船舶航向非线性系统离散变结构控制

基于非线性模型研究船舶航向自动舵的离散变结构控制设计问题。通过状态反馈精确线性化方法设计了二次型最优滑模面，采用离散趋近律方法求得变结构控制律。研究结果表明，所设计的离散变结构控制器能够快速准确地跟踪设定航向，并对参数摄动和外界风浪干扰具有很强的鲁棒性。     

非线性振动结构的自适应控制和识别

在结构主动控制中，识别和控制是两个不可分割的部分。本文研究了非线性振动结构在任意随机干扰激励下的自适应主动控制及参数识别计算方法，给出了非线性结构基于ＡＲＭＡ模型的等价线性模型及预报、控制律方程，提出了能快速向控制系统在线地提供识别参数的自适应识别方法—共轭迭代预报误差法（ＣＲＰＥＭ）。该法与通常的ＲＰＥＭ及递推最小二乘法相比，具有快速等明显的优点，能较好地与自适应控制系统相匹配。     

音圈电机驱动的快速控制反射镜高带宽控制

分析一种音圈电机驱动的快速控制反射镜(FSM)的机械结构,由此建立其数学模型。依据模型,以不完全微分PID控制算法来消除结构谐振的不稳定影响,采用线性功率放大驱动方式,可使控制带宽超过其结构谐振频率,实现高带宽控制。实验表明,该方法应用于结构谐振频率分别为90Hz和20Hz的两种快速控制反射镜,系统的抑制带宽能分别达到315Hz和240Hz,而且该方法简单可行,通用性强。     

线阵CCD在颜色测试中的应用

介绍了一种以线阵ＣＣＤ器件为多通道探测器的光源颜色快速测试系统。该系统采用平场凹面光栅为主器件构成多色仪分光系统，测量全过程由微型计算机控制，实现快速，自动的光源能谱及颜色测量。具体给出了系统测试的原理，总体结构，软件和硬件配置，并提供了系统定标方法和实验结果，该系统具有广阔应用前景。     

隔震结构基于灰色预测的振动最优控制

提出对隔震结构实施灰色预测即时控制，采用GM（1，1）模型，推导结构状态向量的灰色预测方程，结合线性二次型最优控制理论（LQR），设计了隔震结构的即时预测控制方案，并研究了其振动控制性能。研究结果表明：对隔震结构再实施主动控制具有控制力小且控制效果好；采用灰色预测控制能有效减小结构振动控制的时滞影响。     

基于遗传算法优化阻尼器空间位置的结构振动控制

通过对多层结构在二维地震动作用下的控制算法和控制机构布置准则的分析，建立了控制机构的布置优化模型，利用改进的遗传算法中二进制单点交叉，避免了用惩罚函数。以一栋带有阻尼器控制的结构为例，进行了数值计算和分析，结果与穷举法比较表明，本文优化算法是快速而有效的。     

Timoshenko梁的行波与模态的混合控制方法

基于Timoshenko梁理论，采用行波控制和独立模态空间混合方法。对悬臂梁的振动主动控制问题进行了研究。采用行波方法实现了对Timoshenko梁结构的振动控制。首先。采用模态控制方法，控制低频振动。而后，采用行波控制方法吸收高频振动能量，实现结构的振动控制。可见，行波／模态混合控制提高了振动控制精度和系统的鲁棒性。本文给出了悬臂梁振动的混合控制策略，最后给出了数值仿真结果。     

水平两自由度组合结构体系的变刚度控制

可变刚度系统应用于单体结构能够取得显著的振动控制效果。本文提出了组合结构体系的变刚度半主动结构振动控制，并通过对水平两自由度组合结构体系的变刚度吸能释能控制系统的研究，揭示了水平组合结构体系变刚度振动控制的机理。分析表明，采用这种变刚度半主动控制，能够使组合结构体系在地震作用下的动力反应得到有效的控制。     

关于建筑工程施工技术的研究

改革开放以来，我国的经济取得了突飞猛进的发展，各项基础设施建设也进入了快速发展的时期。目前建筑工程中普遍采用钢筋混凝土结构，所以混凝土施工已成为当前建筑工程施工中最重要的一项技术之一。文中对建筑工程混凝土材料的选配进行了分析，并进一步对混凝土施工技术、施工要点及施工中质量控制进行了具体的阐述。     

论建筑结构方案优化对成本控制的影响

随着我国基本建设的大力开展，房地产行业正稳步快速的发展。如何降低成本、增加利润，成为房地产行业共同关注的问题。成本控制在房地产开发的各个阶段其控制方法各有不同，所占的控制比例也有所不同。本文主要阐述了建设前期设计阶段的结构优化对于工程成本控制的影响及意义。

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.

Strictest Pollutants Emission Standards

Progress on Standards Copyright Protection

正Recently,National Copyright Administration of China(NCAC)has rewarded 215 organizations and 179 individuals for their outstanding efforts on investigating standards copyright infringement and piracy in 2013.Hua Jianhua,the Deputy-Director of National Standards Copyright Protection Workgroup Office won a third prize of the national individual award.In 2012,SAC set up the national standards copyright protection working group,and developed policies to crack down standards infringement and piracy behaviors and to strengthen standards copyright protection.
