Abstract

In this article, light reflection spectrums for different one-dimensional multi-layer structures are obtained. Optical reflectivities for periodic, superperiodic, and quasiperiodic structures have been calculated using the transfer matrix method. PBGs of each structure have been obtained using the optical reflectivity pattern. From a comparison of reflectivity and standard dense wavelength division multiplexing grids, it is demonstrated that narrow and dense band filters can be built from generalized Fibonacci quasiperiodic structures. Reflectivity of these structures contains bands that meet the ITU-T dense wavelength division multiplexing standard. Reflectivity of other multi-layer structures has poor or less potential to be used in dense wavelength division multiplexing systems.  相似文献

介绍了数字编码光栅尺的结构设计并提出一种制作方法.采用紫外对准光刻、全息光刻及湿法腐蚀结合在(100)硅片上制作母光栅尺,并以具有紫外固化特性的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯为材料,将母光栅尺复制到硬基底上.实验表明,该工艺可重复性高,复制光栅尺的衍射效率高于母光栅尺的90%,并能承受航空环境-55℃~70℃的高低温冲击.光栅尺的制作准确度满足传感器的要求,信号响应准确率100%.该方法可对具有准确度高、图形复杂、工作环境恶劣等特点的微纳米结构的制作提供借鉴.  相似文献

An optical waveguide sensor structure, i.e. a coupling-wave structure, is presented and analyzed on the basis of a codirectional coupler. Potential uses for absorption-and fluorescence based sensors are theoretically explained by the group index method (D.-K. Qing, X-.M-. Chen, K. Itoh, M. Murabayashi: J. Lightwave Technol. 14 (1996) 1907). Refractive-index-based sensors were also analyzed. An actual coupling-wave structure was realized by combining the ion-exchange and the sol-gel methods. The coupling-wave structure that provides effective sensing interaction is easy to fabricate and can be used to realize optical waveguide chemical or biological sensors.  相似文献

基于法布里-帕罗腔的干涉原理,采用微机电系统技术加工制作了一种光纤微机电系统压力传感器.采用浓硼扩散自停止腐蚀和磁控溅射的方法,制备厚度为6 μm、机械灵敏度为0.502 μm/MPa的传感器敏感膜.基于强度解调技术,利用干涉腔的反射功率与压力的关系对压力进行解调.分析了腔长变化对反射率的影响,确定传感器线性工作点的波长,建立稳定的压力传感测试系统.测试结果表明,该传感器压强最小分辨率为62 Pa,灵敏度达到0.51 nW/KPa,具有良好的线性度、灵敏度和重复性,适用于人体内压力测量和口腔义齿压力测量.  相似文献

提出了一种用阵列波导光栅复用光纤微机电系统法布里-珀罗压力传感器的方法,实现了法布里-珀罗压力传感器的准分布式测量。传感器基于法布里-珀罗腔干涉的原理,采用微机电系统技术加工制作,用双波长方法解调干涉信号,利用传感器对两个不同波长光的反射率的比值与压力的单值关系确定所施加压力的大小,用阵列波导光栅实现传感器复用。理论分析与实验验证了传感器解调和复用的基本原理。实验结果表明:在压力的线性测量范围(0~1.5 MPa)内,系统的灵敏度(相对反射率比值/压力)可达到0.02026 MPa-1,测量结果具有较好的线形性,相对反射率比值的标准偏差小于3×10-4。该系统可以补偿传感器光网中和波长无关的变动引起的误差,具有好的线性、灵敏度和精度,复用能力强且复用传感器间无串扰。  相似文献

提出了一种梯度折射率分布介质为基质的单体光学模式转换器,可以将两正交截面内瑞利长度相同、光腰重合的厄米-高斯光束转换为拉盖尔-高斯光束.这种转换器具有一体化且只有两个反射面的特点,因此易于调整、光能反射损耗小;对于两正交截面内瑞利长度不同、光腰不重合的厄米-高斯光束,提出了一种可调节其瑞利长度和光腰位置的光腰调节器,将光腰调节器与单体光学模式转换器组合使用,也可以将这种厄米-高斯光束转换为拉盖尔-高斯光束.  相似文献

