The reactions of 3-(α-chlorophenylhydrazono)hydrazinocarbonylmethyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoxalines 4a,c with triethyl orthoesters resulted in the intramolecular cyclization to give the 3-(α-chlorophenylhydrazono-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-ylmethyl)-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoxalines 5a-d , but not the 1,2,4,5-tetrazepinylquinoxalines 6a-d . The cyclization mode into the 1,3,4-oxadiazole ring was confirmed by the alternate syntheses of 5a,c from the reactions of the 3-(1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-ylmethylene)-2-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxalines 7a,b with o-chlorobenzenediazonium chloride. Moreover, the reactions of 3-(benzimidazol-2-ylmethylene)-2-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxaline hydrochloride 8 with o-, m- and p-chlorobenzenediazonium chlorides afforded the 3-(α-chlorophenylhydrazonobenzimidazol-2-ylmethy])-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoxa]ine hydrochlorides 9a-c , respectively. Compounds 5a-d and 9a-c were found to exhibit antimicrobial activities.  相似文献

The cyclization mode into the 1,3,4-oxadiazole ring was confirmed by the alternate syntheses of 4a,c from the reactions of 3-(1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-ylmethylene)-2-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxalines 6a,b with o-chlorophenyl diazonium salts, respectively. The intramolecular Diels-Alder reactions of hydrazones derived from methacrolein or ethylacrolein and terminally unsaturated N-acyl-N-methylhydrazines have been investigated. The hydrazones 7b and 7c derived from N-methyl-N-pent-4-enoylhydrazine 3b were found to undergo intramolecular [4 + 2] cycloaddition above 140 °C and the pyridopyridazines 12 were isolated. The corresponding hydrazones 8b and 8c from N-methyl N-pent-4-ynoylhydrazone 4a reacted similarly and gave as the final products the pyridines 13. The scope of the reaction is limited, as was shown by the failure of several other terminally unsaturated hydrazones of β-unsaturated aldehydes to undergo intramolecular cycloaddition. These hydrazones did, however, undergo intermolecular [4 + 2] cyctoaddition to N-phenylmaleimide. Other hydraiones 15 of methacrolein. including the benzoylhydrazone and the phenylhydrazone, also reacted with N-phenylmaleimide to give the pyridine 14b by way of an isolable dihydropyridine 16.  相似文献

Bromination of 3-bromofuro[2,3-b]- 1a , -[3,2-b]- 1b and - [3,2-c]pyridine 1d afforded the 2,3-dibromo derivatives 2a, 2b and 2d , while the -[2,3-c]- compound 1c did not give the dibromo derivative. Nitration of 1a-d gave the 2-nitro-3-bromo compounds 3a-d . The N-oxides 4a-d of 1a-d were submitted to the cyanation with trimethylsilyl cyanide to yield the corresponding α-cyanopyridine compound 6a-d . Chlorination of 4a and 4d with phosphorus oxychloride gave mainly the chloropyridine derivatives 7a, 7′a and 7d , while 4b and 4c gave mainly the chlorofuran derivatives 7′b and 7′c accompanying formation of the chloropyridine derivatives 7b, 7′b and 7c . Acetoxylation of 4a and 4b with acetic anhydride yielded the acetoxypyridine compounds 8a, 8′a and 8b , while 4c and 4d gave the acetoxypyridine 8′c, 8′d and 8′d , pyridone 8c and 8d , acetoxyfuran 8′c and dibromo compound 9c and 9′c.  相似文献

Photolysis of 1-o-acetylaminophenyl-2-(pentamethyldisilanyl)ethyne 2a in benzene provides a novel intramolecular cycloaddition product 4 via 1-sila-1,2-propadiene intermediate 3. Photolysis of 1-o-amino-, allylamino-, or methoxycarbonylmethylaminophenyl-2-(pentamethyldisilanyl)ethynes 2b, 2c, or 2d in benzene only provides the reduction product 8.  相似文献

