在城市物流配送中,租用车型的选择与车辆平均装载率具有密切的关系。然而,在带能力约束的车辆路径问题(Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem, CVRP)中, 假设配送车辆装载量为事先已知。在实际物流配送中, 很多配送车辆为租用, 因此需要确定租用的车型大小。本文基于CVRP问题,假设配送车辆载量Q为变量,以车辆平均装载率为优化目标构建了数学模型. 通过数学推导证明了,派送车辆的平均装载率ρ的理论区间为(50%, 100%]。分析得出结论:当顾客需求数据中需求数据大于且接近0.5倍载量Q的越多,车辆平均装载率越低。为了验证分析结论的正确性, 分别设计一个求解CVRP问题的多阶段算法和具有大需求量的CVRP问题算例. 通过求解算例表明:本文理论分析的正确性, 其中四阶段算法的求解结果与当前已知最优解平均偏差仅为0.92%,达到优秀算法水平。  相似文献

This paper presents a management information system (MIS) related to a new meta-heuristic algorithm used for solving the mail carrier problem. Although the mail carrier problem involves both pick-ups and deliveries, the problem is stated as the capacitated vehicle routing problem (CVRP), using zero customer demands, since their quantity (number of letters) is not taken into consideration, due to negligible volume occupying in the boot of motor scooter used for distribution operations. The proposed meta-heuristic algorithm termed as backtracking adaptive threshold accepting (BATA) was tested on some known benchmark problems extracted from the literature and it was proved to be quite efficient.  相似文献

The capacitated vehicle routing problem (CVRP) with a single depot is a classic routing problem with numerous real-world applications. This paper describes the design, modelling and computational aspects of ALGELECT (electrostatic algorithm), a new algorithm for the CVRP. After some general remarks about the origin of the algorithm and its parameters, a parameter tuning process is carried out in order to improve its efficiency. The algorithm is then explained in detail and its main characteristics are presented. Thus, ALGELECT develops good-quality solutions to the CVRP, in terms of the number of scheduled routes and the load ratio of the delivery vehicles. Finally, ALGELECT is used to find solutions for some Solomon's and Augerat's instances, which are then compared to solutions generated by other well-known methods.  相似文献

This paper presents the SR-GCWS-CS probabilistic algorithm that combines Monte Carlo simulation with splitting techniques and the Clarke and Wright savings heuristic to find competitive quasi-optimal solutions to the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) in reasonable response times. The algorithm, which does not require complex fine-tuning processes, can be used as an alternative to other metaheuristics—such as Simulated Annealing, Tabu Search, Genetic Algorithms, Ant Colony Optimization or GRASP, which might be more difficult to implement and which might require non-trivial fine-tuning processes—when solving CVRP instances. As discussed in the paper, the probabilistic approach presented here aims to provide a relatively simple and yet flexible algorithm which benefits from: (a) the use of the geometric distribution to guide the random search process, and (b) efficient cache and splitting techniques that contribute to significantly reduce computational times. The algorithm is validated through a set of CVRP standard benchmarks and competitive results are obtained in all tested cases. Future work regarding the use of parallel programming to efficiently solve large-scale CVRP instances is discussed. Finally, it is important to notice that some of the principles of the approach presented here might serve as a base to develop similar algorithms for other routing and scheduling combinatorial problems.  相似文献

The majority of Combinatorial Optimization Problems (COPs) are defined in the discrete space. Hence, proposing an efficient algorithm to solve the problems has become an attractive subject in recent years. In this paper, a meta-heuristic algorithm based on Binary Particle Swarm Algorithm (BPSO) and the governing Newtonian motion laws, so-called Binary Accelerated Particle Swarm Algorithm (BAPSA) is offered for discrete search spaces. The method is presented in two global and local topologies and evaluated on the 0–1 Multidimensional Knapsack Problem (MKP) as a famous problem in the class of COPs and NP-hard problems. Besides, the results are compared with BPSO for both global and local topologies as well as Genetic Algorithm (GA). We applied three methods of Penalty Function (PF) technique, Check-and-Drop (CD) and Improved Check-and-Repair Operator (ICRO) algorithms to solve the problem of infeasible solutions in the 0–1 MKP. Experimental results show that the proposed methods have better performance than BPSO and GA especially when ICRO algorithm is applied to convert infeasible solutions to feasible ones.  相似文献

We propose a new population-based hybrid meta-heuristic for the periodic vehicle routing problem with time windows. This meta-heuristic is a generational genetic algorithm that uses two neighborhood-based meta-heuristics to optimize offspring. Local search methods have previously been proposed to enhance the fitness of offspring generated by crossover operators. In the proposed method, neighborhood-based meta-heuristics are used for their capacity to escape local optima, and deliver optimized and diversified solutions to the population of the next generation. Furthermore, the search performed by the neighborhood-based meta-heuristics repairs most of the constraint violations that naturally occur after the application of the crossover operators. The genetic algorithm we propose introduces two new crossover operators addressing the periodic vehicle routing problem with time windows. The two crossover operators are seeking the diversification of the exploration in the solution space from solution recombination, while simultaneously aiming not to destroy information about routes in the population as computing routes is NP-hard. Extensive numerical experiments and comparisons with all methods proposed in the literature show that the proposed methodology is highly competitive, providing new best solutions for a number of large instances.  相似文献

