分析尾气排放超标的原因,提出相应的改进措施。采取在蝶阀前设置水封,将二次空气的补充位置改在气冷器之后,并将补充空气量增加,调整尾气成份.以使NO/NO2≤1,修改转化管线位置,更换泵等措施,使尾气NOx含量从230kg/h降至110kg/h。  相似文献

全加压硝酸装置采用高压法硝酸工艺流程,氨、空气混合气送入氧化炉,在0.75MPa压力及铂网催化的作用下,氨氧化生成NO,并进一步氧化生成NO2等高价氮氧化物,用水吸收NO2,得到浓度为57%的硝酸。尾气净化处理采用洗涤塔三段洗涤,使尾气中NOx含量低于0.02%。  相似文献

The principle of the air-lift reactor is finding wide application in the fields of both chemical technology and biotechnology because it offers simple and effective mixing in three-phase processes involving gases, liquids and solids. The air-lift principle offers advantages of no moving parts, high gas absorption efficiency, good heat transfer characteristics and rapid mixing which are applicable in a range of industrial processes. This review considers specific aspects of air-lift reactors emphasizing their function and relevance to particular applications. The two main groups of air-lift reactor, baffled vessels and external loop reactors, have four main component parts in common, the riser, the downcomer, the base and the gas separator, all of which have distinct characteristics. The performance of these four components with respect to flow configurations, fluidization of suspended solids and mass transfer are discussed together with methods of evaluating mass transfer coefficients.  相似文献

The hydrodynamic characteristics of an air-lift activated carbon slurry column with external looping were investigated to find the optimal operating conditions of the slurry adsorption process that is frequently used as wastewater treatment, biological air pollutant removal and other environmental treatments. The experiments were conducted at different concentrations of adsorbents and gas inputs in the air-lift bubble column having external looping as batchwise contactor. The hydrodynamic behaviors were estimated with the residence time tracing of slurry adsorbents and gas holdups. The mixing characteristics were analyzed to find the best operating condition of an air-lift bubble column for the adsorbing equipment, and the performance of column was compared with that of internal looping.  相似文献

研究了曳力模型和湍流模型对气升式内环流反应器流体力学参数的影响,进一步证实了DBS-Local曳力模型在气升式内环流反应器中的适用性。结果表明:曳力模型决定了是否可以模拟出下降管中的气体;而曳力模型和湍流模型共同作用,决定了气含率模拟结果的准确性。Schiller-Naumann、Tomiyama、Grace、Ishii-Zuber这4种曳力模型均无法预测出下降管含气这一现象,而DBS-Local曳力模型能够模拟出下降管中的气体。DBS-Local曳力模型与standard k-ε mixture湍流模型组合,对气含率的预测值与实验值较为接近,而与RNG k-ε dispersed湍流模型组合,对轴向液速的预测值与实验值更为接近。  相似文献

Experiments were conducted on air-lift reactors with different liquid volumes, aspect ratios, and gas-liquid separator configurations, with constant downcomer to riser cross-sectional area ratio and riser/downcomer height. Reactor performance was highly dependent on the gas-liquid separator design. By changing the latter, the mode of operation could be changed from that of a concentric tube reactor (with gas recirculation) to an external loop reactor (without gas recirculation). Liquid velocity and overall gas hold-up data were correlated to the power per liquid volume and “Disengagement Ratio”, a geometric parameter describing the separator's configuration. During scale-up, similar gas hold-ups and liquid velocities were found in laboratory and pilot reactors. A modified air-lift reactor with an enlarged channel for a gas-liquid separator also was studied.  相似文献

This article examines the state of a gas suspension during vertical pneumatic transport upward. A comparison is made between pneumatic lifts with screw-type pneumatic pumps, chamber-type pneumatic pumps, and pneumatic-chamber air-lift pumps. The material is lifted in high concentrations and at low velocities in the gas mixture. Thus, the consumption of compressed gas is also low.  相似文献
