, the optimal commission rate will be distorted upwards under asymmetric managerial expertise information compared with that under symmetric managerial expertise information. Our analysis also confirms that the existence of a type-and-effort dependent outside option distorts up the compensation structure tailored at a fixed outside option. We further show that, comparing with the setting of a fixed outside option when the manager is aggressive, the presence of a type-and-effort dependent outside option results in a surprising phenomenon that the manager’s private information makes no distortion of the firm’s profit.  相似文献

Consider a project which consists of a set of jobs to be performed, assuming each job has a duration of at most one time period. We assume that the project manager provides a set of possible durations (in time periods) for the whole project. When a job is assigned to a specific time period, an assignment cost is encountered. In addition, for some pairs of jobs, an incompatibility cost is encountered if they are performed at the same time period. Both types of cost depend on the duration of the whole project, which also has to be determined. The goal is to assign a time period to each job while minimizing the costs. We propose a tabu search heuristic, as well as an adaptive memory algorithm, and compare them with other heuristics on large instances, and with an exact method on small instances. In this paper we apply data envelopment analysis (DEA) to evaluate the performance of hedge fund classifications. The purpose of alternative investment strategies such as hedge funds is to offer absolute returns, so using passive benchmarks to measure their performance could be ineffective. With the increasing number of hedge funds available, institutional investors, pension funds, and high net worth individuals urgently need a trustworthy efficiency appraisal method. DEA can achieve this. An important benefit of the DEA measure is that benchmarks are not required, thereby alleviating the problem of using traditional benchmarks to examine non-normal distribution of hedge fund returns. We suggest that DEA be used as a complimentary technique (or method) for the selection of efficient hedge funds and funds of hedge funds for investors. Using DEA can shed light and further validate hedge fund manager selection with other methodologies.  相似文献

The paper relates the story of the encounter between system dynamics modelling and the BBC World Service told from the perspective of a manager who was also championing the approach inside the World Service. The outcome provides interesting lessons and useful ideas on the contribution to organisational change that can and cannot be expected from a system dynamics project. The paper opens with a review of the published literature on the impact of system dynamics within organisations. The BBC World Service organisation and culture are then briefly described, with particular reference to potential fits and misfits with the system dynamics approach. The process of building a World Service model is described, both in terms of historical and technical stages. The project's impact on the organisation is reported, whether the impact arose by design or default. This appraisal covers the model building process, the analysis of simulations and finally the development of a microworld or gaming simulator. The paper concludes with comments on the merits of system dynamics to an organisation like the BBC World Service, pinning down the tangible and less tangible benefits delivered, and making suggestions to encourage acceptability of the approach.  相似文献
