降膜结晶是工业生产对二甲苯的重要方法。以多孔介质分形理论为基础开展对二甲苯降膜结晶动力学的研究。通过动力学模型优化实验条件,结晶条件为进料速度为60 ml·min-1、结晶温度-15℃、原料预冷温度25℃,发汗条件为升温速率1℃·min-1、发汗终温5℃。在此条件下测定降膜结晶过程中对二甲苯结晶量以及液相夹带量,建立了晶体生长速率方程和液相夹带速率方程,相关系数分别为0.967和0.977,模型可靠。结果表明随着过饱和度的增加,液相夹带速率增长更快,晶层中夹带液相体积分数越大,晶层孔隙率越大。晶体生长速率方程和液相夹带速率方程的建立对工业降膜结晶生产对二甲苯过程中,通过调节液膜过饱和度控制晶层生长具有重要参考意义。 相似文献

对二甲苯液相氧化是目前石油化工领域最重要的碳氢化合物氧化反应之一,本文报道了μ-氧双[四对氯苯基卟吩]合铁/醋酸钴[(Tp-ClPPFe)2O/Co(OAc)2]复合催化体系在无溶剂体系中催化空气氧化对二甲苯的反应,初步考察了(Tp-ClPPFe)2O/Co(OAc)2复合催化体系的催化过程,在单因素考察催化剂种类和使用量对反应转化率和产物选择性影响的基础上,使用正交实验全面考察了该反应中时间、温度、压力、空气流速、金属卟啉用量、醋酸钴/金属卟啉质量比对反应转化率和产物选择性的影响,获得了优化反应条件。通过实验对优化条件进行了确认。实验表明,在上述优化条件下,对二甲苯转化率达65.0%,对甲基苯甲酸和对苯二甲酸选择性分别为81.0%和13.0%。 相似文献

使用熔融悬浮结晶法分离提纯湿法磷酸,研究了全回流稳态操作条件下重力洗涤塔内磷酸的纯化过程,考察了原料质量分数、洗涤塔中搅拌转速等操作条件对塔中产品纯度、杂质质量分数沿塔高分布的影响,并用发汗提纯模型进行了拟合。研究结果表明:采用的悬浮结晶装置对湿法磷酸有良好的分离提纯效果;结晶器进料质量分数、洗涤塔搅拌速率对熔融液中杂质质量分数沿塔高的分布有很大影响,进料质量分数增加,则产品纯度增加,适度的搅拌有助于保证洗涤塔的纯化效率,而过高的搅拌速率对分离提纯效果影响不大。在结晶器H3PO4进料质量分数为84%—86%、洗涤塔搅拌速率为10—20 r/min范围内,产品磷酸纯度可达到食品添加剂的标准,发汗提纯模型能很好地描述稳态操作时塔内的杂质质量分数分布规律,在半对数坐标中,杂质质量分数沿塔高呈线性分布。 相似文献

The chemical modification of commodity polymers such as polyethylene (PE) is a versatile synthetic approach for preparing materials that cannot be manufactured cost-effectively using conventional polymerization techniques. Aiming to improve PE character low contents of dicumyl peroxide (DCP), from 0% to 1.5% was added as crosslinker to an industrial batch (PEs mixture and additives). From tensile testing crosslinking provided higher elastic modulus most due to the restrained microstructure where XPEs macromolecular chains are interconnected also providing lower strain at break. Crosslinking effects on the nonisothermal melt crystallization rate (Cmax) and degree of crystallinity (Xc) were evaluated; Cmax increased with the cooling rates, whereas Xc increased upon DCP addition. The melt crystallization kinetics were thoroughly investigated applying Pseudo-Avrami, Ozawa, and Mo models. Ozawa failed to describe the crystallization most due to ignore the secondary crystallization and spherulites impingement at the end of crystallization while Pseudo-Avrami and Mo provided quite good fits. The activation energy was computed using Arrhenius' approach, crosslinked compounds presented higher energy consumption, whereas exception was verified for 0.5XPE which displayed the lowest energy and overall the best mechanical performance this is the most proper compound for industrial applications, such as packaging, and disposables as well as general goods. 相似文献

The process of p-xylene liquid phase oxidation to produce purified terephthalic acid (PTA) involves a series of liquid phase radical reactions,

unit operations, which construct a complex process system. In this paper, a review of research and development (R&D) works
on PTA process carried out in Zhejiang University during recent years is introduced. The works cover the oxidation and crystallization
kinetics, gas-liquid mass transfer and evaporation, reactor modeling, database development, novel reactor design, process
modeling, simulation, and optimization. The author emphasizes the viewpoint through this case study that chemical reaction
engineering should be developed to process system engineering to extend its scope, and particular attention should be paid