This paper presents an adaptive memory-based method for solving the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP), called BoneRoute. The CVRP deals with the problem of finding the optimal sequence of deliveries conducted by a fleet of homogeneous vehicles, based at one depot, to serve a set of customers. The computational performance of the BoneRoute was found to be very efficient, producing high quality solutions over two sets of well known case studies examined.  相似文献

In this paper we consider the Cumulative Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CCVRP), which is a variation of the well-known Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP). In this problem, the traditional objective of minimizing total distance or time traveled by the vehicles is replaced by minimizing the sum of arrival times at the customers. We propose a branch-and-cut-and-price algorithm for obtaining optimal solutions to the problem. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first published exact algorithm for the CCVRP. We present computational results based on a set of standard CVRP benchmarks and investigate the effect of modifying the number of vehicles available.  相似文献

In this article, a meta-heuristic method to solve the non-guillotine cutting stock problem is proposed. The method is based on a combination between the basic principles of the constructive and evolutive methods. With an adequate management of the parameters involved, the method allows regulation of the solution quality to computational effort relationship. This method is applied to a particular case of cutting problems, with which the computational behaviors is evaluated. In fact, 1000 instances of the problem have been classified according to their combinatorial degree and then the efficiency and robustness of the method have been tested. The final results conclude that the proposed method generates an average error close to 2.18% with respect to optimal solutions. It has also been verified that the method yields solutions for all of the instances examined; something that has not been achieved with an exact constructive method, which was also implemented. Comparison of the running times demonstrates the superiority of the proposed method as compared with the exact method.  相似文献

An efficient algorithm is proposed for finding all solutions of nonlinear equations using linear programming (LP). This algorithm is based on a simple test (termed the LP test) for nonexistence of a solution to a system of nonlinear equations in a given region. In the conventional LP test, the system of nonlinear equations is transformed into an LP problem, to which the simplex method is applied. However, although the LP test is very powerful, it requires many pivotings for each region. In this paper, we use the dual simplex method in the LP test, which makes the average number of pivotings per region much smaller (less than one, for example) and makes the algorithm very efficient. By numerical examples, it is shown that the proposed algorithm can find all solutions of systems of 200 nonlinear equations in practical computation time.  相似文献

This paper proposes an optimisation model and a meta-heuristic algorithm for solving the urban network design problem. The problem consists in optimising the layout of an urban road network by designing directions of existing roads and signal settings at intersections. A non-linear constrained optimisation model for solving this problem is formulated, adopting a bi-level approach in order to reduce the complexity of solution methods and the computation times. A Scatter Search algorithm based on a random descent method is proposed and tested on a real dimension network. Initial results show that the proposed approach allows local optimal solutions to be obtained in reasonable computation times.  相似文献

以人民币现金押运为研究背景,考虑了一种基于多类型风险的现金押运路线问题,以在途风险成本、库存现金风险成本以及运输成本为优化目标,建立了混合整数线性规划模型,并提出了一种基于多样化策略和改进邻域搜索的混合遗传算法,其中遗传算法对押运路线进行选择,贪心算法用来求解各类风险指标。数值实验分别对问题特性和算法性能进行了分析。实验结果表明:1)混合遗传算法能求解更大规模的问题,得到较好的解,并很好地平衡了运行时间和求解质量;2)多类型风险影响了行驶路线;3)客户的期望需求影响了库存现金风险。  相似文献

This paper studies the optimization model of a linear objective function subject to a system of fuzzy relation inequalities (FRI) with the max-Einstein composition operator. If its feasible domain is non-empty, then we show that its feasible solution set is completely determined by a maximum solution and a finite number of minimal solutions. Also, an efficient algorithm is proposed to solve the model based on the structure of FRI path, the concept of partial solution, and the branch-and-bound approach. The algorithm finds an optimal solution of the model without explicitly generating all the minimal solutions. Some sufficient conditions are given that under them, some of the optimal components of the model are directly determined. Some procedures are presented to reduce the search domain of an optimal solution of the original problem based on the conditions. Then the reduced domain is decomposed (if possible) into several sub-domains with smaller dimensions that finding the components of the optimal solution in each sub-domain is very easy. In order to obtain an optimal solution of the original problem, we propose another more efficient algorithm which combines the first algorithm, these procedures, and the decomposition method. Furthermore, sufficient conditions are suggested that under them, the problem has a unique optimal solution. Also, a comparison between the recently proposed algorithm and the known ones will be made.  相似文献

