嘧菌环胺对葡萄灰霉病室内毒力测定和田间药效试验 总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4
以菌丝生长速率法测定嘧菌环胺对葡萄灰霉病菌的毒力.结果表明:嘧菌环胺的EC50值为0.0319 mg/L,EC90值为0.0955 mg/L;腐霉利的EC50值为0.3235 mg/L,EC90值为1.4080 mg/L;嘧菌环胺对腐霉利的T50值为1014,T90值为1474.说明嘧菌环胺对葡萄灰霉病菌的抑制活性好于腐霉利.2008年和2009年田间药效试验结果证明:在葡萄灰霉病发生初期,用50%嘧菌环胺WG有效剂量125~200 mg/kg连续喷药3次,使用间隔期7~10 d,防效达72.50%~80.44%,是防治葡萄灰霉病较理想的杀菌剂. 相似文献

为明确20%氟胺·嘧菌酯WG、75%戊唑·嘧菌酯WG对水稻纹枯病的防治效果及适宜用量等,于2012年在水稻纹枯病发病始盛期和发病高峰期各用药防治1次。结果表明:20%氟胺·嘧菌酯WG 750~1 500 g/hm2、75%戊唑·嘧菌酯WG 150~300 g/hm2对纹枯病1次防治效果在90%以上,2次防治效果在95%以上,与75%肟菌·戊唑醇WG、240 g/L噻呋酰胺SC防治效果相近,好于300 g/L苯甲·丙环唑EC、43%戊唑醇SC、20%井冈霉素AS等处理。 相似文献

探索了啶酰菌胺、唑醚·氟酰胺、嘧菌环胺、啶氧菌酯、腐霉利、嘧霉胺6种杀菌剂对草莓灰霉病的防治效果及对草莓的安全性,为药剂的推广应用提供依据。试验参照《农药田间药效试验准则》要求,进行了防治草莓灰霉病的田间试验,比较不同药剂对草莓灰霉病的防治效果。田间试验结果显示:啶酰菌胺、唑醚·氟酰胺、嘧菌环胺、啶氧菌酯4种杀菌剂对草莓灰霉病的防治效果达90%,腐霉利、嘧霉胺防治效果为74%~78%。啶酰菌胺、唑醚·氟酰胺、嘧菌环胺、啶氧菌酯4种杀菌剂防效优良,差异不显著。腐霉利、嘧霉胺防治效果较好,但防效不及上述4种杀菌剂。 相似文献

Botrytis cinerea is considered an important plant pathogen and is responsible for significant crop yield losses. With the frequent application of commercial fungicides, B. cinerea has developed resistance to many frequently used fungicides. Therefore, it is necessary to develop new kinds of fungicides with high activity and new modes of action to solve the increasingly serious problem of resistance. During our screening of fungicide candidates, one novel sulfonamide compound, N-(2-trifluoromethyl-4-chlorphenyl)-2-oxocyclohexyl sulfonamide (L13), has been found to exhibit good fungicidal activity against B. cinerea. In this work, the mode of action of L13 against B. cinerea and the field control effect on tomato gray mold was studied. L13 had good control against B. cinerea resistant to carbendazim, diethofencarb, and iprodione commercial fungicides in the pot culture experiments. SEM and TEM observations revealed that L13 could cause obvious morphological and cytological changes to B. cinerea, including excessive branching, irregular ramification or abnormal configuration, and the decomposition of cell wall and vacuole. L13 induced more significant electrolyte leakage from hyphae than procymidone as a positive control. L13 had only a minor effect on the oxygen consumption of intact mycelia, with 2.15% inhibition at 50 μg/mL. In two locations over 2 years, the field control effect of L13 against tomato gray mold reached 83% at a rate of 450 g ai ha−1, better than the commercial fungicide of iprodione. Moreover, toxicological tests demonstrated the low toxicological effect of L13. [目的]我国对人参中嘧菌环胺残留动态尚未研究,旨在为其在人参上使用合理化.[方法]通过田间试验和气质联用技术研究了50%嘧菌环胺WG在人参和土壤中的消解动态及最终残留量.[结果]施药剂量为推荐剂量的2倍(1 133.3 g a.i./hm2)时,半衰期为根11.8 d、茎15.7 d、叶16.5 d、土19.1 d,根、茎和土壤中残留量均远低于韩国MRL值(0.5 mg/kg).[结论]按照1 133.3 g a.i./hm2剂量处理,施药1次,建议我国在人参根茎和土壤中嘧菌环胺的MRL值暂定为0.5 mg/kg,安全间隔期根14 d,茎、土壤28 d,而参叶上残留量较高,建议MRL值暂定为1.0 mg/kg,安全间隔期无法确定. 相似文献
