“瑜伽”融入高职护理专业体育课教学的探究

随着体育新课标的实施,健康的课程教学理念更加趋向完善,课程设置空间也越来越广.高校相继开设大量促进学生健康发展的体育课程,其中,瑜伽作为一种都市女性竞相推崇和追逐的健身方式,已经被高校体育课程所接受.该文通过阐述瑜伽运动的利弊,探讨了将瑜伽融入高职护理专业体育课的教学思路.     

浅析舞韵瑜伽课程在高校的开展

舞韵瑜伽是将瑜伽体位法与舞蹈动作相结合的一种健身形式,该课程以其高度的艺术性和练习的趣味性受到了越来越多人的喜爱。舞韵瑜伽在高校的开展还属于起步阶段,该文针对高校舞韵瑜伽课程的设计和开展进行研究,旨在通过该研究让更多的人了解舞韵瑜伽,并促进该课程在高校的逐步开展,丰富高校体育健身课程资源,促进体育艺术类课程在高校的进一步发。     

北京市高等院校开展健身瑜伽课程的现状调研

本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法对北京市15所高等院校开展健身瑜伽课程的现状进行调查和研究。结果表明:健身瑜伽受到了越来越多女大学生的青睐,健身瑜伽作为一项新兴的运动项目进入到当前的高校体育课堂已成为一种必然,借鉴已开设健身瑜伽课程的实践经验,为健身瑜伽课程在普通高等院校的开展提供参考。     

制约高职院校体育课程建设的瓶颈与对策研究

为深化教学改革,顺应时代发展,推进高职院校体育课程建设,分析影响课程建设的症结所在,研究高职院校体育课程建设的价值导向与主要对策,从而促进学生身心和谐全面发展。     

娄底市健身俱乐部瑜伽课程的构成分析

健身俱乐部作为一种新型的体育组织形式,以优质、独特的健身服务得到人们的认可。瑜伽运动具有平衡身心和塑造形体的作用,深受学员的喜爱,成为了健身俱乐部一道亮丽的风景线。为了加快娄底市健身俱乐部的建设,推进瑜伽运动在中小城市的发展。运用文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法,对娄底市健身俱乐部瑜伽课程的构成进行研究。结果表明:经营管理者学历和专业水平层次不高,商业化动机太强;仍有30%教练员没有持证上岗,教龄较短,经验不足;瑜伽学员以16～35岁的女性群体为主体;绝大部分的瑜伽教学场地集中在人口的密集区和住宅小区附近。     

高职院校健身专业瑜伽课程设置研究

为培养高职院校健身专业合格人才、促进瑜伽课程的建设与发展,阐述了该课程设置的原则和目标,从理论、实践、教学三个方面简述了瑜伽课程教学内容的设置,并提出了该课程的评价标准,以期为同行提供借鉴.     

基于MOOC的高校瑜伽翻转课堂的实验研究

通过应用新教法提高大学体育健身瑜伽选项课教学质量。在大学体育健身瑜伽选项课中实行了MOOC翻转课堂教学改革实验,与实施传统教学模式的基础班进行比较。运用MOOC翻转课堂的班级在对学习兴趣,评教分数和教学模式方面学生的评分显著较高,学生的瑜伽理论以及瑜伽体位技能测试成绩也显著高于传统教学模式班级。MOOC翻转课堂教学模式适用于高校的瑜伽选项课教学,有利于提高学生的学习主动性,提高学生的理论和技术水平,促进学生终身体育发展。     

高校开设瑜伽选修课的可行性分析

现在高校的体育教学,越来越注重培养学生的终身体育意识和能力,更多地侧重适应新兴项目的引入和发展。瑜伽作为一项古老的运动项目以其独特的魅力在众多的体育项目中脱颖而出,受到越来越多的人的喜爱。本文通过问卷调查从健身、健心等方面来探讨高校开设瑜伽选修课的可行性,为推进高校瑜伽课的开展、改进高校体育教育改革提供参考。     

高职健美操课程内容选择与优化的研究

健美操作为高职院校体育教学的主要课程之一,是集健身、娱乐为一体的运动项目,能够满足学生的兴趣与爱好,深受广大学生的喜爱。健美操课程的开展,不仅可以强身健体,而且也可以培养学生的内在气质。该文通过研究、调查高职院校健美操课程的教学,分析了高职院校健美操课程在教学内容、教学手段、教学场地及器材、考核标准等方面存在的问题,针对问题提出了相应的解决策略,以丰富体育课堂,促进学生的全面发展。     

行动导向教学法在高校瑜伽课程中运用研究

本研究运用"行动导向教学法",结合高校体育课瑜伽项目特点和职业工种所需特殊身体素质的切入点,划分体育教学模块,设计课程教学方案,尝试将职教新模式有机的融入瑜伽实践教学中。通过从教学法的角度调查、比较和分析两种教学法在学生的学习兴趣、效果和职业能力提高方面存在的差异,得出新教学法在瑜伽实践教学中具有可行性和先进性,为高校类院校推动职业化教学改革,体育课程教学突出以职业能力为导向的教学新模式提供实践参考。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
