超声电机在航空航天领域有着广阔的应用前景。考虑到振动环境对电机工作性能的影响,有必要对超声电机进行振动环境实验。该文就超声电机随机振动实验的条件和方法进行了研究,并设计了一套在振动环境下检测超声电机性能的装置。实验证明本研究所研制的TRUM60型超声电机能在功率谱密度高达0.4 g2/Hz振动环境下工作,其机械性能基本保持不变。 相似文献

为了进一步扩展超声电机在航空航天领域的应用范围,综合研究了共阶梯轴双定/转子超声电机在极端环境下的输出特性。对于这种性能优越的新型超声电机,制作了适用于极端环境的试验样机,进行了真空、高/低温复合环境以及振动环境环境试验研究。探讨了各种环境因素对电机性能的影响。结果表明,真空、高温、低温、振动等环境因素会对电机输出性能产生不同程度的影响,共阶梯轴双定/转子超声电机具备一定的极端环境适应性。该研究为超声电机在航空航天领域的广泛应用提供了参考。 相似文献

针对行波型旋转超声电机发热严重的问题,建立三维瞬态温度场的模型.综合考虑超声电机产生损耗的原因,对各部位的损耗进行理论推导和数值计算.利用Ansys软件对理论模型进行仿真,分析了超声电机关键部位的温度分布情况.建立了一套温度测试系统,对理论模型和仿真结果进行试验验证.结果表明,理论分析和试验结果基本吻合,为进一步研究超声电机的热源优化问题提供了分析和试验方法. 相似文献

A high-performance servo control scheme using compact ultrasonic motors (USMs) as actuators has not yet been practically realized in modern industry and office automation systems because the dynamic and steady-state modeling of USMs is almost impossible from a theoretical point of view. A high-performance speed/positional servo control scheme based on modern fuzzy reasoning concepts and featuring a traveling wave-type USM with high torque at low speed range is presented. The control method of the USM servo system using inverter frequency and voltage control strategies for the speed and amplitude of the traveling wave on the USM stator and the phase difference control scheme between two-phase high-frequency inverters are demonstrated and evaluated using experimental results. A variety of ultrasonic motors (USMs) have attracted special interest as a new type of actuator in servo motion control systems. For practical applications, the speed servo control system incorporating the ultrasonic motor developed in Japan has some special unique features. However, this system has several significant problems, such as the inherent speed ripple characteristics, the speed regulation characteristics under the condition of applied disturbance load torque, and the speed tracking characteristics. In order to solve these practical problems, some control schemes of ultrasonic-actuated motor systems have been proposed and discussed theoretically, which include fuzzy reasoning control, adaptive control, repetitive learning control, and neural-network-based learning control. However, it is considered that these control strategies mentioned above have not been sufficiently substantiated from a feasible experimental point of view. This paper presents a newly proposed precise speed tracking servo control system using the compact traveling-wave-type ultrasonic motor. Its proposed control scheme is composed of both the driving frequency control loop with the variable-gain strategy and the applied voltage control loop with the speed ripple reduction strategy of the USM. In this paper, a systematic design method and a new half-step operation are proposed for ultrasonic stepping motors (USMs) which are based on the principle of spatially shifted standing vibrations. With emphasis on the combination of the order of vibration mode, the number of spatial phase shifts, the number of electrodes, and the number of simultaneously excited electrodes, the design equations and constraints are newly derived, hence, proposing the design procedure. The finite-element method and impedance measurement are also employed to investigate the vibration of the stator. By borrowing the control idea of electromagnetic stepping motors, the half-step operation is newly applied to this USM so that the step size can be further halved. An 80-step USM is prototyped. The proposed design method and half-step operation are well supported by experimentation. 相似文献

In recent years, ultrasonic motors (USM) as new actuators have attracted special interest. Several kinds of constructions and characteristics of USMs have been reported so far. Of these USMs, a traveling wave-type USM has many characteristics such as: high torque in the low-speed range, large holding torque based upon frictional force, flexible free forms, compactness in size and low magnetic noise. In practice, an inherent mechanical resonant frequency and a velocity amplitude of USM are changed largely according to operating temperature due to frictional drive, load disturbance torque, and applied voltage levels. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new control system which solves these items and always supplies the required power with high efficiency and high performance in the practical applications. This paper proposes mainly a new sensorless high-performance control scheme of an inverter-fed ultrasonic motor, which is based on a control system technology with two feedbacks incorporating automatic resonant frequency tracking and constant velocity amplitude control strategies. This control system is realized in terms of a high-frequency chopper and a two-phase series/parallel resonant inverter. an example drive and control system has been presented. This drive system has been designed as to be controlled digitally.
In addition, the important industrial and research applications of these motors have been included. The presented study has
been arranged as a review of ultrasonic motors. The important points of specifications, models, drive systems and control
