本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法对北京市15所高等院校开展健身瑜伽课程的现状进行调查和研究。结果表明:健身瑜伽受到了越来越多女大学生的青睐,健身瑜伽作为一项新兴的运动项目进入到当前的高校体育课堂已成为一种必然,借鉴已开设健身瑜伽课程的实践经验,为健身瑜伽课程在普通高等院校的开展提供参考。  相似文献

健身俱乐部作为一种新型的体育组织形式,以优质、独特的健身服务得到人们的认可。瑜伽运动具有平衡身心和塑造形体的作用,深受学员的喜爱,成为了健身俱乐部一道亮丽的风景线。为了加快娄底市健身俱乐部的建设,推进瑜伽运动在中小城市的发展。运用文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法,对娄底市健身俱乐部瑜伽课程的构成进行研究。结果表明:经营管理者学历和专业水平层次不高,商业化动机太强;仍有30%教练员没有持证上岗,教龄较短,经验不足;瑜伽学员以16~35岁的女性群体为主体;绝大部分的瑜伽教学场地集中在人口的密集区和住宅小区附近。  相似文献

通过应用新教法提高大学体育健身瑜伽选项课教学质量。在大学体育健身瑜伽选项课中实行了MOOC翻转课堂教学改革实验,与实施传统教学模式的基础班进行比较。运用MOOC翻转课堂的班级在对学习兴趣,评教分数和教学模式方面学生的评分显著较高,学生的瑜伽理论以及瑜伽体位技能测试成绩也显著高于传统教学模式班级。MOOC翻转课堂教学模式适用于高校的瑜伽选项课教学,有利于提高学生的学习主动性,提高学生的理论和技术水平,促进学生终身体育发展。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
