对45钢上Fe基合金粉末激光表面合金化熔池,从三个不同的侧面进行了分析,在理论分析和试验的基础上,提出了激光表面合金化熔池的立体对流模型,同时,对合金层进行成分分析。结果表明:正由于熔池内部的对流,使合金层成分在宏观上趋于均匀。 相似文献

以SiC粉末为主要原料制成涂料涂覆在EPS泡沫塑料模样的表面上.采用EPC真空消失模铸造方法浇注ZG45钢液,从而制备出SiC表面合金化ZG45钢基材料.采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜 (SEM) 和EDS观察和分析了材料的显微组织.结果表明:材料由表及里明显地由3个区域组成,即:表面合金化层、中间过渡层和内部基体层.在表面合金化层中,SiC颗粒已全部发生分解,组织由片状石墨+碳化物+富Si铁素体+珠光体组成;过渡层组织在靠近表面合金化层时全部由珠光体组成,而在靠近基体区域时组织由铁素体+珠光体组成,并且可以观察到部分晶粒中有少量的碳化物和富Si铁素体存在;基体由铁素体+珠光体组成. 相似文献

以TiO2、铁基粉及N2为原料,采用YAG固体脉冲激光器对预置层进行激光合金化试验,在45钢表面原位生成了TiN陶瓷相增强基体复合合金层。通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、EDS能谱分析、显微硬度仪和摩擦磨损仪分别对合金层的结构、组织及性能进行了分析。结果表明,合金层与基体呈冶金结合,熔化区没有出现裂纹和气孔等缺陷,其物相组织成分主要由Fe-Cr固溶体、TiN和TiO2组成,并弥散分布在合金层中,合金化层的最大显微硬度可达973 HV0.1,摩擦因数约为0.35,低于基体,耐磨性有明显提高。 相似文献

以Ni-WC粉末为主要原料制成涂料涂覆在EPS泡沫塑料模样的表面上,采用V-EPC真空消失模铸造方法浇注45钢液,制备出Ni-WC表面合金化45钢基复合材料.应用光学显微镜、SEM,EDS和XRD观察和分析了复合材料的显微组织.结果表明,复合材料由表面复合层、中间过渡层和内部基体3个区域组成.在表面复合层中,Ni-WC颗粒已全部发生分解,其组织由少童的细小条状的富钨碳化物、大量的粗大网状碳化物和树枝晶基体组成;过渡层在靠近表面复合层一侧有一条全部由极细珠光体组成的窄带,而在靠近基体区域一侧组织由块状的铁素体和珠光体组成,并且在这些晶粒内部和晶界上都可以观察到有碳化物析出;基体区域组织形貌与常规45钢相似,但组织中珠光体含量明显高一些. 相似文献

The effect of the laser processing parameters on the composition uniformity and shapecoefficient of fusion zone with laser surface alloyed Cr plated on medium carbon low alloysteel has been studied.It was found that the composition uniformity depends on the shapecoefficient of fusion zone,and the later is a function of both power density and interactiontime.If the power density is fixed to a certain value,the shape coefficient is directly,propor-tional to the interaction time.A completely,uniform molten pool can be obtained,when theshape coefficient is between 1.6 and 3.0. 相似文献

利用动电位极化、电化学阻抗等电化学测试技术,结合金相观察和扫描电镜(SEM)观察,系统研究了特定激光功率(1600 W)条件下激光表面强化处理工艺参数对17-4PH不锈钢在3.5% NaCl溶液中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:采取表面使用吸光剂X、激光扫速为6 mm/s的工艺参数处理的17-4PH不锈钢试样的耐腐蚀性能最佳。同时表明只有当吸光剂和扫描速度达到良好配合时,才能获得较为均匀的组织,从而显著提高激光表面硬化层的耐腐蚀性能。当吸光剂与扫描速度不匹配时,激光表面处理后,会产生不均匀的表面组织,材料耐蚀性能会严重下降,在腐蚀环境中使用时,易发生严重的点蚀。 相似文献

利用轴流CO2激光加工机对45钢在轴流基模条件下进行激光相变硬化处理,并研究了其激光相变硬化组织及性能.结果表明,改性层微观组织由表层至基体依次为:表面熔凝区为片状马氏体,均匀相变硬化区为隐晶马氏体,过渡区为混合马氏体、屈氏体和部分未熔的铁素体;激光相变硬化改性层的硬度与基体相比有大幅度提高;最高硬度(约为基体的3倍)出现在次表层;激光相变硬化处理后耐蚀性有所提高,随扫描速度增加,耐蚀性增强. 相似文献

Laser cladded coatings of TiCN were produced on the surface of titanium. To obtain the optimal techniques, several conditions were tested by varying the laser scanning rate. The choice of shielding gas was also studied. The cladded coatings were then evaluated from the surface mechanics point of view based on their microhardness. The microstructure of some interesting samples was investigated by optical micrographs (OM). The results showed that under the condition of fixed pulse frequency and pulse width, the laser scanning rate and the shielding gas are the main factors influencing the components of coatings. TiCN coatings were decompounded and oxidized during the cladding process in the condition of no shielding gas of N2. X-ray diffraction results indicated that the composite coatings composed of TiCN, TiC, Ti2N, and TiO2 were produced using appropriate techniques. The results indicated that the best condition in terms of the surface microhardness is obtained when the scanning rate is 1.5mm/s, the pulse frequency is 15Hz, the pulse width is 3.0ms, and N2 is chosen as the shielding gas. The microhardness of the composite coatings is about 1331kg · mm^-2, which is about 4 times that of the substrate. The optical micrographs indicated that the cladding zone is made up of TiCN, TiO2 and some interdendritic Ti, but the diffusion zone mainly consists of the dendrites phase, and the cladded depth is about 80μm, which is more than 2 times that of the laser nitrided sample. There were no microcracks or air bubbles in the cladded sample, which was cladded using the above optimal techniques. 相似文献
