Borosulfates are oxoanionic compounds consisting of condensed sulfur- and boron-centered tetrahedra. Hitherto, they were mostly achieved from solvothermal syntheses in SO3-enriched sulfuric acid, or from reactions with the superacid H[B(HSO4)4]. The crystal structures are very similar to those of the corresponding class of silicates and their substitution variants, especially regarding the typical structural motif of corner-sharing tetrahedra. However, the borosulfates are supposed to be even more versatile, because (BO3) units might also be part of the anionic network. The following article deals with detailed reports on the different synthesis strategies, the crystal chemistry of borosulfates in comparison to silicates, and their hitherto identified properties.  相似文献

Amorphous metal–organic frameworks (aMOFs) are an emerging family of attractive materials with great application potential, however aMOFs are usually prepared under harsh conditions and aMOFs with complex compositions and structures are rarely reported. In this work, an aMOF-dominated nanocomposite (aMOF-NC) with both structural and compositional complexity has been synthesized using a facile approach. A ligand-competition amorphization mechanism is proposed based on experimental and density functional theory calculation results. The aMOF-NC possesses a core–shell nanorod@nanosheet architecture, including a Fe-rich Fe-Co-aMOF core and a Co-rich Fe-Co-aMOF shell in the core–shell structured nanorod, and amorphous Co(OH)2 nanosheets as the outer layer. Benefiting from the structural and compositional heterogeneity, the aMOF-NC demonstrates an excellent oxygen evolution reaction activity with a low overpotential of 249 mV at 10.0 mA cm−2 and Tafel slope of 39.5 mV dec−1.  相似文献

Infrared spectra of cyclohexanol and the trans and cis forms of cyclohexandiols with 1,4-, 1,3- and 1,2-OH groups in solution in CCl4, CDCl3 and in low temperature matrices in argon are reported for the OH stretching region. Band splittings are observed in the matrix state and the components are assigned to equatorial and axial OH groups. These are not split in spectra of solutions because of the greater band width in this state. Bands from hydrogen bonded forms are observed for favourable spatial arrangements.  相似文献

Steroids comprise a large group of natural substances that must frequently be monitored in various biological materials. Due to the metabolic versatility of steroid molecules, extremely complex mixtures are often encountered, necessitating the use of a chromatographic procedure prior to measurement. In this article we present our work, that is, the development of analyses of biological steroids (especially vitamin D compounds and neurosteroids) using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, high-performance liquid chromatography (including inclusion chromatography using cyclodextrin) and liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry.  相似文献

Galactosaminogalactan (GAG) is a prominent cell wall component of the opportunistic fungal pathogen Aspergillus fumigatus. GAG is a heteropolysaccharide composed of α-1,4-linked galactose, galactosamine and N-acetylgalactosamine residues. To enable biochemical studies, a library of GAG-fragments was constructed featuring specimens containing α-galactose-, α-galactosamine and α-N-acetyl galactosamine linkages. Key features of the synthetic strategy include the use of di-tert-butylsilylidene directed α-galactosylation methodology and regioselective benzoylation reactions using benzoyl-hydroxybenzotriazole (Bz-OBt). Structural analysis of the Gal, GalN and GalNAc oligomers by a combination of NMR and MD approaches revealed that the oligomers adopt an elongated, almost straight, structure, stabilized by inter-residue H-bonds, one of which is a non-conventional C−H⋅⋅⋅O hydrogen bond between H5 of the residue (i+1) and O3 of the residue (i). The structures position the C-2 substituents almost perpendicular to the oligosaccharide main chain axis, pointing to the bulk solvent and available for interactions with antibodies or other binding partners.  相似文献

From the theories of the nuclear hyperfine structure (HFS) and Λ doubling of diatomic molecules, several brief algebraic equations for interpretation of HFS and Λ doubling of transitions of diatomic molecule have been developed. A few important parameters of HFS and Λ doubling of15N16O have been efficiently and accurately obtained from the analysis of the high resolution spectra of15N16O (X2∏) observed in our experiments with these equations. This method can provide an effective approach to obtain important hyperfine parameters of novel radicals from their high resolution laser magnetic resonance spectra. The platform-independent software package consisting of the oligonucleotide mass assembler (OMA) and the oligonucleotide peak analyzer (OPA) was created to support the analysis of oligonucleotide mass spectra. It calculates all theoretically possible fragments of a given input sequence and annotates it to an experimental spectrum, thus, saving a large amount of manual processing time. The software performs analysis of precursor and product ion spectra of oligonucleotides and their analogues comprising user-defined modifications of the backbone, the nucleobases, or the sugar moiety, as well as adducts with metal ions or drugs. The ability to expand the library of building blocks and to implement individual structural variations makes it extremely useful for supporting the analysis of therapeutically active compounds. The functionality of the software tool is demonstrated on the examples of a platinated double-stranded oligonucleotide and a modified RNA sequence. Experiments also reveal the unique dissociation behavior of platinated higher-order DNA structures.   相似文献

Several tetraalkylammonium (TAA) cations intercalated in layered clay mineral montmorillonite were studied by a combination of theoretical approach based on density functional theory (DFT) and infrared spectroscopy. DFT calculations revealed positions of TAA cations in the interlayer space and a dependence of d001 parameter on the cation size. A finite difference method and molecular dynamic simulations were used to analyze and interpret vibrational modes observed in the experimental spectra with a specific focus on the CH3 and CH2 stretching modes. MD simulations on the tetraethylammonium-montmorillonite (TEA-M) model showed a high sensitivity of the position of the stretching vibrations of the CH3 and CH2 groups on the d001 value. MD calculations also helped to distinguish vibrations of the parallel and perpendicular CH3 groups of the tetramethylammonium-montmorillonite (TMA-M) which was not possible from the experimental infrared spectra because of many overlapping broad bands.  相似文献

Reactions of 1,3-diisopropylcarbodiimide with alkali metal amides, MN(SiMe3)2 (M=Li or Na) in hexane or THF produced the alkali metal guanidinates { (i-PrN)2C [N(SiMe3)2]Li }2 (1) and { (i-PrN)2C[N(SiMe3)2]Na(THF) } 2 (2) in nearly quantitative yields. Both complexes 1 and 2 were well characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, ^1H and ^13C NMR spectra, and X-ray diffraction. It was found that the guanidinates adopt different coordination modes in these complexes.  相似文献

Transition metal complexes of stable N-heterocyclic carbenes have recently gained increasing attention as pre-catalysts for a number of important reactions primarily based on the analogy between N-heterocyclic carbenes and strong ó-donating tertiary phosphines,[1] Although a large number of transition-metal carbene complexes have been reported, very few incorporate chelating carbenes were reported.[2,3] Therefore, we have set out to prepare and study transition-metal compounds with chelating di-N-heterocyclic carbenes, and we now report new dicationic tetra(carbine)nickel(Ⅱ) complexes in this class (Scheme 1). Two new glycosides of the cholestane series (allosides A and B) have been isolated from the fruit of the cocultivatedAllium suvorovii Rgi. andAllium stipitatum Rgl. (family Liliaceae, local name anzur). The acid hydrolysis of both compounds gave a sterol not previously described, which has been called alliosterol and has the structure of (22S)-cholest-5-ene-1, 3, 16, 22-tetraol, and the product of its dehvdration, which is (16S, 22S)-furost-5-ene-1, 3-diol.
