针对工业过程控制系统中的故障具有类型多样、时空独立和非线性等特点,使得检测与诊断效率降低,系统性能下降等问题,提出了一种基于自定义多条件约束的多传感器故障检测与诊断机制;该机制,首先考虑了系统的稳态和时空特征建立了非线性过程控制系统多故障模型,并给出了满足条件判定法则;然后对于系统中的单故障,并发故障和通信故障等类型给出了多条件约束法则及独立特性判断;最后提出了通过自定义多条件约束的多传感器故障检测与诊断机制;实验结果表明,在平均检测概率、稳态特征保持能力和系统功耗等方面明显优于无条件约束的机制,可以显著改善过程控制系统性能. 相似文献

为提高对磁通门传感器误差校正的能力,该文提出基于单片机的磁通门传感器非正交性误差校正方法。构建磁通门传感器非正交性约束参数模型,结合PI调节器对磁通门传感器的节点进行部署设计;在输出振荡模式约束下设计磁通门传感器的组网结构,结合ZigBee组网协议实现传感器路由探测;在自适应反馈调节方法的约束下,结合最短路径寻优控制过程实现磁通门传感器非正交性误差补偿抑制,通过自适应扩频处理方法对传感器的信道输出进行补偿,并提取传输信道的关联特征量,结合信道均衡控制方法进行磁通门传感器网络的输出误差补偿;采用单片机对磁通门传感器校正过程进行集成控制,提高磁通门传感器输出过程的自适应信息处理能力。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行磁通门传感器非正交性误差校正过程的稳定性较好、传输损耗较少,输出结果误码率较低,有效提高了传感器的信息输出的准确性。 相似文献

通过结合非线性过程的一般模型控制(GMC)、强跟踪预测器(STP)和强跟踪滤波器(STF),本文提出了一类具有输入时滞非线性时变过程的传感器主动容错控制方法.基于强跟踪预测器对未来状态的预测,传统的一般模型控制被扩展到一类具有输入时滞的非线性过程.然后采用强跟踪滤波器估计过程状态及传感器偏差,传感器偏差估计用于驱动一个故障检测逻辑.当某一传感器故障被检测出来时,STF的状态估计值将用于重构过程输出(代替真实输出),此重构输出被STP用于继续进行状态预测,从而确保系统性能.最后,三容水箱系统仿真结果证明该方法的有效性. 相似文献

This paper presents a soft sensor model for a high-pressure digestion process to control the raw material proportioning for the bauxite slurry blending process in the alumina metallurgical industry. By dividing the sample data set into several clusters with an improved rival penalized competitive learning clustering algorithm, a distributed support vector machine-based soft sensor is presented to measure the quality of the digested slurry online. Based on expert knowledge and the mechanism of the blending and digestion process, a hybrid expert control system for supervisory control of the blending process is developed to optimize the raw material proportioning. Both the experiments and the industrial applications demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the soft sensor and the developed expert control system. 相似文献

Model predictive control (MPC) has been widely applied in industry, especially in the refining industry. As all feedback controllers require correct sensor measurements, unreliable sensors can cause the MPC controller to move the process in an erroneous manner. Data validation of sensor measurements is a prerequisite in applying advanced control, particularly multivariable control which depends on many sensors. However, little research work is available on how feedback controllers like MPC complicate the task of sensor validation and process fault diagnosis. In theory, a controller can transfer the effect of a sensor fault in a controlled variable to the manipulated variables. In this paper, principal component analysis (PCA) is applied to detect, identify and reconstruct faulty sensors in a simulated FCC unit. A base PCA model is generated by perturbing the process throughout the operating region. Performance of MPC with and without data validation is compared. The same base PCA model is applied to detect and identify dynamic process faults. We demonstrate that process faults can be detected and diagnosed at an early stage. 相似文献

Adaptive fault tolerant control of non-linear processes is an open problem. In this paper, on the basis of a strong tracking filter (STF), an approach to sensor adaptive fault tolerant generic model control for non-linear processes is proposed. When the process runs normally, Adaptive Generic Model Control (AGMC) based on parameter estimation is used to control non-linear time-varying processes. A sensor fault model is set up by introducing a bias vector into the output equation of the process. The bias vector is estimated on-line based on the STF during every control period. With the estimated sensor bias vector and the time-varying parameters, a fault detection mechanism is developed to supervise sensors. When a sensor fault is detected, AGMC will be switched to a state estimation and soft-sensor-based GMC. This strategy constitutes a sensor-adaptive fault tolerant generic model control for non-linear processes. Experimental results on a three-tank system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 相似文献

随着焊接传感技术以及信号处理技术的快速发展,人们越来越注重对焊接过程质量控制的研究,而多传感器信息融合技术是焊接质量控制的一种重要的方法,采用该技术实现熔化极气体保护焊(MIG)脉冲焊接质量的自动控制。该技术采用了视觉传感器和电弧传感器将采集的不同的描述信息进行了有效的特征提取和传输,并运用多传感器信息融合算法进行焊缝的跟踪。视觉传感器利用工业电荷耦合元件(CCD)获取图像信息控制焊炬的横向偏差信息,电弧传感器利用数据采集卡获取电流信息控制焊炬的高度互补偏差信息和横向的冗余信息,将两种传感器得到的冗余信息和互补信息在特征层下进行融合实现焊接过程横向和高度的纠偏控制。冗余信息的融合可以实现视觉传感的图像去噪,而互补信息的融合可以进一步提高焊缝跟踪的精度。实验结果表明,所提算法能够较好地提高焊接的质量,从而也验证了算法的有效性和合理性。 相似文献

This article addresses the problem of designing a sensor fault‐tolerant controller for an observation process where a primary, controlled system observes, through a set of measurements, an exogenous system to estimate the state of this system. We consider sensor faults captured by a change in a set of sensor parameters affecting the measurements. Using this parametrization, we present a nonlinear model predictive control (NMPC) scheme to control the observation process and actively detect and estimate possible sensor faults, with adaptive controller reconfiguration to optimize the use of the remaining sensing capabilities. A key feature of the proposed scheme is the design of observability indices for the NMPC stage cost to improve the observability of both the state of the exogenous system and the sensor fault parameters. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is illustrated through numerical simulations. 相似文献
