汽车自动变速箱的发展现状及其技术趋势 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
自动变速箱是现代汽车的关键总成之一。对液力自动变速箱、电控机械式自动变速箱、无级自动变速箱以及双离合器自动变速箱的发展现状进行了研究,分析了这四种自动变速箱目前存在的优势和劣势,并在此基础上对这四种类型自动变速箱的技术发展趋势进行了展望。液力自动变速箱将向多速化、轻量化、低噪声等方向发展,电控机械式自动变速箱将向高可靠性、协调化控制等方向发展,无级自动变速箱将向高扭矩传递能力、高传递效率等方向发展,双离合器自动变速箱将向高换挡性能、完善控制技术等方向发展。 相似文献

在自动变速箱设计中,液压离合器作为重要部件,其动作时间在换挡平顺的前提下,要求尽可能的短,以提高换挡效率和液压离合器的使用寿命。以某型号自动变速箱的单个液压离合器为例,进行了结构与工作性能的仿真分析,初步获得满足要求的设计参数,并以此参数加工离合器样件,通过在离合器测试台上测试动作时间,验证了仿真结果的正确性,对于自动变速箱的设计开发具有指导意义。 相似文献

液压齿轮泵是液力自动变速箱的重要组成单元,其为自动换挡系统和润滑冷却系统提供油液。以液力自动变速箱设计为依托,根据径向并联外啮合多齿齿轮泵的结构特点,针对其工作过程中遇到的内部困油现象进行研究,分析形成的原因和解决办法。对齿轮泵进行结构优化设计,提出偏置卸荷槽设计方案,并对其尺寸和位置进行分析,基于CFD对3种不同形式齿轮泵结构工作流场进行对比分析,并搭建试验台架,对优化设计后齿轮泵性能进行试验研究,以验证理论分析的准确性。结果可知,当采用偏置开设卸荷槽时,设计合适的参数可有效改善困油现象,并且齿轮泵的容积效率得到提高;通过试验测试对比容积效率可知,结构优化设计及所搭建数学模型的准确性与可靠性,为此类变速箱齿轮泵的设计提供参考依据。 相似文献

Dynamic characteristics of a shift quality are investigated for a clutch to clutch controlled automatic transmission. Dynamic models of the hydraulic control system and the geartrains are obtained using Bondgraph. Based on the dynamic models, a simulation tool is developed to evaluate the shift quality. Using the simulation tool, shift performances for a 1–2 upshift and a 4-2 downshift are investigated and are compared with test results. It is found that the simulation tool is able to predict the pressure profiles of the clutch and brake, output torque, and turbine speed for a given input duty signal. It is expected that the simulation tool developed in this work can be used to improve the shift quality for the clutch to clutch controlled automatic transmission by saving time and cost in the tests. 相似文献

phenomena during the engagement of wet friction clutch. The thermal model consists of heat balance for the separator, friction
lining, core plate, and ATF in the clearance. The degradation mechanism and constants for the selected friction material obey
the zeroth order reaction. The model predictions show good agreement with experimental measurements.

To achieve the best possible responses during shifting in dual clutch transmissions it is commonplace to integrate clutch and engine control, while the clutch is used to match speeds between the engine and wheels via reduction gears, poor engine control can lead to extended engagement times and rough/harsh shift transients. This paper proposes a method for combined speed and torque control of vehicle powertrains with dual clutch transmissions for both the engine and clutches. The vehicle powertrain is modelled as a simple four degree of freedom system with reduction gears and two clutches. Including a detailed clutch hydraulic model, comprising of the direct acting solenoids and clutch piston with the hydraulic fluid modelled as a compressible fluid. Powertrain control is realised through control of clutch solenoids and manipulation of the engine throttle input. Sensitivity study of clutch performance evaluating inaccurate torque estimation demonstrated variance in the response of the hydraulic system, with an indicative simulation of poor estimation resulting in increased powertrain vibration during and after shifting. Simulations are conducted to demonstrate the capacity for this method of engine and clutch control to further reduce shift transients developed in dual clutch transmission powertrains. The obtained results also show that the adoption of torque based control techniques for both the clutch and engine, which makes use of the estimated target clutch torque, significantly improves the powertrain response as a result of reduction in the lockup discontinuities. 相似文献
