分析国内外对广东海风藤的研究情况。近年来通过药学工作者不懈的努力,广东海风藤在原植物鉴定和本草考证、化学成分、药理作用、临床应用等方面的研究都有了很大进展。本文所介绍的广东海风藤药材为木兰科南五味子属植物海风藤的干燥藤茎,有别于《中国药典》收载的海风藤植物。广东海风藤的化学成分主要是木脂素和萜类,均为其有效成分,分别有抗脂质的过氧化作用和抑制胆固醇生物合成作用。广东海风藤作为中药在临床上应用广泛,主要是治疗风湿骨痛和气管炎。本文分别就这些方面作一概述。 相似文献

广东海风藤中木脂素和五味子乙素的含量测定 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:对广东海风藤药材超临界二氧化碳萃取物中木脂素的含量进行测定。方法:采用超临界二氧化碳萃取广东海风藤药材,萃取压力10MPa,萃取温度45℃,分离压力5MPa,分离温度50℃。采用比色法和HPLC法分别测定了萃取物中总木脂素和五味子乙素的含量。结果:广东海风藤药材超临界二氧化碳萃取物中总木脂素平均含量以五味子酯甲计为96.6mg·g^-1,RSD为2.77%;五味子乙素平均含量为25.53mg·g^-1,RSD为2.71%。结论:采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法能有效地提取出广东海风藤中木脂素成分。本实验所采用方法可作为广东海风藤药材及其制剂的质量控制方法。 相似文献

目的:研究牛至药材"地下部分"所得挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取牛至药材"地下部分"(根)的挥发油,并用GC-MS法对其化学成分进行分析与鉴定,通过峰面积归一化法计算出各成分的相对百分含量。结果:牛至药材"地下部分"(根)挥发油中鉴定出29个化合物,占挥发油总量的 98.97%,其中10个为首次报道。结论:牛至药材"地下部位"(根)中除含有"地上部分"同类的抗菌成分外,还含有大量脂肪酸类化合物,该类物质具有较强的抗氧化作用,不能被完全忽略,同样具有一定的药用价值。 相似文献

Phytochemical investigations of the stem of Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb) Craib (Schizandraceae) resulted in the isolation and structure elucidation of six new triterpenoidal compounds named heteroclitalactones A-E (1-5) as well as heteroclic acid (6) and heteroclitalactone F (7), which was isolated for the first time from a natural source, and the six known compounds schisanlactone E (8), cycloartenone (9), schisandronic acid (10), nigranoic acid (11), changnanic acid (12) and schisanlactone B (13), respectively. The structures of these compounds were characterized by extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectral analyses. The majority of these triterpenoids showed moderate cytotoxic activity against the human tumor cell lines Bel-7402, BGC-823, MCF-7 and HL-60. Among the compounds tested, heteroclitalactone D (4) showed the strongest cytotoxic activity against the HL-60 cells with an IC50 of 6.76 microM. 相似文献

Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb) Craib stem (KHS) is a medicinal plant used for the treatment of rheumatism arthritis diseases in Tujia ethnomedicine. Thus far, the complex chemical compositions in KHS are not clear, and the levels of the major compounds in KHS are not well understood. In this study, a novel UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS method was established for the simultaneous quali-quantitative analysis of KHS. A total of 204 compounds were identified, including triterpenoids, lignans, sesquiterpenes, fatty acids, phenolic acids, and flavonoids, more than 100 of which were first discovered in KHS. Using the same method, 12 representative bioactive components were successfully quantified. The method was fully validated by linearity, LOD, LOQ, precision, stability, recovery, and matrix effects, and it was applied to quantify the 12 representative compounds in 4 batches of KHS. As this method enables retrospective data analysis and has no upper limit to the number of analytes in a single run, it can be applied to quantify more active components of KHS in the future. 相似文献

The rhizome oils of nine Zingiberaceae species [Zingiber officinale Rosc., Z. cassumunar Roxb., Z. zerumbet Smith, Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb., C. mangga Valeton and van Zyp, C. xanthorrhiza Roxb., Kaempferia galanga Linn., Alpinia galanga Swartz and Boesenbergia pandurata (Roxb.) Schlecht] were investigated for their antifungal activities against five dermatophytes (Trichophyton mentagrophytes, T. rubrum, Microsporum canis, M. nanum and Epidermophyton floccosum), three filamentous fungi (Aspergillus niger, A. fumigatus and Mucor sp.) and five strains of yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Cryptococcus neoformans, Candida albicans, Ca. tropicalis and Torulopsis glabrata). The antifungal testing was carried out by using the broth microdilution and the disc gel diffusion methods. Amongst the essential oils studied, only the oil of B. pandurata was effective against all the fungi, exhibiting the lowest MIC values of 0.63µgµl -1 to Mucor sp., 1.25µgµl -1 to both A. niger and A. fumigatus, and 2.5µgµl -1 to both T. rubrum and E. floccosum, and the highest inhibition zone diameter of 20.6mm against S. cerevisiae. The essential oil of K. galanga showed selective toxicity against A. fumigatus with a MIC value of 0.63µgµl -1, while the essential oils of Z. officinale and Z. cassumunar exhibited high activity against the yeasts (11.7-15.7mm). The chemical composition of the active essential oils was investigated by GC and GC-MS. 相似文献

Heracleum siamicum Craib (Apiaceae), is an important herbal species having wide application in food flavoring processes. The flat-oval shaped
fruit of H. siamicum Craib from North Thailand was hydrodistilled, and the chemical composition of the essential oil was analyzed by GC and GC-MS.
The essential oil yield based on dried plant material was 1.25%, and twenty-five compounds (corresponding to 97.69% of the
total weight) were identified. The main components were: n-octyl acetate (65.30%), o-cymene (10.35%), limonene (7.52%), δ-2-carene (6.87%), cis-thujone (1.92%), isobornyl acetate (0.94%), n-octanol (0.73%), 1,8-cineol (0.62%), n-tridecanol (0.44%), and safrole (0.37%). H. siamicum essential oil demonstrated bactericidal and fungicidal activity against five bacterial strains and two fungal strains, as
evaluated using agar diffusion in terms of the minimum inhibitory concentration. 相似文献
