大豆异黄酮抗氧化性质的研究   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
目的考察大豆异黄酮的抗氧化能力。方法通过二苯代苦味酰基自由基清除实验,羟基自由基清除实验以及抗亚油酸过氧化等实验,测定和对比大豆异黄酮、维生素C和芦丁的抗氧化能力。结果大豆异黄酮对上述自由基均有清除作用,对羟基自由基的清除效果比芦丁好。结论大豆异黄酮是良好的.0H清除剂。  相似文献

从大豆乳清中提取出大豆异黄酮 ,对其抗氧化活性进行了研究。采用α 脱氧核糖氧化法和连苯三酚氧化法 ,分别研究了不同浓度的大豆异黄酮对羟自由基·OH和超氧自由基O- 2 ·的清除效果。结果表明 ,随着大豆异黄酮浓度的增大 ,其对羟自由基·OH的清除能力大大增强 ;而对超氧自由基O- 2 ·的清除能力却呈下降趋势。试验结果还表明 ,随着时间的延长 ,不同浓度的大豆异黄酮对超氧自由基O- 2 ·的清除能力都迅速减弱。  相似文献

文章对月桂精油(LEO)的抗氧化和清除游离基活性的比较是基于总体抗氧化能力、清除超氧阴离子自由基能力、清除羟基自由基能力、抗亚油酸脂质过氧化能力、清除DPPH自由基五个方面,并与其它的合成抗氧化剂如BHT、PG做比较.实验结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,LEO的抗氧化活性、羟自由基清除能力、清除DPPH自由基能力强于BHT和PG;清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力弱于PG;精油抑制亚油酸的过氧化能力与BHT和PG相当.实验表明了LEO具有良好的抗氧化效果.  相似文献

为探究异黄酮类化合物抗氧化活性的构效关系,以染料木素、大豆苷元、橙桑黄酮、奥沙京4 种异黄酮类分子为代表展开研究。测定了4 种分子的体外抗氧化活性,并与文献报道进行分析比对。对4 种分子进行分子模拟,得到稳定的优势构象并对其进行相关量子化学计算。结果分析表明,4 种异黄酮分子清除自由基能力与其酚羟基位置电子转移和脱氢能力有关,前线分子轨道能直观地展现抗氧化物的分子活性部位,而能隙和自由基生成热能准确表征4 种异黄酮分子抗氧化活性顺序,对于4 种分子的多羟基位自由基生成热分析可知,4’-OH是染料木素和大豆苷元最主要的羟基活性部位,3’-OH是橙桑黄酮和奥沙京最主要的羟基活性部位,4’-OH和3’-OH可分别作为表征这4 种分子清除自由基活性的位点。  相似文献

以全叶青兰经超临界CO2萃取后的萃取物为原料,采用乙醇提取后,根据极性差异经乙醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇依次萃取,对所得提取物的抗氧化活性进行了研究。结果表明,3种提取物对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基均具有比较强的抗氧化活性。其清除DPPH自由基的能力比较接近,而对羟基自由基的清除能力三者差异较大。其中,乙酸乙酯和乙醚提取物清除羟基自由基的半数清除率要明显小于同等条件下的对照品芦丁和BHT的清除浓度,正丁醇提取物清除DPPH自由基的半数清除率的浓度明显要小于清除羟基自由基的浓度,乙酸乙酯萃取物和乙醚萃取物在两个体系内的差异较小。  相似文献

目的:研究海金沙黄酮(Flavones from Lygodiu mjaponicum,FLJ)的制备与体外抗氧化活性。方法:通过回流法萃取和大孔吸附树脂纯化,得到纯化的FLJ。以VC、BHT、芦丁和槲皮素为阳性对照,对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、烷基自由基的清除率以及抑制油脂过氧化的能力进行研究。结果:FLJ对上述自由基均有一定的清除作用,对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基清除能力弱于VC、芦丁和槲皮素;对油脂抗氧化作用强于BHT和VC。浓度为1.04mg/mL的FLJ和VC对烷基自由基的清除能力相当。FLJ的添加量在实验范围内与其抗氧化活性呈正相关。结论:FLJ具有明显的体外抗氧化活性。  相似文献

采用比色法测定菟丝子黄酮对自由基的清除作用,确定其具有的抗氧化性能.结果表明:在相同浓度条件下,其具有较强于BHT清除DPPH·自由基的能力;与Vc溶液相比,具有更强的清除羟基自由基的活性;当黄酮浓度为lmg/mL时,其对超氧阴离子自由基最终的清除率可达87.65%,表现出了良好的清除效果.通过实验说明,菟丝子黄酮具有较强的抗氧化性能.  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
