为了解决氢氧化镁与聚合物相容性不好等问题,表面改性是有效的途径之一。分别采用稀土偶联剂、硬脂酸钙偶联剂,以及其联合偶联剂,以干法和湿法对4种不同的氢氧化镁进行了表面包覆工作。包覆后的氢氧化镁真密度都有下降,而表观密度和灼烧失重都有所增加。通过对比得出了以稀土为偶联剂,采用干法对氢氧化镁进行处理得到的效果最好。 相似文献

选用钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ101、NDZ401和硅烷偶联剂KH550、KH570分别对碱式硫酸镁晶须进行预处理,采用模压工艺制备不饱和聚酯树脂/苎麻布/碱式硫酸镁晶须复合材料,研究了偶联剂加入比例对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:除了KH570外,其他几种偶联剂均可保持或提高复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度;除了NDZ101之外,其他几种偶联剂均可提高复合材料的弯曲强度,当选用2%的KH550进行处理时,复合材料的弯曲强度最高,达到104.78 MPa,较未经偶联剂处理的复合材料的弯曲强度(95.18 MPa)提高了10.09%;利用硅烷类偶联剂处理晶须,对复合材料的拉伸模量、弯曲模量的改善效果优于钛酸酯类偶联剂;偶联剂处理不能改变复合材料脆性断裂的性质。 相似文献

Deterioration of monuments constructed of limestone could be potentially arrested by applying a combination of coupling agents with consolidants, which can prevent acid attack and mechanical weakening. Two different coupling agents including N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxysilane (AE-APMDMS) and diethyl phosphatoethyl triethoxysilane(DEPETES) were used to link calcite. Calcite was impregnated with these coupling agents and studied by FTIR, TG-DSC and contact angle measurement. According to these techniques, new bands, a two stage decomposition pattern appeared and a slight increase in surface hydrophobicity for AE-APMDMS and DEPETES that indicated interactions between the coupling agents and calcite. The Scotch Tape test and compressive strength test showed that the cohesion between consolidant and limestone powder improved, while the ability of consolidation decreased, which were resulted by coupling agents. Resist acid test on limestone powder coated with the coupling agents resulted in a decreased deterioration rate. Limestone treated with combined consolidant plus AE-APMDMS or DEPETES showed a significant decrease in capillarity water absorption. 相似文献

The major progress in fiberglass-reinforced polyester composites since the 1940s has been attributed to the development of silane coupling agents that improve the bond across the interface [1]. Among the best coupling agents for polyesters is 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (γ-MPS), first described in 1962 (Fig. 1). Other methacrylate-functional silane coupling agents show comparable coupling activity in fiberglass reinforced general purpose polyester composites [2] (Table 1). The bond between glass and polyester with these coupling agents was “perfect,” i.e., fracture surfaces after 2-h water boil showed essentially no interfacial bond failure. 相似文献

Green biocomposites were prepared via injection molding with poly(hydroxybutyrate-co-valerate) and natural bamboo fibers. Three types of coupling agents were used to modify the fibers, and the influence of different kinds of coupling agents was evaluated. The mechanical properties of the biocomposites varied with the type and content of the coupling agents. The water absorption and thermal properties of the composites were measured simultaneously after treatment with the coupling agents. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was employed to analyze the principle of fiber treatment with different coupling agents. The mechanical properties of the composites markedly improved, whereas the water absorption decreased after modification. Treatment with coupling agents only slightly influences the thermal properties but improved the crystallinity of the composites. Therefore, the interfacial compatibility between the fiber and matrix was enhanced after modification, with the silane coupling agent exhibiting the best effect. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J.
