ON THE EXISTENCE AND UNIQUENESS THEOREMS OF SOLUTIONS FOR THE SYSTEMS OF MIXED MONOTONE OPERATOR EQUATIONS WITH APPLICATIONS

The existence, uniqueness and non-symmetric iterative approximation of solutions for a class of systems of mixed monotone operator equations are discussed. As an appplication, we utilize the results presented in this paper to study the existence and uniqueness problems of common solutions for a class of systems of functional equations arising in dynamic programming of multistage decision processes and a class of systems of nonlinear integral equations. The results obtained in this paper not only answer an open question suggested in [3] but also generalize the corresponding results of.     

On the optimal control of systems governed by quasilinear integro-partial differential equations of parabolic type

Recently, M. N. O?uztöreli presented certain results on the existence and uniqueness of solutions of systems governed by a linear integro-partial differential equation of parabolic type with delayed arguments. Since his results admit only smooth coefficients, they could not be used directly in the study of the optimal control problems with bounded measurable control variables appearing in the coefficients of the system equations. In this paper, we consider a class of systems described by second-order quasilinear parabolic integro-partial differential equations with all but the second-order coefficients assumed bounded measurable. Our principal results are: Theorem 3.5, which establishes the existence and uniqueness of solutions of this class of systems (with controls in the coefficients), and Theorem 4.4, which gives a necessary condition for optimality for the corresponding controlled system.     

The solvability of some chemotaxis systems

In this paper, we study the local existence and uniqueness of classical solutions to a wide class of systems of chemotaxis equations. These systems are essentially quasi-linear strongly coupled partial differential equations. We also study the maximal interval of existence in time of solutions. The results are illustrated in application to a number of partial differential equation models arising in biology.     

On a Class of Systems of Linear and Nonlinear Fredholm Integral Equations of the Third Kind with Multipoint Singularities

Based on a new approach, we show that finding solutions for a class of systems of linear (respectively, nonlinear) Fredholm integral equations of the third kind with multipoint singularities is equivalent to finding solutions of systems of linear (respectively, nonlinear) Fredholm integral equations of the second kind with additional conditions. We study the existence, nonexistence, uniqueness, and nonuniqueness of solutions for this class of systems of Fredholm integral equations of the third kind with multipoint singularities.     

非混合单调二元算子方程(组)解的存在唯一性

利用锥理论及Banach压缩映射原理,在不要求上、下解条件及算子紧性与连续性的条件下,建立了一类满足更一般序关系条件的非混合单调二元算子方程组(?)解的存在唯一性定理,以及非单调二元算子方程T(x,x)=x和非单调一元算子方程Lx=x解的存在唯一性定理,推广了最近相关文献的研究结果.     

Teoremi di esistenza e di unicitá per le soluzioni deboli dei problemi al contorno per una classe di sistemi parabolici di equazioni del secondo ordine

In this paper we give some existence and uniqueness theorems for weak solutions of boundary value problems for a particular class of parabolic systems of linear partial differential equations of the second order with real coefficients. In particular some uniqueness theorems for equations with complex coefficients are deduced from the previous results.     

Differential equations with state-dependent piecewise constant argument

A new class of differential equations with state-dependent piecewise constant argument is introduced. It is an extension of systems with piecewise constant argument. Fundamental theoretical results for the equations—the existence and uniqueness of solutions, the existence of periodic solutions, and the stability of the zero solution—are obtained. Appropriate examples are constructed.     

Anticipated backward stochastic differential equations with non-Lipschitz coefficients

This paper deals with a class of anticipated backward stochastic differential equations. We extend results of Peng and Yang (2009) to the case in which the generator satisfies non-Lipschitz condition. The existence and uniqueness of solutions for anticipated backward stochastic differential equations as well as a comparison theorem are obtained. The existence and uniqueness of L^p(p>2) solutions for anticipated backward stochastic differential equations are also studied.     

ITERATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR SYSTEMS OF NONLINEAR OPERATOR EQUATIONS IN BANACH SPACE

By using partial order method, the existence, uniqueness and iterative approximation of solutions for a class of systems of nonlinear operator equations in Banach space are discussed. The results obtained in this paper extend and improve recent results.     

