研究稀土矿物(氟碳铈矿)填充改性尼龙6的力学性能和热性能,结果表明,稀土矿物的加入,可使尼龙6的拉伸强度,冲击强度,硬度等力学性能得以提高,并能提高制品的热稳定性,由于稀土矿物价廉,能降低材料成本,因而稀土矿物填充尼龙6具有一定的工业应用价值。 相似文献

Abstract The mechanical properties of polymers depend on their morphological characteristics. With many systems and especially with semicrystalline polymers, it is possible to achieve significant changes in structure and properties by varying their thermal and stress histories. Considering the broad range of polymer applications it would, therefore, be desirable to have a quantitative understanding of the effects of structure on the properties of polymers in the solid state. The morphology of polymers is, however, often so complex that the interpretation of the mechanical responses must be restricted to qualitative considerations. In particular, the analysis of strength of un-oriented semicrystalline polymers is quite complex because of large plastic deformations which usually precede the rupture. However, by orienting the polymers in the form of fibers, it is possible to achieve structures which can be ruptured in tension with minimum plastic deformation. Under these conditions, the analysis of mechanical properties is greatly facilitated for fibers. Nevertheless, we still lack a quantitative understanding of the mechanical responses of polymeric fibers mainly because their structure has not yet been described with a precision allowing rigorous treatments. 相似文献

在己内酰胺水解聚合时加入一定量的可反应型复合胺类改性剂,合成出含有胺类改性剂的尼龙6树脂。研究了该改性剂对改善尼龙6树脂可纺性的作用。结果表明:在实验的添加量范围内,改性尼龙6树脂熔体黏度对切变速率的依赖敏感性下降,纺丝过程可以处于相对稳定的状态;与空白试样相比,当改性剂用量为0.1份时,尼龙6树脂中的低聚物含量明显减少,相对分子质量分布由1.7677降低到1.6093,表明在尼龙6熔体的纺丝成形过程中,胺类改性剂可以有效地改善其可纺性。 相似文献

将甘油增塑玉米淀粉制得的热塑性淀粉(TPS)与聚酰胺6(PA6)进行熔融共混,制备PA6/TPS共混物,研究不同含量的甘油和TPS对PA6/TPS共混物性能的影响,并探讨TPS增韧PA6的机理。采用万能试验机、溶体流动速率仪和扫描电子显微镜对改性PA6进行表征。结果表明,加入TPS后,共混物的冲击强度和拉伸模量有所提高,而拉伸强度和熔体流动速率略有下降,表明TPS对PA6起到了有机刚性粒子增韧的作用;TPS对PA6的增韧机理主要是界面脱黏、空化作用;甘油含量对TPS改性PA6的韧性影响显著,甘油含量为25 %的TPS添加量为25 %时,其增韧效果最好,冲击强度比PA6提高了63 %。 相似文献

Dielectric measurements have been used to infer the average moisture content of aluminum adhesive joints bonded with three commercial epoxy adhesives. Measurements were made on both aluminum-adhesive-aluminum joints and aluminum-adhesive specimens in order to assess the influence of moisture diffusion gradients. Similar experiments were also performed with foil electrodes embedded in the bondline. For average water concentrations less than approximately 2%, there existed a linear relationship between the permittivity and the average moisture level which was independent of the spatial nonuniformity produced by water diffusion. At higher moisture levels, the dielectric response varied considerably from one adhesive to another, but, in general, could be approximated as a linear dependence on the average moisture concentration. 在己内酰胺水解聚合时加入一定量的受阻胺类改性剂,合成出含有改性剂的改性尼龙6树脂,研究了胺类改性剂对尼龙6的熔体稳定性、相对粘度、端氨基含量及机械性能在热氧作用下的改善效果。实验表明:随着胺类改性剂的加入,尼龙6熔体表观粘度随剪切速率的升高而下降的趋势变缓,熔体加工稳定性提高;与空白试样相比,改性尼龙6的端氨基含量都有不同程度的提高,高温作用下纤维的断裂强度及伸长率的变化幅度明显减小,热氧稳定性得到改善。添加0.1份改性剂后,尼龙6在热加工过程中相对粘度及端氨基含量的变化程度减小;树脂的初始热分解温度、最大热分解温度分别提高3.62℃和5.68℃。 相似文献
