盐胁迫下番茄幼苗对赤霉素处理的响应   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了研究盐胁迫下番茄幼苗对赤霉素处理的响应,本试验对不同盐胁迫浓度(0 mmol/L,50 mmol/L,160 mmol/L)条件下长至两叶一心的番茄幼苗叶片进行不同浓度的赤霉素(0 mg/L,20 mg/L,80 mg/L,150 mg/L)喷施处理,对其叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素含量以及干物重进行测定并进行分析。结果表明,番茄中可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量随着盐胁迫浓度的增加而增加,施加赤霉素后,可溶性糖含量的上升的幅度明显变大;盐胁迫条件下,番茄叶片干物重下降,且盐浓度越高干物质下降幅度越大,施加赤霉素后,干物重下降幅度减缓;随着盐胁迫浓度增加,番茄叶片的叶绿素含量降低,且浓度越高叶绿素含量下降趋势越明显,赤霉素的施加同样使叶绿素含量降低。以上结果为研究盐胁迫下番茄幼苗对赤霉素处理的响应提供了实验依据。  相似文献

甘氨酸和谷氨酸与钼配施对生菜品质的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以美国大速不结球生菜为材料,采用水培法研究了单一甘氨酸和谷氨酸分别替代营养液中20%硝态氮处理以及配合施加钼(0.002 mmol·L-1)处理对植株叶片鲜重和营养品质的影响.结果显示:(1)单一甘氨酸、谷氨酸替代处理培养12~16d,均可显著提高生菜叶片的鲜重和品质,其中甘氨酸对降低叶片硝酸盐含量、提高游离氨基酸和维生素C含量的效果好于谷氨酸,而谷氨酸促进生长和提高可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和叶绿素含量的效果好于甘氨酸.(2)甘氨酸与钼配合施用培养8~16 d的叶片鲜重显著高于单独甘氨酸替代处理,而谷氨酸与钼配合施用处理叶片鲜重与单独谷氨酸替代处理无显著差异;钼的配合施用进一步提高了甘氨酸、谷氨酸改善品质的作用效果,其叶片游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质、维生素C、可溶性糖和叶绿素含量显著提高,而硝酸盐含量显著降低,但甘氨酸与钼配合施用效果较好.研究表明,甘氨酸、谷氨酸均可作为生菜生长的氮源,并与钼配合施用对提高生菜产量和品质具有协同配合效应,且以甘氨酸与钼配施12 d效果较好.  相似文献

研究了三唑酮浸种对黄瓜幼苗抗热性的影响。结果表明,高温胁迫下黄瓜幼苗子叶叶绿素a、b及可溶性蛋白质含量下降,Chla/b比值、游离脯氩酸和可溶性糖含量增加。20mg/L三唑酮浸种抑制了黄瓜幼苗子叶的叶绿素a、b和可溶性蛋白质含量的下降及可溶性糖含量的增加,但脯氨酸含量降低,Chla/b比值上升。恢复温度后子叶的叶绿素a、b及可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量与胁迫后相比均有不同程度的下降,但三唑酮处理下降的幅度低于对照。综上结果,三唑酮增强了黄瓜幼苗的耐热性。  相似文献

采用土壤盆栽试验和化学分析方法,研究缺锌土壤上增施锌肥对两种茄子(黑紫茄和竹丝茄)产量和品质的影响及品种间差异,为优质蔬菜生产中合理施用微量元素锌提供科学依据。结果表明:在缺锌土壤上种植茄子,施锌量在10-40mg/kg条件下对两个品种茄子均有显著增产效果,以锌肥用量为20mg/kg时增产效果最好,其中黑紫茄增产37.7%,竹丝茄增产82.5%;锌肥用量能够明显影响茄子品质,适当增加锌肥用量,果实中游离氨基酸、硝酸盐含量下降,而可溶性糖、维生素C、黄酮和芦丁及矿质元素锌、铁、钙含量升高。茄子果实中大部分品质成分的平均含量在施锌量为20 mg/kg达到最高,其次为40mg/kg和10 mg/kg。低锌土壤上增施适量锌肥(Zn 20mg/kg土壤)使两种茄子的品质明显改善,施锌过量(>40 mg/kg)茄果品质下降。  相似文献

