含S,Mo有化合物的减摩抗磨性能的研究 总被引:14,自引:5,他引:9
用四球机试验和Falex试验评价了所合成的S,Mo有机化合物的减摩抗磨性能,结果表明:当添加0.3% ̄2.0%该化合物到46号汽轮机油中,可使基础油的磨痕直径大大降低。Falex试验表明:该有机钼化合物有优良的减摩效果。本文还讨论了负荷,温度对该化合物极压抗磨性能的影响。结果表明:在高负荷下该化合物的抗磨效果比在低负荷下更为显著,在高温下,含该化合物的油样的临界负荷比基础油的临界负荷大为提高。 相似文献

对研制的三种钢背-铜基自润滑减摩擦材料进行了干摩擦条件下的摩磨损研究,并与常用的减摩材料6-6-3锡表铜作了对经经试验,用扫描电子显微镜对磨面进行了分析。研究表明,所研制的自润滑材料比锡表铜具有更好的减摩性。 相似文献

采用SRV?4型摩擦磨损试验机为试验平台,以某商用车公司提供的发动机缸套-活塞环截取件作为摩擦副试验件,以15W-40 CF-4和15W-40 CI-4发动机油为润滑介质,建立评价柴油机油摩擦磨损性能的模拟试验方法,并使用该方法对油品配方中减摩剂的区分性及不同材质活塞环与润滑油的适配性等进行考察。试验结果表明:建立的模拟试验方法能较好地区分出具有优异抗磨性能的柴油机油,同样对油品配方中减摩剂和不同材质活塞环与润滑油适配性等有着较好的区分性,可以作为润滑油品开发者和OEM汽车厂家对油品配方开发和摩擦副材质筛选的模拟评价手段。 相似文献

利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了噻吩及实验室合成的2-烷基硫甲基噻吩对菜籽油摩擦学性能的影响,用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察分析了磨损表面的形貌和元素存在状态。用差示扫描量热法(DSC)评价了合成添加剂对菜籽油氧化稳定性的影响,结果表明:2-烷基硫甲基噻吩系列化合物大大提高了菜籽油的承载能力,但加剧了钢-钢摩擦副的磨损。含上述添加剂的菜籽油在摩擦副表面发生摩擦化学反应,生成菜籽油和添加剂共同作用所产生的边界润滑膜,从而改变了菜籽油的润滑性能,2-烷基硫甲基噻吩可明显改善菜籽油的抗氧化性能。 相似文献

Poor or inefficient lubrication often gives rise to high friction and wear losses in machine components, which adversely affect their performance, efficiency, and durability. Many approaches are being explored to enhance the antifriction and antiwear properties of sliding machine components. In this study, the antifriction and antiwear properties of carbon spheres, synthesized from plastic waste by an autogenic process, were investigated as an additive to a poly-alpha-olefin (PAO-4 grade) oil. When dispersed at 1 wt% concentration, the carbon spheres reduced both friction and wear under boundary-lubricated sliding conditions. In particular, the reduction in wear was quite dramatic and appeared to be enabled by the formation of a fairly thick (≈200 nm) carbon-rich boundary film, the formation of which is attributed to tribochemical interactions between the carbon particles and sliding contact surfaces. 相似文献

Computational chemistry has been applied in a practical manner to a perfluoropolyalkylether (PFPAE) liquid lubricant research and development program. Additives have been previously shown to be effective in a PFPAE liquid lubricant candidate gas turbine engine oil base fluid as oxidation inhibitors/metal deactivators, lubricity additives and antirust additives. In this effort, low energy configuration computer models of the base fluid and of selected additives were created. Simulated docking of the additive molecules in the base fluid media, onto low carbon steel and onto iron oxide substrates, provided information on the strength of the substrate/additive interactions. Also, the visual representation of each additive molecule's alignment on the metallic surface has provided insight into selection of the optimnum functionality in designing new additives. Increased recording density in magnetic recording has been achieved by introducing newly developed magnetic tapes, such as metal particulate tapes and metal-evaporated tapes. As a loss in magnetic recording increases with spacing between a magnetic tape and a magnetic head, these are obliged to contact each other. A tape also rubs tape-transportation elements in videotape recorders (VTRs), such as the stationary drum and guide posts. Thus it is not too much to say that the development of new magnetic tapes for practical application depends on tribological research.
In this paper, tribological analyses for the improvements of durability and runnability of metal particulate tapes and metal-evaporated videotapes are reviewed. 相似文献
