动态虚拟零件库的研究与开发

本文以SolidWorks、SOIidEdge等软件为开发平台进行了在网络环境下ASP.NET技术与Web数据库技术相结合的多平台虚拟零件库的开发．实现了使中小制造企业用户在网络环境下得到标准件图库应用服务和机械零件图形远程生成服务的目的。

基于UML的ASP.NET Web应用程序设计

随着Internet应用的不断发展，ASP．NET技术正在逐步取代ASP技术，而成为开发Internet(Web)应用程序的首选产品。Web应用程序通常由大量网页构成，ASP．NET也不例外，因此，如何有效地进行Web应用程序的设计与开发，是非常值得研究的问题。基于目前较为成熟的UML建模语言，针对Web应用程序的特点，本文对ASP．NET应用程序设计的若干问题进行了研究。

基于ASP信息发布系统实现的新方法

描述了ASP的特点和工作原理。介绍了一种基于ASP的新的信息发布系统的设计方法，并在此基础上给出了一个信息发布系统的实例。抓住传统方法设计的信息发布系统在信息浏览时都要进行ASP文件解析和数据库连接的瓶颈，通过将信息数据生成HTML，文件，在浏览信息时直接加载相应HTML文件，不再需要和数据库进行通信，大大加快了信息浏览的速度，提高了服务器负载能力。通过实际的系统投入使用表明，该设计方法在提高系统访问速度方面是非常有效的。     

机床夹具设计手册软件系统的研究

在分析和总结我国机床夹具设计技术手册资料的基础上,提出了夹具数字化设计手册软件系统的总体结构和一种基于Del-phi对Solidworks二次开发的夹具标准件图形库,并论述了系统开发的关键技术与实施方法。系统具有数据查询、夹具主要部件的设计计算、标准件三维图库等功能。

提出了一种远程设计机械零部件的新方案.利用VC+ +对Pro/E进行二次开发,将开发的程序封装成COM组件,利用Pro/E进行参数化建模,通过ASP技术调用COM组件实现远程参数化设计.以斜齿圆柱齿轮为例说明机械零部件远程设计系统的实现过程.     

医院自动送药系统研究

当今现代化大医院要在楼内建设轨道自走送药系统,免去病人排队取药过程。系统由硬件设计、软件设计和轨道机械设计3部分组成。硬件设计最为主要,如何让自走送药车进出路口转向器、怎样设计翻越楼层的楼层道岔功能、收放药车的调度道口控制设计等为主要论述内容。软件负责监控。轨道机械设计在相关期刊发表。     

基于数据库的数控机床故障诊断专家系统

该文研究数控机床故障诊断专家系统的开发与设计思路。运用故障树分析法FTA（Fault Tree Analysis）建立数控机床主要故障部位的故障树．通过Access建立故障数据库,并采用Visual Basic6．0来开发设计数控机床故障诊断系统,可为机床故障诊断与维修提供帮助。     

Design of cellular manufacturing systems with assembly considerations

This research proposes incorporating assembly aspects associated with a product into the design of Cellular manufacturing System (CMS). The literature on CMS design implicitly assumes that finished part is the end product by itself. In practice, often, manufacturers produce parts which are assembled into a finished product. The methodology employs a part–subassembly matrix derived from the product structure in addition to the part–machine matrix. A mathematical programming model is developed which determines an assignment of parts, machines and subassemblies to manufacturing cells. The proposed model employs a new similarity coefficient between part, machine and subassembly. The model resulted in a nonlinear program with 0-1 variables. A case study has been analyzed based on a published part–machine matrix and a randomly generated product structure. The analysis reveals that it may be required to forego some of the efficiencies of Group Technology (GT) in order to achieve integration of assembly operations with production of parts. From a practical stand point of view it is preferred to have a system design which has a mix of GT and integration efficiencies, compared to a design which outperforms on GT criteria and completely lacks integration of assembly operations with production of parts.     

Design,refinement, implementation and prototype testing of a reconfigurable lathe-mill

This article documents the design, refinement, and implementation of a reconfigurable machine tool that provides a flexible platform for turning and milling. Advances in the design and capabilities of machine tools drive modern industry. In fact, the expanding capabilities of the machines permit novel and economic changes in the manufacturing and design of products. After the flexible manufacturing (FMS) boom, a more recent, but no less significant, area of machine development involves the reconfiguration of milling machines. This reconfigurability can also be applied to lathe-mills. The present work demonstrates satisfactorily the reconfiguration characteristics of modularity, integrability, and convertibility. We prototype and test a completely functional bench top reconfigurable lathe mill machine implemented using a $10,000 USD budget and developed following a synthesized machine tool product development methodology that begins with concept design and cutting forces to end in prototyping. In addition to reasonable results in runout, positioning, and surface roughness, the machine demonstrates the capability to produce parts with a Cpk of 1.009, thereby demonstrating the ability to fabricate this type of machine in Mexico for the local jewelry industry.

Design of cellular manufacturing systems—An industrial case study

This paper discusses the development of a cellular manufacturing system in a manufacturing company. A new clustering algorithm has been applied to the design of the system. The algorithm consists of two parts, a cluster-seeking process and the minimization of bottleneck machines. Two parameters are input by the user: (a) the desired number of machine cells or part families, and (b) the minimum number of parts within each cell or part family. A number of cells have been designed for a preparation shop, a fabrication shop, and a machine shop. Both the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm have been analyzed, especially concerning its applications to industry.