维生素C和酸应激对中华鳖幼鳖血清补体C3和C4含量的影响   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
为研究维生素C对中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)血清补体C3和C4的影响及其在酸应激条件下的变化,我们设置了6个实验组,饵料中维生素C的添加量依次为0、250、500、2500、5000和10000mg/kg,喂食4周后取其血清,用透射比浊法测定酸应激前后中华鳖血清补体C3和C4的含量。结果表明,维生素C添加量为250mg/kg时,血清补体C3的含量与对照组间没有明显不同;维生素C添加量为500、2500、5000和10000mg/kg的4组,血清补体C3的含量明显高于对照组和维生素C添加量为250mg/kg组;维生素C添加量为500mg/kg的一组,血清补体CA含量明显高于其它5组;维生素C添加量为250mg/kg组明显高于10000mg/kg组。酸应激后,补体C3的含量没有明显下降,将维生素C添加量为0、250和500mg/kg的三组并为一组处理,则应激后有明显下降。维生素C添加量为0、250和500mg/kg的3组,血清补体CA的含量在酸应激后明显下降,而维生素C添加量为2500、5000和10000mg/kg的3组,应激后血清补体C4没有明显变化。维生素C和酸应激对中华鳖血清补体C3和CA含量的影响没有交互作用。这说明,维生素C在一定剂量范围内,能提高中华鳖血清补体C3和CA的水平,酸应激能导致其含量降低,而高剂量的维生素C对其下降有颉颃作用[动物学报49(6):769~774,2003]。  相似文献

以多花黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum Lam.)为材料,采用盆栽实验法,对其进行不同浓度铝(Al)的胁迫处理(0、100、200、300、400、500 mg/kg),并测定植株胁迫后的各项生长和生理指标。结果显示,Al胁迫会抑制多花黑麦草的生长和生物量的积累,Al~(3+)含量越高,其抑制作用越强。其中,土壤Al~(3+)含量为500 mg/kg时对植物株高和地上部的干重产生显著抑制作用;而当Al~(3+)含量为100 mg/kg时对植物根长和根干重产生显著抑制作用。叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总量均随Al~(3+)含量的升高而降低,其中Al~(3+)含量为500 mg/kg时,叶绿素a、叶绿素b分别比对照下降了56.81%和46.57%。地上部和根系中的可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、MDA含量和SOD活性均随Al~(3+)含量的升高而升高,且上述地上部4个指标均高于根系。  相似文献

0.4~0.6mg·g~(-1)(种子)和20~40μg·mL~(-1)浓度范围内壳聚糖拌种及喷叶处理都能提高不结球白菜叶片中可溶性蛋白、总氨基酸、可溶性总糖、维生素C以及总叶绿素含量,降低粗纤维含量,从而改善不结球白菜的营养品质,同时不结球白菜的单株总鲜重、株高、最大叶面积、根鲜重以及根长也有增加。  相似文献

为探讨低温条件下外源植物激素和盐度变化对浒苔光合生理的影响,本文选取浒苔为供试材料,研究24-表油菜素内酯和盐度对其生长、光合色素、叶绿素荧光参数、抗氧化活性和可溶性蛋白含量的影响.结果表明: 与正常盐度(近岸海水盐度为25)相比,浒苔的生长在盐度10处理下显著增加,增幅为45.9%,但在盐度5处理下显著降低.盐度5处理的浒苔比其他盐度处理具有较高的Chl a和可溶性蛋白.24-表油菜素内酯(0.2 mg·L-1)的加入显著抑制了浒苔的生长,尤其在盐度25处理下,浒苔呈现负增长的趋势,并大量释放孢子(配子),有效光化学效率、超氧化物歧化酶酶活性和可溶性糖含量明显降低,但可溶性蛋白含量显著增加.即在温度15 ℃条件下,可通过适当降低盐度促进浒苔的生长;在盐度25条件下,可通过添加24-表油菜素内酯促进孢子(配子)释放,为浒苔的大规模养殖提供原材料.  相似文献