This paper presents a unified exact method for solving an extended model of the well-known Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP), called the Heterogenous Vehicle Routing Problem (HVRP), where a mixed fleet of vehicles having different capacities, routing and fixed costs is used to supply a set of customers. The HVRP model considered in this paper contains as special cases: the Single Depot CVRP, all variants of the HVRP presented in the literature, the Site-Dependent Vehicle Routing Problem (SDVRP) and the Multi-Depot Vehicle Routing Problem (MDVRP). This paper presents an exact algorithm for the HVRP based on the set partitioning formulation. The exact algorithm uses three types of bounding procedures based on the LP-relaxation and on the Lagrangean relaxation of the mathematical formulation. The bounding procedures allow to reduce the number of variables of the formulation so that the resulting problem can be solved by an integer linear programming solver. Extensive computational results over the main instances from the literature of the different variants of HVRPs, SDVRP and MDVRP show that the proposed lower bound is superior to the ones presented in the literature and that the exact algorithm can solve, for the first time ever, several test instances of all problem types considered.   相似文献

In this paper, we describe a generalization of the multidimensional two-way number partitioning problem (MDTWNPP) where a set of vectors has to be partitioned into p sets (parts) such that the sums per every coordinate should be exactly or approximately equal. We will call this generalization the multidimensional multi-way number partitioning problem (MDMWNPP). Also, an efficient memetic algorithm (MA) heuristic is developed to solve the multidimensional multi-way number partitioning problem obtained by combining a genetic algorithm (GA) with a powerful local search (LS) procedure. The performances of our memetic algorithm have been compared with the existing numerical results obtained by CPLEX based on an integer linear programming formulation of the problem. The solution reveals that our proposed methodology performs very well in terms of both quality of the solutions obtained and the computational time compared with the previous method of solving the multidimensional two-way number partitioning problem.  相似文献

This paper addresses lot sizing and scheduling problem of a flow shop system with capacity constraints, sequence-dependent setups, uncertain processing times and uncertain multi-product and multi-period demand. The evolution of the uncertain parameters is modeled by means of probability distributions and chance-constrained programming (CCP) theory. A new mixed-integer programming (MIP) model with big bucket time approach is proposed to formulate the problem. Due to the complexity of problem, two MIP-based heuristics with rolling horizon framework named non-permutation heuristic (NPH) and permutation heuristic (PH) have been performed to solve this model. Also, a hybrid meta-heuristic based on a combination of simulated annealing, firefly algorithm and proposed heuristic for scheduling is developed to solve the problem. Additionally, Taguchi method is conducted to calibrate the parameters of the meta-heuristic and select the optimal levels of the algorithm’s performance influential factors. Computational results on a set of randomly generated instances show the efficiency of the hybrid meta-heuristic against exact solution algorithm and heuristics.  相似文献

Wafer sorting is usually regarded as the most critical stage in the whole wafer probing process. This paper discusses the wafer sorting scheduling problem (WSSP) with total setup time minimization as the primary criterion and the minimization of the number of machines used as the secondary criterion. Although the need to consider multiple criteria in real-world WSSPs is widely recognized, the present study is the first attempt to investigate this argument with setups consideration. In view of the strongly NP-hard nature of this problem, three meta-heuristic algorithms—an ant colony system algorithm, a Genetic algorithm, and a Tabu search algorithm are proposed. The proposed meta-heuristics are empirically evaluated by 480 simulation instances based on the characteristics of a real wafer testing shop-floor and found to be very effective in terms of finding good quality solutions.  相似文献

The Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) requires the determination of an optimal set of routes for a set of vehicles to serve a set of customers. We deal here with the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) where there is a maximum weight or volume that each vehicle can load. We developed an Ant Colony algorithm (ACO) for the CVRP based on the metaheuristic technique introduced by Colorni, Dorigo and Maniezzo. We present preliminary results that show that ant algorithms are competitive with other metaheuristics for solving CVRP.  相似文献

Multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) is a promising meta-heuristic to solve multi-objective problems (MOPs). Previous works have shown that selecting a proper combination of leader and archiving methods, which is a challenging task, improves the search ability of the algorithm. A previous study has employed a simple hyper-heuristic to select these components, obtaining good results. In this research, an analysis is made to verify if using more advanced heuristic selection methods improves the search ability of the algorithm. Empirical studies are conducted to investigate this hypothesis. In these studies, first, four heuristic selection methods are compared: a choice function, a multi-armed bandit, a random one, and the previously proposed roulette wheel. A second study is made to identify if it is best to adapt only the leader method, the archiving method, or both simultaneously. Moreover, the influence of the interval used to replace the low-level heuristic is analyzed. At last, a final study compares the best variant to a hyper-heuristic framework that combines a Multi-Armed Bandit algorithm into the multi-objective optimization based on decomposition with dynamical resource allocation (MOEA/D-DRA) and a state-of-the-art MOPSO. Our results indicate that the resulting algorithm outperforms the hyper-heuristic framework in most of the problems investigated. Moreover, it achieves competitive results compared to a state-of-the-art MOPSO.  相似文献
