介绍了胶接接头无损检测技术近年来的发展情况,对超声波、声、应力波等无损检测技术的发展作了概要的阐述,同时对胶接接头的强度检测进行了分析,认为检测中所选用的强度相关参数,应充分体现胶接接头对应力的响应,这样才可能实现胶接强度的定量检测。  相似文献

针对碳纤维复合材料框架胶接接头的胶接质量问题,提出了使用0.5~10 MHz的宽带窄脉冲探头单侧进行脉冲回波法快速检测。采取试验与理论相结合的方法,采集11种常用接头结构超声波,对其传播特性和检测信号特性进行分析。研究结果表明:试验提出的方法实现了对复合材料框架胶接接头的胶接质量检测,对实际工程检测具有较强的指导意义。  相似文献

以AG—80/DDS、环氧—聚砜和环氧—丁腈结构胶为胶粘剂,45~#钢和LY_(12)—CZ铝合金为被粘材料,综合研究了胶接接头的耐久性。研究结果表明,除胶粘剂外,内外应力、温度、介质和被粘物的表面状态均是影响接头耐久性的重要因素。激光双折射法测定胶接接头内应力是较可行的新方法。  相似文献

The splicing of reinforcement bars in tension using epoxy-sleeve joints is described. The optimum length of the splicing sleeve required and the optimum bonding layer of epoxy resin in the joint were determined in direct tension tests. The performance of the epoxy-sleeve joint made to these optimum dimensions is then compared to that of a lap splice made according to the provisions of CP 110 in a beam flexure test. A sleeve length of 12 bar diameters and an optimum average thickness of 2 mm of the bonding layer of epoxy are shown to develop the full strength of the splices bar. Tensile reinforcement bars spliced using epoxy-sleeve joints are shown to perform satisfactorily as flexural reinforcement in beams and compare favourably with the standard CP 110 lap splice. Epoxy-sleeve joints are shown to produce stiffer beams and reduced crack width at the joints.  相似文献

Single lap joint specimens bonded with two commercial epoxy-based film adhesives, FM-73 and FM-300K, were exposed to combinations of different types of ‘load’, ie mechanical load, temperature and moisture/water. The applied mechanical load was high—90% of the nominal strength of the specimen (as determined in tensile experiments). The initial strength of the joint and the residual strength at various time intervals were then determined. The specimens were not influenced by a single type of ‘load’ or even by a combination of two types of ‘load’. However, combining all three ‘loads’ caused spontaneous failure of the specimen. When applying a constant load of up to 60% of the nominal strength, no spontaneous failures were observed within 30 days (even after exposure to hot-wet environment).  相似文献

Resin bonded joints are being used for a variety of applications in highway bridges. Such uses involve operation under different combinations of dead and live loading plus weathering. This paper is concerned with the fatigue performance of steel-to-steel lap joints for endurances of up to 108 cycles. The effects on fatigue performance of curing temperature and operating temperature have been examined and work in progress to investigate effects of weathering is described. Special attention is given to performances at long endurances and low stresses relevant to traffic loading during service.  相似文献

A fast, accurate, inexpensive, and nondestructive method to determine the density of very porous ceramics has been found. This method is an extension of the water-displacement technique with three weighings and the use of glycerol instead of water. For small (1.13 g), 29% porosity B4C pellets, the precision is 0.002 g/cm3 and the accuracy is better than 0.006 g/cm3 compared with the geometric density.  相似文献

This paper reports an ultrasonic angle-beam technique for the evaluation of interfacial properties of adhesive joints. The technique is based on measurement of the frequency response of obliquely incident ultrasonic signals from an adherend-adhesive interface. A theoretical model was developed for analysis of the interaction between the obliquely incident ultrasonic waves and multilayered adhesive joints. A special ultrasonic goniometer using only one ultrasonic transducer was built to measure the reflected signals. Samples with controlled interfacial properties were prepared for experimental determination of these properties. The experimental results were in good agreement with those predicted from the model. It was found that some of the minima loci in the reflected frequency spectra are independent of either the thickness or the elastic properties of the interfacial layer. This enables us to develop a simple and stable reconstruction procedure to determine the thickness and interfacial properties from experimental data.  相似文献

Strength and failure properties of bulky (i.e. with thick substrate) adhesive joints with adhesively-bonded columns (ABCs) subjected to external loads were investigated experimentally and analytically. From the experimental results, it was found that the strengths of the bulky adhesive joints with ABCs increased considerably when they were subjected to external tensile loads or lateral bending loads. And the joint strengths increased with increasing depths of the blind holes. The failure process of the joints with ABCs was simulated by the technique of element birth and death developed in the finite element method (FEM). The conclusions obtained from FEM coincide with those obtained from the experiments.  相似文献