Noncompact‐type Krasnoselskii fixed‐point theorems and their applications

In this paper, we first establish some user‐friendly versions of fixed‐point theorems for the sum of two operators in the setting that the involved operators are not necessarily compact and continuous. These fixed‐point results generalize, encompass, and complement a number of previously known generalizations of the Krasnoselskii fixed‐point theorem. Next, with these obtained fixed‐point results, we study the existence of solutions for a class of transport equations, the existence of global solutions for a class of Darboux problems on the first quadrant, the existence and/or uniqueness of periodic solutions for a class of difference equations, and the existence and/or uniqueness of solutions for some kind of perturbed Volterra‐type integral equations. Existence and uniqueness of positive solutions of semilinear elliptic equations

This paper is devoted to the study of existence,uniqueness and non-degeneracy of positive solutions of semi-linear elliptic equations.A necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of positive solutions to problems is given.We prove that if the uniqueness and non-degeneracy results are valid for positive solutions of a class of semi-linear elliptic equations,then they are still valid when one perturbs the differential operator a little bit.As consequences,some uniqueness results of positive solutions under the domain perturbation are also obtained.     

Existence and uniqueness for solutions to fuzzy stochastic differential equations driven by local martingales under the non-Lipschitzian condition

This paper makes a research into a class of fuzzy stochastic differential equations (FSDEs) driven by a continuous local martingale under the non-Lipschitzian condition. Such equations can be useful in modelling of hybrid systems, where the phenomena are subjected to two kinds of uncertainties: randomness and fuzziness, simultaneously. The solutions of FSDEs are the fuzzy stochastic processes, and their uniqueness is considered to be in a strong sense. Thus, the existence and uniqueness of solutions to FSDEs under the non-Lipschitzian condition is first proven. And the continuity of solutions to FSDEs with respect to the initial data or the coefficients of the equations is investigated.     

反向混合单调算子方程解的存在唯一性定理

运用锥与半序理论和非对称迭代方法,讨论半序Banach空间一类反向混合单调算子方程解的存在唯一性,并给出了迭代序列收敛于解的误差估计,作为其应用着重讨论了非反向混合单调算子方程解的存在唯一性,所得结果改进和推广了混合单调算子方程某些已知相应结果.     

一类非线性算子方程解的存在唯一性及其应用

该文在更广泛的条件下,利用锥理论和Banach压缩映象原理证明了序Banach空间中一类非线性算子方程解的存在唯一性定理,并应用到Banach空间中二阶非线性混合型微分积分方程初值问题,改进并推广了已有的一些结果.     

Positive fixed points for a class of nonlinear operators and applications

In this paper, we study the existence and uniqueness of positive solutions for a class of nonlinear operator equations on ordered Banach spaces. Various applications are also considered to illustrate our obtained results (existence of solutions to quadratic integral equations with a linear modification of the argument, positive solution of second-order Neumann boundary value problem, and positive definite solutions of a class of nonlinear matrix equations).     

Global existence of strong solutions of Navier-Stokes equations with non-Newtonian potential for one-dimensional isentropic compressible fluids

The aims of this paper are to discuss global existence and uniqueness of strong solution for a class of isentropic compressible navier-Stokes equations with non-Newtonian in one-dimensional bounded intervals. We prove two global existence results on strong solutions of isentropic compressible Navier-Stokes equations. The first result shows only the existence. And the second one shows the existence and uniqueness result based on the first result, but the uniqueness requires some compatibility condition.     

Solutions to systems of linear Fredholm integral equations of the third kind with multipoint singularities

A new approach is used to show that the solution for one class of systems of linear Fredholm integral equations of the third kind with multipoint singularities is equivalent to the solution of systems of linear Fredholm integral equations of the second kind with additional conditions. The existence, nonexistence, uniqueness, and nonuniqueness of solutions to systems of linear Fredholm integral equations of the third kind with multipoint singularities are analyzed.     

The Existence and Uniqueness of Solutions of a Class of Evolution Equations

In this paper, a class of evolution equations which have special boundary conditions is discussed. The spectrum properties of an operator which is associated with this class of equations arc provided, and the existence and uniqueness of solutions of this class of equations is proved by the theory of pertu rbation of C_0-semigroups. In the last part of this paper, a condition which ensures the solutions to be non-negative is given. Some results of the time-independent population systems in [1-5] are our examples.