以盐生杜氏藻为实验材料,采用f/2培养基,设置了8个盐度(15、20、25、30、50、70、90、110)处理,分盐度改变前(A)和盐度改变后(B)两个实验阶段,研究了盐生杜氏藻在不同盐度处理下的生长情况,测定了藻液的OD值、叶绿素a、β-胡萝卜素、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量等指标。结果表明,A阶段,几个较低盐度(15、20、25和30)处理生长状况较好,其中又以盐度20的处理最好;余下的处理,盐度越高,其生长所受的影响越大。B阶段,盐生杜氏藻的生长进入平台期后,50、70、90、110几个盐度较高处理的细胞密度、叶绿素a、β-胡萝卜素含量均显著超过了作为对照的盐度20的处理。且B阶段末期,先前盐度15的处理蛋白质、糖的积累量,与A阶段末期相比都有了不同程度的增加,而其余盐度处理组的蛋白质、糖含量则分别产生了不同程度的下降。  相似文献

研究了γ-聚谷氨酸(γ-PGA)肥料增效剂对盆栽小青菜产量和品质的影响.结果表明:正常施肥条件下,施用50 mg/kg的γ-PGA可以显著提高小青菜叶绿素、地下部鲜质量,使小青菜地上部鲜质量最大增产幅度达8.8%,与对照相比差异显著;同时还可以明显提高土壤铵态氮的含量,氮肥利用率增加10.6%.施用100 mg/kg的γ-PGA与对照相比,可降低小青菜中的硝酸盐含量44.8%,维生素C(Vc)含量提高18.1%,小青菜品质达到最好;当减施15%质量的氮肥时,20 mg/kg的γ-PGA可提高氮肥利用率10.2%~11.6%,说明在肥料缺乏时γ-PGA对小青菜产量、品质的改善效果显著.  相似文献

在盆栽土培条件下,研究了5种浓度(0、10、20、40、80 mg/kg土)的1,2,4-三氯苯(TCB)对两种基因型水稻品种宁粳1号(敏感基因型)和扬辐粳8号(耐性基因型)产量及灌浆期生理特性的影响。结果表明:TCB对两种基因型水稻产量和灌浆期生理特性的影响具有显著差异,随着TCB浓度的增加,宁粳1号的产量呈现递减趋势,而扬辐粳8号呈低浓度下产量增加高浓度下产量显著降低的趋势,在中高浓度TCB(40、80 mg/kg)处理时,宁粳1号每盆穗数,每穗粒数,结实率显著降低且降幅显著大于扬辐粳8号,两个基因型品种千粒重变化都不明显。宁粳1号株高、干物重受TCB抑制程度较明显,降幅显著大于扬辐粳8号。在低浓度TCB(20 mg/kg)处理时,宁粳1号根系活力、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量显著降低,而扬辐粳8号有所提高。随着TCB浓度的增加,两个基因型品种叶片抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT活性均呈先升后降趋势,且在低浓度TCB(10 mg/kg、20mg/kg)处理时,扬辐粳8号抗氧化酶活性极显著高于宁粳1号,在高浓度TCB(80 mg/kg)TCB浓度胁迫下,宁粳1号抗氧化酶活性极显著低于对照,且降幅极显著大于扬辐粳8号,且MDA含量增幅较大,膜质过氧化程度高。总体而言,低浓度TCB对扬辐粳8号的产量和灌浆期株高、干物重、叶绿素含量、叶片蛋白质含量和抗氧化酶活性具有一定的促进作用,中高浓度TCB对宁粳1号的抑制作用显著大于扬辐粳8号,扬辐粳8号在不同浓度的TCB处理下较宁粳1号表现出较强的耐迫性和适应性。  相似文献

The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of acetaminophen (APAP) and/or trichloroethylene (TRI) on the liver cytochrome P450-dependent monooxygenase system, CYP2E1 and CYP1A2 (two important P450 isoforms), and liver glutathione (GSH) content in rats. Rats were given three different doses of APAP (250, 500 and 1000 mg/kg b...) and then the above-mentioned parameters were measured for 48 h. The lowest APAP dose produced small changes in the cytochrome P450 content of liver. At 500 mg/kg APAP increased the cytochrome P450 content to 230% of the control. The inductive effect was seen at 1000 mg/kg dose but at 24 h and later. NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase activity was the highest after the lowest dose of APAP, while after the highest dose it was equal to the control value. TRI increased both the cytochrome P450 content and the NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase activity. When TRI was combined with APAP, both these parameters increased in the first hours of observation, but they returned to the control values at 24 h. When APAP was given at 250 mg/kg, GSH levels decreased to 55% of the control at 8 h and returned to the control values at 24 h. The higher doses of APAP decreased GSH levels more than the lowest dose, but after 24 h GSH levels did not differ from those of the control. When TRI was given at 250 mg/kg, the GSH levels decreased to 68% of the control at 2 h and then they increased gradually and tended to exceed the control values at 48 h. The effect of TRI combined with APAP on the level of GSH was virtually the same as that of APAP alone given at 500 mg/kg.  相似文献

