含噁二唑的新三唑类化合物的合成与生物活性研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以氯乙酸乙酯、1-H-1,2,4-三氮唑、水合肼、芳香醛和醋酸酐为主要原料,通过N-烷基化、肼解、缩合、环化等反应合成了6个新型三唑类化合物.其结构经IR、1H NMR、EA 和MS确证.初步生物活性测试表明,此类化合物具有一定的杀菌活性. 相似文献

合成了6个3,4-二(2’-芳基-1’,3’,4’-噁二唑基)呋喃,化合物的结构经1H NMR、FTIR、MS表征。初步发光性能表明,在272~293 nm出现最大紫外-可见吸收峰;在DMF溶液中,341~375 nm出现最大荧光发射峰,是一类紫色发光材料。 相似文献

为了解决目前的农药抗性问题,采用活性亚结构拼接法,以噁虫酮和噻虫嗪为先导化合物,设计合成了一系列含1,2,4-噁二唑噻唑类化合物,使用核磁共振波谱以及高分辨质谱确认了目标化合物的结构,并对目标化合物进行了杀二斑叶螨卵室内生物测试实验,结果表明,目标化合物对二斑叶螨卵的孵化均具有一定的抑制活性,其中目标化合物I4e在质量浓度为500 mg/L时,螨卵孵化抑制率为100%,在质量浓度为50 mg/L时,目标化合物I4a、I4b、I4e对二斑叶螨卵的孵化抑制率分别为64%,62%,77%。 相似文献

Poly(triphenylamine-p-phenylenevinylene)s with two different end-groups were obtained through a Wittig polycondensation. The structures of two
copolymers were characterized. Ultraviolet and visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra show the end-capped
polymer emits intensive green light in both solution and film state. Their applications in the detection of nitro compounds
were investigated, and the results show high fluorescence quenching sensitivity of the end-capped polymer towards o-nitrotoluene (o-NT). When the concentration of o-NT was 21.5 × 10−3 mol/L, the fluorescence quenching reached 96%. Additionally, after the exposure of polymer film in three different quenchers
such as dinitrotoluene (DNT), p-nitrobenzoquinone (p-BQ) and p-nitrotoluene (p-NT) for 600 s, its fluorescence quenching reached 93.6%, 11.5% and 77.9%, respectively. This kind of polymer has great advantages
in preparation and may find applications in the detection of nitro explosives.

Two series of new blue photoluminescent aromatic polyesters (polyarylates) were synthesized from 4,4′-dicarboxytriphenylamine
and 4,4′-dicarboxy-4″-methyltriphenylamine with various bisphenols by the diphenylchlorophosphate (DPCP) activated direct
polycondensation in a medium of pyridine and lithium chloride. These polymers were amorphous and readily soluble in various
common organic solvents including DMAc, THF, and chloroform, and could be cast from their chloroform solutions into transparent
films due to their excellent solubility. These polyarylates exhibited moderately high T
g values (186–264 °C) and thermal stability. In THF solution, these triphenylamine-containing polyarylates showed UV-Vis absorption
bands at 359–365 nm and photoluminescence peaks around 427–451 nm in the blue region.

3-Chloro-1-benzothiophene-2-carbonylchloride 1 was allowed to react with hydrazine hydrate to give carbohydrazide 2. The reaction of 3-chloro-1-benzothiophene-2-carbohydrazide 2 with potassium thiocyanate gave compound 3, which was cyclized to form thioxotetrahydropyrimidine 4, thiazoles 5a–e, triazoles 7a–e and oxadiazoles 10a–h. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were confirmed by spectral data and have been screened for antimicrobial, analgesic and anthelmintic activities. 相似文献