Charge-transfer-induced decomposition (CTID) of bicyclic dioxetanes 1b-d bearing a 3-hydroxylphenyl moiety substituted with a benzothiazol-2-yl group at the 2-, 6-, or 5-position was investigated, and their chemiluminescence properties were compared to each other, based on those for a 4-benzothiazolyl analogue 1a. Dioxetanes 1c and 1d underwent CTID to give the corresponding oxido anions of keto esters 8c or 8d in the singlet excited state with high efficiencies similarly to the case of 1a. On the other hand, 1b showed chemiluminescence with quite low efficiency, though it gave exclusively keto ester 2b. The marked decline of chemiluminescence efficiency for 1b was attributed to 1b mainly being decomposed to 8b through a radiationless pathway, in which intramolecular nucleophilic attack of nitrogen in the benzothiazolyl group to dioxetane O-O took place to give cyclic intermediate cis-11.  相似文献

由2-(1,2-亚乙二硫)亚甲基-3-羰基-5-芳基-4-戊烯酸与三苯基氢氧化锡反应,合成了九个标题化合物3。用X射线衍射法测定了3b的晶体结构。该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1,a=0.9074(2)nm,b=1.6809(3)nm,c=2.1834(4)nm,α=77.57(3)ⅲ,β=88.04(3)ⅲ,γ=89.47(3)ⅲ,V=3.2503nm^3,Z=2;R=0.0592。由锡氧原子间距离可推测,该晶体中羧酸根作为双齿配体与锡原子形成了分子内五配位结构。  相似文献

Lithiation of 2-methylfuro[2,3-b]- 1a , -[2,3-c]- 1c and -[3,2-c]pyridine 1d with lithium diisopropylamide at ?75° and subsequent treatment with deuterium chloride in deuterium oxide afforded 2-monodeuteriomethyl compounds 2a, 2c and 2d , while 2-methylfuro[3,2-b]pyridine 1b gave a mixture of 1b, 2b , 2-methyl-3-deuteriofuro[3,2-b]pyridine 2′b and 2-(1-proynyl)pyridin-3-ol 5 . The same reaction of 1a at ?40° gave 3-(1,2-propadienyl)pyridin-2-ol 3 and 3-(2-propynyl)pyridin-2-ol 4 . Reaction of the lithio intermediates from 1a, 1c and 1d with benzaldehyde, propionaldehyde and acetone afforded the corresponding alcohol derivatives 6a, 6c, 6d, 7a, 7c, 7d, 8a, 8c and 8d in excellent yield; while the reaction of lithio intermediate from 1b gave the expected alcohols 6b and 8b in lower yields accompanied by formation of 3-alkylated compounds 9, 11, 12 and compound 5 . While reaction of the intermediates from 1a, 1b and 1d with N,N-dimethylacetamide yielded the 2-acetonyl compounds 13a, 13b and 13d in good yield, the same reaction of 1c did not give any acetylated product but recovery of the starting compound almost quantitatively.  相似文献

1,5,6,10b-Tetrahydropyrrolo[2,1-alpha]isoquinolin-3(2H)-ones 17a,b, 17d,e, and 5,12b-dihydroisoindolo[1,2-alpha]isoquinolin-8(6H)-ones 22a-e were prepared by intramolecular cyclizations of 1-(2-arylethyl)-5-benzotriazolyl-pyrrolidin-2-ones 15a,b, 15d,e, and 3-benzotriazolyl-2-(2-arylethyl)-1-isoindolinones 20a-e, respectively, in the presence of titanium chloride. 对羟基桂皮酸甲酯和阿魏酸甲酯分别在氧化银催化下发生自由基仿生氧化偶联反应, 合成得苯并二氢呋喃环结构化合物1, 1经甲基化反应得2. 1a和1和2分别在无水碳酸钾、10%氢氧化钠水溶液等不同的碱性条件下进行反应, 获得了11个苯并二氢呋喃环开环产物, 即8-5’新木脂素类化合物3a~9b, 实现了由苯并二氢呋喃新木脂素向8-5’新木脂素的转变, 也为合成芪类化合物提供了一种新方法. C-8位上的吸电子基团如酯基的影响使苯并二氢呋喃环易在碱性条件下开环形成8-5’新木脂素类化合物.所合成化合物的结构由MS, IR, 1H NMR和13C NMR进行了表征.  相似文献

