新型油田污水处理剂CJ-1的絮凝性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用新型二硫代氨基甲酸盐CJ-1处理模拟油田污水,考察了絮凝条件与其絮凝作用效果的关系,获得最适宜的絮凝条件。结果表明,在保持絮凝体系的温度为40℃、pH为4~8、搅拌速度40 r/min、搅拌时间5 min、沉降时间30 min、DTC的投加量为20 mg/L、Fe2+投加量为5 mg/L时,含油350 mg/L、悬浮物55.1 mg/L、CODCr为802 mg/L、浊度为155 NTU的模拟油田污水经CJ-1絮凝处理后,其含油量、悬浮物、CODCr、浊度分别降至3.2 mg/L、0.254 mg/L、100 mg/L、0.8 NTU,相应去除率分别为99.1%、99.5%、87.5%和99.5%,铁离子残留量为0.075 mg/L。同时考察了Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-、HCO3-等无机盐离子对CJ-1絮凝性能的影响。  相似文献

The sintering stress of an Al2O3 powder, σs, is evaluated from an equation σs = Fs/ρSa, where Fs is the uniaxial tensile force necessary to just stop the sintering contraction, ρ is the relative density, and Sa is the cross-sectional area. During densification, σs increases to the maximum at a relative density of 85%, and then abruptly decreases. The variation of σs in the intermediate sintering stage suggests a simple cubic packing of particles. Densification in the final sintering stage is explained by shrinkage of the pores at the corners where four tetrakaidecahedra meet. The present surface tensions of the Al2O3 powder evaluated from the σs roughly equal a reported value.  相似文献

为解决压后返排支撑剂回流问题,对东北分公司sw 8-9-3井进行了全程纤维加砂施工。现场实验和文献调研证明,纤维可提高压裂液携砂能力,有利于提高支撑缝长,改善裂缝中支撑剂的分布剖面。该井后不关井直接进行压裂液快速返排,排液时间显著缩短,返排效率高。加入纤维可以减缓支撑剂的沉降速度,提高悬砂性能,因此可进一步考虑减少聚合物等增粘剂的加入量,最大限度保护储层,优化导流能力,提高产量。  相似文献

Nitroketones of the formula Ar. CO. CHR. NO2 are best obtained by chromic acid oxidation of the easily accessible corresponding nitroalcohols. The nitroketones form stable salts with secondary amines. A series of ω-nitro-ω-(2-furfurylidene) - acetophenones has been synthesized. The infrared spectra of the new compounds prepared have been determined and are discussed.  相似文献

The perovskite-layered ceramics of Bi3NbTiO9 (BNT), also known as Aurivillius phase, was obtained. The process of preparation was investigated by X-ray diffraction method. The synthesis of BNT was carried out according to the solid-state reaction from the conventional mixture of oxides (Bi2O3, TiO2, Nb2O5) within the temperature range TS=400–1200°C. The influence of addition of NaCl on the process of synthesis was also investigated. It was found that above TS=900°C the ratio of the Bi3NbTiO9 phase was almost 90% and the admixture of NaCl decreased the synthesis temperature. Dependence of the amount of the BNT phase in the bulk material versus the temperature of synthesis is given. Evolution of the structural parameters of BNT and NaCl - modified BNT at different synthesis temperatures was shown as well as recording of Raman scattering spectra.  相似文献

An alanine scan was performed on the novel κ opioid receptor (KOR) peptide ligand CJ‐15,208 to determine which residues contribute to the potent in vivo agonist activity observed for the parent peptide. These cyclic tetrapeptides were synthesized by a combination of solid‐phase peptide synthesis of the linear precursors, followed by cyclization in solution. Like the parent peptide, each of the analogues exhibited agonist activity and KOR antagonist activity in an antinociceptive assay in vivo. Unlike the parent peptide, the agonist activity of the potent analogues was mediated predominantly, if not exclusively, by μ opioid receptors (MOR). Thus analogues 2 and 4 , in which one of the phenylalanine residues was replaced by alanine, exhibited both potent MOR agonist activity and KOR antagonist activity in vivo. These peptides represent novel lead compounds for the development of peptide‐based opioid analgesics.  相似文献

3-溴丙酸是有机合成常用的化合物 ,将氢溴酸直接和丙烯酸反应 ,就可得到 3-溴丙酸 ,其反应条件简单易行 ,时间短 ,产率高。在 2 5 0 m L的三颈瓶中 ,加入 40 %的氢溴酸45 .0 g( 0 .2 3mol) ,加热 ,回流下滴加 1 1 .0 g( 0 .1 5 mol)的丙烯酸 ,加完后继续回流反应 1 h。停止加热 ,待温度稍稍下降后 ,常压蒸馏 ,当馏出液温度达到 1 2 0℃时停止蒸馏。用四氯化碳 ( 30 m L× 3)萃取产物 ,合并有机相 ,常压蒸馏至无四氯化碳流出 ,蒸馏瓶中剩余物即为 3-溴丙酸 ,冷却后为白色固体。产量 2 1 .0 g,产率 91 %。 mp61~64℃。进一步提纯可用四氯化…  相似文献
