高炉热风炉采用的双预热技术

鞍钢新5号高炉2008年大修过程中,在热风炉系统采用了助燃空气、高炉煤气双预热技术。助燃空气预热是通过建2座卡普金式顶燃式预热炉来实现的,高炉煤气预热是通过在热风炉烟道上设置一台管式换热器回收烟气余热来实现的。这种双预热技术实现了在使用100%高炉煤气条件下达到风温1200℃的目标。     

大型高炉热风炉高效预热系统生产实践

鞍钢１１号高炉热风炉为提高风温采用附加加热换热系统高效预热技术,用单一的低热值高炉煤气,以燃烧炉和两台大型换热器相组合,该系统可把高炉煤气和助燃空气分别预热到２４０℃和２７０℃热风提高８０￣１００℃,同时,节省焦炉煤气,取得了显著的经济效益。     

大型双预热式热风炉设备安装

鞍钢10号高炉容积2580m3．是现代大型高炉之一．所配奋的4座AW2型外燃式热风炉．首次采用助燃空气及煤气双预热工艺．具有提高风温、节约能源等一系列优点。介绍其设备组成、安装与调试。     

5 100 m3高炉热风炉的设计

山东钢铁集团日照有限公司5 100 m~3高炉热风炉采用顶燃式,每座高炉配置四座热风炉,采用两烧两送的送风制度。热风炉采用高效陶瓷燃烧器,空气、煤气双预热,纯烧高炉煤气,风温可达1 300℃。     

本钢一号高炉热媒式余热回收装置的设计

热媒式余热回收装置可用于回收热风炉烟道废气中的显热来预热燃烧热风炉煤气及助燃空气,增加其物理热,从而提高理论燃烧温度,以提高热风温度,降低焦比. 热媒式余热回收装置于1979年底在日本问世,随后在短短几年内,已有10座大型高炉先后采用,同时运行效果良好,一般吨铁可节焦炭20～25公斤. 为本钢-铁厂-号高炉(炉容380米~2)设计的热媒式余热回收装置,目前正在施工不久即将投产.在目前风温900℃左右的情况下,当空气、煤气均被预热到120℃时,可使送风温度提高80℃,吨铁焦比降低约16公斤. 一、热媒式余热回收装置热媒式余热回收装置由换热器、热媒体、油泵、贮油罐及密闭压力循环管路组成. 平面布置及工艺流程见图1、2.     

高炉热风炉烟气余热回收技术的应用

为了提高风温水平，韶钢3号高炉热风炉采用整体式热管换热器对助燃空气进行预热，把风温提高到1100℃，工程投产后运行效果良好，经济效益与社会效益显著。     

高炉热风炉烟气余热的回收利用

为了提高风温,鄂钢4#高炉采用分离式热管换热器,利用热风炉烟气余热对助燃空气和高炉煤气进行预热。该系统投入使用后,风温提高近100℃,经济效益和社会效益显著。     

柳钢3号高炉热风炉水热媒换热系统通过鉴定

由鞍钢设计院和柳州钢铁厂共同研制开发的柳钢3号高炉(306m~3)热风炉水热媒换热系统于1689年9月建成并一次投产试验成功,经过一年多的运行实践,证明系统具有操作简便,运行稳定、安全可靠、维护工作量小、预热效果显著的特点,当废气温度在220～350℃时,助燃空气及煤气均可由25～35℃预热到140～160℃,风温提高80℃左     

鞍钢高风温长寿命内燃式热风炉的建设

鞍钢新1号高炉(3200m3)的3座热风炉和11号高炉(2580m3)4座热风炉中的3座均采用了DANILIE CORUS 公司的高风温长寿命内燃式热风炉技术,热风炉设计一代寿命25年,设计风温1200～1250℃.     

The effect of amount of possession of the trait of hostility on accuracy of perception of hostility in others.

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. Comparison of rates of infection of two methods of emergency ventricular drainage

The rates of infection of two methods of external ventricular drainage in use at Atkinson Morley's Hospital--namely, (a) percutaneous drainage with Rickham reservoirs and (b) tunnelled ventriculostomies--were compared in this retrospective review. Percutaneous drainage of CSF with Rickham reservoirs was associated with a 27% rate of infection as identified by positive microbiological cultures; tunnelled ventriculostomy catheters had a 10% infection rate. The difference in the infection rate between the two methods was statistically significant (P < 0.015). Other variables examined, including the age and sex of the patients and the reasons for ventricular drainage, were not associated with an increased rate of infection. Most infections from either method were caused by a coagulase negative staphylococcus. The average duration of ventricular drainage before identification of positive cultures was 5.7 days for Rickham reservoirs and 6.0 days for ventriculostomies.

Effect of antibiotics of chemotaxis of human leukocytes

The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. The mechanisms by which these antibiotics affect leukotaxis are discussed.     

Quality of life of relatives of mental patients

Usage of quality of life of psychiatric patients' relatives as the parameter of estimation of the quality of psychiatric care is considered. By means of standard questionnaire elaborated by the authors as well as by means of both individual and group conversations the quality of life was analyzed in 40 relatives which lived together with psychiatric patients. Different spheres of their life and difficulties (financial, social-psychologic, production) were examined in families with such patients. The defects of psychiatric care that had direct influence on the quality of life of the psychiatric patients' relatives are outlined.     

转炉炉壳热应力分析

根据实际转炉建立实体模型。以有限元为手段,考虑了炉衬和炉壳材料的物性参数随温度变化的特点和炉衬与炉壳之间膨胀间隙,计算了转炉炉壳在温度载荷和炉衬膨胀压力同时作用下的热应力。所得结果可为转炉炉壳设计提供依据。