Summary. 18-Nor-16-azaestrane derivatives with 8β, 13β, and 14β orientation were isolated from Diels-Alder reactions between maleimides or citraconimide and 1-(1-siloxyvinyl)naphthalene derivatives. (8RS)-13,14,16-Triazaestrane derivatives were synthesized from 1,2,4-triazolin-3,5-diones. The parent 11-oxo derivatives were obtained by desilylation, and they were transformed into 11-hydroxyimino derivatives. 3-Hydroxy derivatives, finally were synthesized by cleavage of the 3-methoxy group with BBr3. During these transformations the stereochemistry of the steroidal skeleton was not changed. The stereochemistry of these “unnatural” steroids was elucidated by spectroscopic methods, and compared with results from calculations, and with the configuration of natural estrane derivatives. Finally, an improved method for the synthesis of the starting material, 6-methoxy-1-[(1-trialkylsiloxy)-vinyl]-3,4-dihydronaphthalene was developed.  相似文献

Enantioselective [2 + 2]-photocycloaddition reactions on 4-(2'-aminoethyl)quinolones in solution were studied using the enantiomerically pure complexing agent 1 as source of chirality. The intermolecular reactions of fully N-protected substrates 5a-5c with different 2-alkyl-substituted acrylates 12-15 represent the first systematic study on the diastereoselectivity of their intermolecular [2 + 2]-photocycloadditions to unsymmetrically 1,1-disubstituted olefins (75-91% yield, d.r. = 58/42-95/5). N-Benzylic-protected photoproducts exo-16a/b-19a/b could easily be converted into lactams 20a/b-23a/b by a sequence of Boc deprotection and thermal lactamization (74-98% yield). Identical products 20a-22a were directly accessible by the intramolecular [2 + 2]-photocycloaddition of acrylic acid amides 2-4 (41-61% yield). The suitability of both pathways for an enantioselective reaction variant was proven (70-92% ee). Thus, tetracyclic lactams possessing the carbon framework C were obtained with good yields and enantioselectivities of up to 92% ee in intramolecular reactions. Comparative investigation of both routes showed that quinolone dimerization was the single most decisive factor preventing a complete chirality transfer. Functional group manipulations were successfully conducted with the primary photoproduct exo-17a. Finally, a new and unexpected type of benzylic hydrogen abstraction-radical cyclization reaction was discovered for substrate 5a, which explains the photochemical instability of substrates 2-5 under short wavelength irradiation (lambda = 300 nm).  相似文献

Versatility : Ni0 and Pd0 complexes act as catalysts in the intramolecular aryl‐ and acylcyanation reactions, respectively, of alkenes (see scheme). Soluble microgels with several pendant vinyl groups were synthesised by radical copolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) with p-divinyl benzene (p-DVB). The competitive reactions of intermolecular and intramolecular crosslinkings of these microgels were carried out at 40°C in the presence of 1-buten-3-ol as a degradative chain transfer agent. The rate constant of intermolecular crosslinking (k) was estimated by GPC (gel permeation chromatography) analysis on the polymer produced from intermolecular propagation between bimolecules. This paper describes the preparation and hydrolysis of 2-cyano and 3-cyano derivatives of furo[3,2-b]-, furo[2,3-c]- and furo[3,2-c]pyridine. Treatment of furopyridines 1a , 1b and 1c with n-butyllithium in hexane-tetrahydrofuran at -70° and subsequent addition of N,N-dimethylformamide yielded 2-formyl derivatives 2a , 2b and 2c. Dehydration of the oximes 4a , 4b and 4c of 2a , 2b and 2c gave 2-cyano compounds 5a , 5b and 5c , which were hydrolyzed to give 2-carboxylic acids, 6a, 6b and 6c , respectively. Reaction of 3-bromo compounds 7a , 7b and 7c with copper(I) cyanide in N,N-dimethylformamide afforded 3-cyano derivatives 8a , 8b and 8c. Alkaline hydrolysis of 8a , 8b and 8c gave compounds formed by fission of the 1-2 bond of furopyridines 9a , 9b and 9c , while acidic hydrolysis gave the corresponding carboxamides, 10a , 10b and 10c.  相似文献

The structures of these compounds were confirmed from their ir, nmr and mass spectra.
