使用多重尺度法,解析地研究计及粒子间两体和三体同时作用下二维凝聚体中孤子的特性. 结果发现,当凝聚体粒子间两体作用为排斥、三体作用为吸引时,凝聚体内会产生暗孤子环,且随着三体吸引作用的减弱,暗孤子环中心峰的高度逐渐降低,并当三体吸引作用消失时暗孤子环演化为一个完美的二维暗孤子. 当两体和三体作用均为排斥时,凝聚体中的暗孤子的宽度和幅度随着三体排斥作用的加强而减小,且当三体作用强度增加到与两体作用同一数量级时,凝聚体产生坍塌现象.

This paper investigates the temporal behaviour of open-circuit bright photovoltaic spatial solitons by using numerical techniques. It shows that when the intensity ratio of the soliton, the ratio between the soliton peak intensity and the dark irradiance, is small, the quasi-steady-state soliton width decreases monotonically with the increase of τ-, where τ- is the parameter correlated with the time, that when the intensity ratio of the soliton is big, the quasi-steady-state soliton width decreases with the increase of τ- and then increases with τ, and that the formation time of the steady-state solitons is not correlated with the intensity ratio of the soliton. It finds that the local nonlinear effect increases with the photovoltaic field, which behaves as that the width of soliton beams is small and the self-focusing quasi-period is short. On the other hand, we also discuss that both the time and the temperature have an effect on the beam bending. 相似文献

We investigate the temporal behavior of low-amplitude dark spatial solitons in biased centrosymmetric crystals with two-photon photorefractive effects. The expressions of time-dependent space-charge field and dynamical evolution equation are derived. The temporal behaviors of the intensity profiles and the intensity full width at half maximum (FWHM) of dark solitons are investigated by numerical method. The results indicate that a broad soliton is generated at the beginning, and as time evolves, the intensity width of solitons decrease monotonously to a minimum value toward steady state. Within the same propagation time, the higher the ratio of soliton peak intensity to the dark irradiation intensity is, the shorter the FWHM of dark solitons is. 相似文献

从理论上研究了开路情况下一维光伏空间孤子的时间演化过程.采用数值方法,通过研究有无背景光辐照下光伏空间亮(暗)孤子的含时空间电荷场,分别得到了光伏空间亮(暗)孤子的孤子波形强度微分方程.在此基础上研究了开路情况下通过增加均匀背景光辐照强度对光伏空间孤子及其半峰全宽的影响.结果显示,通过增加均匀背景光辐照强度,光伏空间孤子随时间的演化过程比没有均匀背景光时加快的倍数为均匀背景光强与暗辐照光强之比.光伏空间孤子的半峰全宽达到稳态所需的时间随孤子峰值强度和暗辐照与均匀背景光强度之和的比值的增大而变短. 相似文献

采用数值方法研究了在一个具有扩散效应的光伏光折变晶体中的非相干耦合的亮和暗光伏空间孤子对的偏转特性.结果表明,由于非相干相互作用,晶体中的一个亮孤子和一个暗孤子互相俘获,且两个孤子的中心沿着相同的轨迹移动.发现,当亮孤子的入射峰值强度不变时,通过调节暗孤子的入射背景强度可以控制亮孤子的偏转;当暗孤子的入射背景强度处于一个特殊值时,亮孤子的偏转被抑制,而当暗孤子的入射背景强度偏离这个特殊值时,亮孤子发生偏转.同样,当暗孤子的入射背景强度不变时,其偏转可以通过调节亮孤子的入射峰值强度来控制. 相似文献

We theoretically study the formation of multiple dark photovoltaic soliton splitting in the quasi-steady-state and steady-state
regimes under open-circuit conditions. We find that the initial width of the dark notch at the entrance face of the crystal
is a key parameter for generating an even (or odd) number sequence of dark coherent photovoltaic solitons. If the initial
width of the dark notch is small, only a fundamental soliton or Y-junction soliton pair is generated. As the initial width
of the dark notch is increased, the dark notch tends to split into an odd (or even) number of multiple dark photovoltaic solitons,
which realizes a progressive transition from a low-order soliton to a sequence of higher-order solitons. The soliton pairs
far away from the centre have bigger width and less visibility. In addition, when the distance from the centre of the dark
notch increases, the separations between adjacent dark stripes become slightly smaller. 相似文献

This paper investigates the temporal behavior of two-photon screening spatial solitons using a numerical technique. An expression for the time-dependent dynamical evolution is obtained. The results show that the width of bright solitons decreases monotonically to a minimum toward steady state value when the intensity ratio of the solitons is small, which is in low-amplitude regime. Within the same propagation time, the intensity width of solitons decreases with increase in soliton intensity ratio and with increase in external electric field. The formation time of solitons is independent of the intensity ratio of the solitons or the external electric field and is close to a constant determined by the dielectric relaxation time. The temporal properties of dark solitons are similar to those of the bright solitons. 相似文献

We show that the time-dependent nonlinear wave equation in closed-circuit photovoltaic media can exhibit quasi-steady-state and steady-state spatial solitons. We demonstrate that the formation time of open-circuit quasi-steady-state and open-circuit steady-state dark solitons decreases with an increase in the intensity ratio of the soliton, which is the ratio between the soliton peak intensity and the dark irradiance. We find that for the time-dependent nonlinear wave equation that exhibits only an open-circuit steady-state dark soliton, changing the electric current density J0 does not generate quasi-steady-state dark solitons and affects the formation time of steady-state dark solitons and that for the time-dependent nonlinear wave equation that exhibits an open-circuit quasi-steady-state dark soliton, changing J0 gives rise to three different time evolution regimes of the full width half maximum of the soliton’s intensity. The first regime shows that the formation time of steady-state dark solitons increases with J0 whereas the formation time of quasi-steady-state dark solitons is independent of J0. The second regime shows that the formation time of steady-state dark solitons decreases with an increases in J0 and the formation time of quasi-steady-state dark solitons increases with J0. The third regime shows that changing J0 enables only steady-state dark solitons in the time-dependent nonlinear wave equation, of which the formation time increases with J0. 相似文献

Dark (bright) steady-state spatial solitons are predicted in one dimension for a series circuit consisting of two two-photon photorefractive crystals of which at least one must be photovoltaic. Each crystal can support a spatial soliton. The two solitons are known collectively as separate spatial soliton pairs with three types: dark-dark, bright-dark and bright-bright. In the limit in which the optical wave has a spatial extent much less than the width of the crystal, the dark soliton can affect the other soliton by light-induced current, but the bright soliton cannot affect the other soliton in the soliton pair. 相似文献

通过考虑扩散效应的影响,采用数值方法,研究了一维稳态闭路光伏暗空间孤子的自偏转特性。结果表明,在扩散项的影响下,光伏暗空间孤子光束的中心沿一个抛物线轨迹在光折变晶体光轴方向上产生偏转;孤子中心偏转距离随光伏场以及入射孤子波强度的增加而单调增加。光伏暗空间孤子与明孤子的自偏转规律有明显不同。 相似文献