Abstract

A scheme for the simultaneous determination of temperature and analyte concentration for application in luminescence-based chemical sensors is proposed. This scheme is applied to an optical oxygen sensor, which is based on the quenching of the fluorescence of a ruthenium complex. Temperature measurement is performed using the excitation radiation and an absorption long-pass filter. Preliminary results are presented that show the viability of an oxygen measurement that is independent of temperature and optical power level. The possibility of self-referenced temperature measurements with semiconductor nanoparticles is also investigated. In order to optimize the sensor design, several different optical fiber probe geometries for oxygen sensing are tested and compared, including different methods of coupling radiation into the optical fiber system. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polyacrylamide membranes are tested as supports for sensor immobilization in fiber-optical pH sensing devices in aqueous solution. Some results are presented that show the feasibility of using fiber-optical pH indicators for remote monitoring.  相似文献

研究了时隙光分组交换网中的光缓存配置方案,针对反馈共享式缓存结构,通过对传统的连续分布式光缓存结构中不同延迟粒度的光缓存丢包的分布情况仿真结果研究,发现在传统的连续分布式光缓存结构中,丢包主要发生在小粒度的光缓存上,为此,提出通过适当增加小粒度的光缓存的方法,达到有效地降低丢包率,仿真结果显示,这种光缓存方案可以明显降低节点的丢包率.  相似文献

A Novel Approach for Introducing Bio-Materials Into Cells   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A novel approach was developed to introduce biological materials into cells for gene transfection and gene therapy applications. The method is based on the technique of electrospraying bio-materials into cells. A prototype apparatus was constructed for a feasibility study. The features of the gene transfector include: (1) A dual-capillary assembly to spray suspensions of biological materials. The outer capillary provided sheathing liquid that controlled the charge level on individual particles without altering the properties of suspensions. (2) An air–CO2 gas mixture was used for suppressing possible corona discharge and kept the same gas composition as those in incubators. (3) The designed chamber enabled the spray to operate at reduced pressure for increasing sprayed particle velocity. In the feasibility study, both suspensions of plasmid and plasmid-coated gold particles were used. The plasmid used was the commercially available Enhanced Green Fluorescent Protein gene. COS-1 cells were used as the target and the liquid media was evacuated immediately prior to the spraying process. Electrospraying was conducted at ambient pressure and the duration was no more than 2 min. After the spray transfection, the media was immediately replaced and the cell samples were returned to the incubator for 36 h. Transgene expression was detected by cellular fluorescence. This technology promises to have great potential for gene transfection and therapy studies.  相似文献

针对光载无线通信系统中并联双驱动马赫-曾德尔调制器(MZM)的四倍频方案产生功率周期性衰落效应,以及传输距离短的不足,提出了一种改进的抑制双边带调制产生光毫米波方案。首先在并联MZM后用波分复用(WDM)分离抑制双边带信号的两个边带,将基带信号调制到下边带,再与未调信号耦合后产生光毫米波,最后传输至加入前置补偿的光纤链路中。用optisystem7.0软件对改进方案进行了仿真,结果表明用此类结构不仅能得到高纯度的四倍频光毫米波,还可以消除上述的效应,实现了更长距离、更佳性能的传输。  相似文献

We also propose a simplified formula for sensitivity of the fiber-optic bending loss in this article. 本文应用二元衍射光学理论,设计了一个基于Gullstrand-Le Grand眼光学模型的折/衍混合免散瞳手持式数字眼底相机。该相机的视场角28°,摄影系统由五片透镜构成,其中包含一个二元面,在综合考虑人眼本身和外部系统的像差后,实现了全视场200万像素的高清晰成像。而且,具有较大调焦能力,对-10D至7D屈光度人眼普遍适用。结果显示,该系统成像分辨率高于120lp/mm,场曲值小于0.75mm,畸变仅为7.0%。同时,衍射光学元件的引入,有效地简化了系统,减小了重量和体积。  相似文献
