简介了计算机辅助试验(CAE)技术在汽车密封条结构优化中的应用。CAE技术模拟汽车密封条的理论基础是,实心胶为不可压缩或可轻微压缩材料,其应力—应变性能用Mooney或Ogden模型模拟;海绵胶为可压缩材料,其应力—应变性能用Foam模型模拟。应用CAE技术分析汽车密封条安装困难及装车状态下起皱和唇边外翻等问题的原因并对密封条进行结构优化,效果很好。 相似文献

基于Mooney-Rivlin本构模型,对轨道车辆空调送/回风口处橡胶密封条(简称橡胶密封条)的压缩性能进行分析,并与橡胶密封条的单轴压缩试验(简称试验)测试的压缩性能进行对比。结果表明:橡胶密封条试样的仿真分析与试验测试的压缩量误差在整个压缩区间内均小于10%,采用Mooney-Rivlin本构模型分析橡胶密封条试样的压缩性能是可靠的;橡胶密封条的仿真分析与试验测试的压缩量误差在整个压缩区间内均小于10%,进一步验证了采用Mooney-Rivlin本构模型分析橡胶密封条的压缩性能的可靠性。本研究可为其他橡胶制品的非线性特性分析提供参考。 相似文献

海绵橡胶是密封条的重要组成部分,是一种可压缩的大变形非线性弹性材料。材料的本构模型是进行CAE分析的关键,为此,在Ogden不可压缩应变能函数的基础上,利用连续介质力学理论,推导了可压缩海绵橡胶材料的应变能密度函数。经过实际算例和试验验证,证明此模型能够反映海绵橡胶的材料特性。 相似文献

In this research, a series of laboratory tests have been performed to investigate the effects of cement and polypropylene (PP) fiber on the triaxial behavior of sand. The cement contents were 0 and 5% by weight of the dry sand. Fiber length and diameter were 18 and 0.023 mm, respectively, were added at 0 and 0.6% by weight of dry sand–cement. Triaxial compression tests were performed at confining pressures of 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, and 1 MPa. The results of the study indicate that the inclusion of PP fiber increases the shear strength and the peak axial strain. The elastic modulus of specimen decreased with increase in fiber content and increased with the increase in cement content. Moreover, the initial stiffness and peak strength increased by increasing cement content. 相似文献

为研究缠绕复合材料夹芯圆柱壳的力学特性,首先开展了缠绕复合材料夹芯圆柱壳模型的轴向压缩试验,得到载荷-位移曲线与应变分布规律;进而,依据复合材料经典层合板理论,将缠绕圆柱壳模型的内外蒙皮均匀化,等效为单向纤维增强复合材料,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对结构模型进行分析,得到不同载荷下的应变规律;最后,将有限元计算结果与试验结果进行对比,轴向刚度误差为10.69%,测点应变值最大误差为12.88%,表明该方法可用于缠绕复合材料夹芯圆柱壳计算,为复合材料夹芯圆柱壳的设计应用提供指导。 相似文献

The mechanical behavior of gel‐filled silicone breast implants has been examined as well as the mechanical properties of the implant shell itself. For the first time the implants were tested under compression in two different ways. Subsequently the implant shell material was analyzed by tensile test on dumbbell‐shaped specimens. The results are presented in contour plots which provide a detailed view of the measured values of the samples. Finally a statistical failure analysis was carried out by means of a Weibull fit to provide further data on the mechanical behavior. © 2017 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

A key requirement of an effective coating is its adequate adhesion to the substrate. Thus, reliable test methods to evaluate coating adhesion and to characterize the deposition parameters affecting it are necessary for the systematic development of such coatings. The conventional technique for measuring diamond coating adhesion, the scratch test, is unreliable because of wear of the stylus and influences of the substrate. Thus, a noncontact technique (compression test) of evaluating the adhesion of diamond coatings on brittle substrates was modelled and developed. This method utilizes the differences in Young's modulus between the coating and the substrate via application of an external load in order to generate interfacial stresses and debond the coating. An innovative three-dimensional numerical model, based on combining the variational and boundary integral approaches, was utilized to link the indirect (i.e. load) to the direct (i.e. debond shear stress or elastic energy of delamination) characteristics of adhesion. Factors affecting the adhesion strength of the diamond coatings are discussed in relation to the process parameters. This test offers an excellent alternative to conventional techniques for measuring the adhesion strength of diamond coatings on brittle substrates. 相似文献

采用正交试验法研究过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)/N,N'-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)用量比、炭黑N550用量和石蜡油用量对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)常温和高温压缩永久变形的影响。结果表明:对于常温压缩永久变形,石蜡油用量对其影响高度显著;对于高温压缩永久变形,DCP/HVA-2用量比对其影响显著;炭黑N550用量对常温和高温压缩永久变形的影响都不显著。 相似文献

通过对机翼上壁板半圆切单接头长桁端头试验件进行轴向压缩测试,测得了整个试验件的载荷-应变曲线。试验结果表明,破坏主要集中在接头与长桁缘条连接区域第一排螺钉所对应的复合材料结构压溃断裂,与接头相连的长桁缘条发生长纤维断裂。建立了相应的有限元模型,因为有限元计算中未考虑损伤及刚度衰减,导致有限元分析结果比实际的试验结果略高。 相似文献
