A group of α‐ and β‐N, N‐dialkyl amino ketones were reduced enantioselectively by 2 moles of borane‐tetrahydrofuran in the presence of 10 mol% of the in‐situ formed chiral oxazaborolidine, followed by diluted hydrochloric acid. The resulting amino alcohol‐borane complexes were treated with hydrogen chloride‐glycol‐methanol to give the optically active amino alcohol with the ee up to 99%.  相似文献

The influence of a chiral surfactant and a polymer-supported chiral additive on reduction of ketones using sodium borohydride will be described. Initial preparations involved methylation of (S)-leucinol to give (2S)-N , N-dimethyl-2-amino-4-methyl-1-pentanol (1) (67%). The chiral surfactant (2) was synthesized by reacting (1) with bromohexadecane (71%). The functionalized styrene for the polymer-supported chiral additive (5) was synthesized by reacting (1) with 4-vinylbenzyl chloride. Polymerization was carried out with 10% of the functionalized monomer (4), 5% cross-linking agent divinylbenzene, and 85% styrene with AIBN as the initiator. The activity of the chiral surfactant and polymeric additive were examined by using them as additives in a standard reduction of 2-pentanone with sodium borohydride to yield (R)- and (S)-2-pentanol (3) (20%). The resulting alcohol was analyzed by polarimetry (ee 9.5%) and also esterified with (2S)-methylbutyric acid prior to characterization by NMR. 13C NMR indicated an enantiomeric excess of 5.2% when the chiral surfactant was used, and 7% when the polymeric additive was used.  相似文献

Chiral oxazaborolidines derived from (1S,2R)-(+)-norephedrine and substituted salicylaldehydes were employed in the asymmetric reduction of prochiral ketones using borane dimethyl sulfide as a reducing agent. The secondary alcohols were formed in excellent yields (45–99.8%) with enantioselectivities up to 99.8%. The effect of the substitution in the aromatic ring of the ligand was discussed with the enantioselectivity of the product.  相似文献

In this paper we describe the synthesis of chiral mesoporous silica based on chiral block copolymers of poly(ethylene oxide) and of d-phenylalanine (PEO-b-D-Phe) as a surfactant template. The resulting porous structures are characterized by nitrogen sorption experiments, transmission electron microscopy, and small-angle XRD. It is shown that chiral block copolymers of PEO-b-D-Phe are effective as a surfactant template for the preparation of silica materials with highly ordered periodic mesoporous structures of hexagonal symmetry with a pore size of ca. 5 nm and high surface areas of ca. 700 m2/g. The enantioselectivity feature of this porous silica, after the extraction of the chiral copolymers, was examined by selective adsorption of enantiomers and racemic solutions of valine. The selective adsorption was measured by circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy. A chiral selectivity factor of 2.34 was found with the D enantiomer of valine adsorbed preferably.  相似文献

采用直接共聚法合成表面含有乙烯基的具有立方相Ia3d结构的介孔硅分子筛(V-ClMS),然后对乙烯基团进行环氧化制备得到表面环氧基功能化的介孔硅分子筛(E-CIMS),采用X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附、透射电镜、热重分析和13C固体核磁共振对制备的介孔硅分子筛进行了表征.结果表明,表面含有乙烯基的V-ClMS介孔硅分子筛能被一步成功合成,并易于发生环氧化而获得表面环氧基功能化的E-CIMS介孔硅分子筛.将E-CIMS介孔硅分子筛作为载体用于固定化青霉素G酰化酶(PGA),研究了表面环氧基团对固定化PGA初活性和操作稳定性的影响.结果表明,随着表面环氧基团数量的增加,介孔硅分子筛孔径减小,表面疏水性增加,导致载酶量和初活性减小.但介孔硅分子筛表面适量的环氧基团能增强E-CIMS介孔硅分子筛与PGA之间的相互作用,从而提高固定化PGA的操作稳定性.  相似文献

Highly ordered amino-functionalized mesoporous silica thin films have been directly synthesized by co-condensation of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) in the presence of triblock copolymer Pluronic P123 surfactant species under acidic conditions by sol-gel dip-coating. The effect of the sol aging on thin films organization is systematically studied, and the optimal sol aging time is obtained. The amino-functionalized mesoporous silica thin films exhibit a long-range ordering of 2D hexagonal (p6mm) mesostructure with a large pore size of 8.3 nm, a large Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) specific surface area of 680 m2 g−1 and a large pore volume of 1.06 cm3 g−1 following surfactant extraction as demonstrated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Transmission electron microscope (TEM), and physical adsorption techniques. Based on BET surface area and weight loss, the surface coverage of amino-groups for the amino-functionalized mesoporous silica thin films is calculated to be 3.2 amino-groups per nm2. Moreover, the functionalized thin films display improved properties for immobilization of cytochrome c in comparison with pure-silica mesoporous thin films.  相似文献

In this report, we describe the exploration of possibilities for a pseudomorphic reduction of ordered mesoporous metal oxides by high temperature treatment with glycerol, which was most thoroughly studied as an example of the reaction of Co3O4 to CoO. It was found that the glycerol process is a gentle reduction procedure, which maintains the framework topology on the mesoscale while changing the oxidation state and the structure at the atomic scale.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of a thermally stable, highly loaded (15 wt.%) Cu/Ce bimetallic mesoporous silica with high surface area and metal dispersion, which was the first template assisted mesoporous network successfully tested for the simultaneous reduction of SO2 and NO with CO, achieving complete conversion of the reactants to elemental sulfur and N2 at high space velocity 32,000 h(-1).  相似文献

Al-planted MCM-41s (Al-M41s) with regular mesoporous structure and Si/Al ratio of 23-32 were successfully prepared by the template-ion exchange method in which the template/Si molar ratio and Si/Al ratio were adjusted at 1.44 and 5-15, and showed much higher catalytic activity for the titled reactions than the other types of Al-M41s prepared by post-synthesis or sol-gel methods.  相似文献
