以NPB为空穴传输材料,(dppy)BF为发光层,Alq为电子传输层和色度调节层,制备了有机白光电致发光器件.该器件的白光发射是来自于(dppy)BF与NPB的固界表面形成的激基复合物发光,以及NPB与(dppy)BF发射的蓝光.该白光器件的色度稳定,在电压10~25V的变化范围内,色坐标变化由(0.29,0.33)到(0.31,0.35).器件在4V开启,12V电压下亮度和效率分别为200cd/m2和0.45lm/W. 相似文献

Conical double frequency emission is investigated by femtosecond laser pulses at a wavelength of 80Ohm in a DKDP crystal. It is demonstrated that the sum frequency of incident wave and its scattering wave accounts for the conical double frequency emission. The gaps on the conical rings are observed and they are very sensitive to the propagation direction, and thus could be used to detect the small angle deviation of surface direction. 相似文献

ZnS:Mn thin films are grown on GaN substrates by pulsed laser deposition.The structure,morphology and optical properties are investigated by x-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and photoluminescence(PL).The obtained ZnS:Mn thin films are grown in preferred orientation along β-ZnS(111) direction corresponding to crystalline structure of cubic phase.The deposition temperature has an obvious effect on the structure,surface morphology and optical properties of ZnS:Mn thin films.PL measurements show that there are two emission bands located at 440 nm and 595 nm when the films are deposited at temperatures from 100℃ to 500℃.The relative integrated intensity of the blue emission and orange-red emission is determined by the deposition conditions.At the proper deposition temperature of 300℃,the color coordinate is closest to(0.33,0.33).The ZnS:Mn films on GaN substrates can exhibit white fight emission. 相似文献

The proposed model of laser plasma emission spectrum formation enables us to determine the absolute value of the laser pulse
to plasma emitted radiation conversion factor, profile of the emission spectrum, and frequency distribution of the intensity
and energy in the emitted spectra. This is of interest for laser plasma diagnostics and provides a means for direct calculation
of the number of excited nuclei in dependent on the parameters of laser pulse.

实验研究了线偏振和圆偏振状态下的飞秒强激光脉冲在块状材料中的传输过程。不同偏振的激光脉冲在传输过程中得到了不同程度的光谱展宽,经色散补偿后,脉冲时域宽度均得到了压缩。详细分析了压缩脉冲的脉宽以及啁啾情况与入射激光脉冲能量之间的关系,比较了飞秒激光在线偏振及圆偏振情况下的不同压缩效果。在线偏振入射光情况下得到了最短21fs的压缩脉冲宽度,在圆偏振情况下得到的最短脉冲宽度为22fs。实验结果表明,这种光谱展宽与色散补偿方式对圆偏振光同样适用,而且圆偏振的入射激光将更有利于对更高能量的脉冲进行压缩。在色散补偿量相同的情况下,压缩效果随入射脉冲能量变化的规律符合理论估计。 相似文献

Ultrashort electron beams with femtosecond to picosecond bunch durations offer unique opportunities to explore active research areas ranging from ultrafast structural dynamics to ultra-high dose-rate radiobiological studies. It presents a straightforward method to generate relativistic electron beams in ambient air via the tight focusing of a few-cycle, mJ-class femtosecond infrared laser. It demonstrates experimentally that electrons can reach up to 1.4 MeV at a dose-rate of 0.15 Gy/s, providing enough dose rate for radiation therapy applications. 3D Particle-In-Cell simulations confirm that the acceleration mechanism is based on the relativistic ponderomotive force and show theoretical agreement with the measured electron energies and divergence. Relativistic peak intensities up to 1019 Wcm−2 are reached in ambient air due to a very low B-integral accumulation during focusing, which prevents intensity clamping. Furthermore, it discusses the scalability of this method with the continuing development of mJ-class high average power lasers, and providing a promising approach for FLASH radiation therapy. 相似文献

采用飞秒激光辐照硅和硅锗样品,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察样品同,发现样品上产生了某低维结构.用飞秒激光作用产生等离子体相干驻波对硅和硅锗表面的融蚀模型来解释低维结构的形成机制,发现硅的表面周期约为400 nm的光栅结构在波长719 nm处有较强的光致荧光(PL)峰.该光致荧光的发光强度较小,其机制可从激光的脉宽和重复率两个方面来分析.当激光辐照的能量明显超过硅的融蚀阈值时,光栅形状消失,另一种锥状结构开始形成.控制加工条件,可以获得用于衍射和微分束的纳米光栅. 相似文献

Following Chou's viewpoint that the Cartesian system of space coordinates and timedefines a Minkowskian space-time in which Einstein's field equations and the harmonic conditionare the laws of gravitation (Ref.[1]), we study the effects of an external gravitational fieldin the propagation and in the emission of light respectively from the generalized Maxrwell andDirac equations of the general theory of relativity by geometric optics and quantum mechanics,and get the usual results for the red shift. For the naively homogeneous and isotropic model ofcosmology (the case with k = 0 in the Robertson-Walker scheme) closed form for the relationbetween distance and red shift is obtained, which indicates that a new way of analyzing theobservational data with not too small red shifts is needed. 相似文献

采用预测校正分步傅里叶方法数值模拟了飞秒光脉冲在光子晶体光纤中的非线性传输和超连续谱产生,分析了初始光脉冲的中心波长、峰值功率和光纤长度在光子晶体光纤正、反常色散区对超连续谱形状和带宽的影响。结果表明,当初始光脉冲的中心波长在光纤的反常色散区时,产生的超连续谱宽要远宽于正常色散区,但是光谱的平坦性较差;当光脉冲中心波长在靠近零色散波长的反常色散区且其他脉冲参数不变的情况下,存在一个产生宽且平坦的超连续谱的最佳峰值功率和最佳光纤长度。对于超连续谱系统的优化设计与实际应用具有参考意义。 相似文献