During the survey of sewer water/industrial effluent composition, we identified a site at Sonepat that had turned barren due to excessive irrigation with cycle industry effluent. To study the ameliorative effect of farmyard manure, the bulk surface soil sample was brought from the site. Soil was amended with five levels of farmyard manure (0, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0% on a soil weight basis), and carrot, fenugreek, spinach, and wheat crops were grown as test crops in a screen house. The deleterious effect of excessive heavy metals, particularly Ni, on the yield of all the crops was reduced with the application of 2% farmyard manure. The Ni content was highest in carrot, followed by spinach, fenugreek, and wheat. With the application of 2% farmyard manure, Ni content was reduced from 434 to 267 mg/kg in carrot, 167 to 100 mg/kg in fenugreek, 300 to 166 mg/kg in spinach, and 65 to 42 mg/kg in wheat grain.  相似文献

Pregabalin was evaluated for potential developmental toxicity in mice and rabbits. Pregabalin was administered once daily by oral gavage to female albino mice (500, 1250, or 2500 mg/kg) and New Zealand White rabbits (250, 500, or 1250 mg/kg) during organogenesis (gestation day 6 through 15 [mice] or 6 through 20 [rabbits]). Fetuses were evaluated for viability, growth, and morphological development. Pregabalin administration to mice did not induce maternal or developmental toxicity at doses up to 2500 mg/kg, which was associated with a maternal plasma exposure (AUC0–24) of 3790 μg?hr/ml, ≥30 times the expected human exposure at the maximum recommended daily dose (MRD; 600 mg/day). In rabbits, treatment‐related clinical signs occurred at all doses (AUC0–24 of 1397, 2023, and 4803 μg?hr/ml at 250, 500, and 1250 mg/kg, respectively). Maternal toxicity was evident at all doses and included ataxia, hypoactivity, and cool to touch. In addition, abortion and females euthanized moribund with total resorption occurred at 1250 mg/kg. There were no treatment‐related malformations at any dose. At 1250 mg/kg, compared with study and historical controls, the percentage of fetuses with retarded ossification was significantly increased and the mean number of ossification sites was decreased, which correlated with decreased fetal and placental weights, consistent with in utero growth retardation. Therefore, the no‐effect dose for developmental toxicity in rabbits was 500 mg/kg, which produced systemic exposure approximately 16‐times human exposure at the MRD. In this study, we explored the effect of salinity on cadmium (Cd) tolerance and phytoremediation potential of Acacia nilotica. Two-month-old uniform plants of A. nilotica were grown in pots contaminated with various levels of Cd (0, 5, 10, and 15 mg kg?1), NaCl (0%, 0.5%, 1.0% (hereafter referred as salinity), and all possible combinations of Cd + salinity for a period of six months. Results showed that shoot and root growth, biomass, tissue water content and chlorophyll (chl a, chl b, and total chl a+b) contents decreased more in response to salinity and combination of Cd + salinity compared to Cd alone. Shoot and root K concentrations significantly decreased with increasing soil Cd levels, whereas Na and Cl concentrations were not affected significantly. Shoot and root Cd concentrations, bioconcentration factor (BCF) and translocation factor (TF) increased with increasing soil Cd and Cd + salinity levels. At low level of salinity (0.5%), shoot and root Cd uptake enhanced, while it decreased at high level of salinity (1.0%). Due to Cd tolerance, high shoot biomass and shoot Cd uptake, this tree species has some potential for phytoremediation of Cd from the metal contaminated saline and nonsaline soils.  相似文献

The study was conducted to determine the effect of supplementation vitamin C in dietary non-specific immunity in juvenile soft-shelled turtles. The soft-shelled turtles were fed with vitamin C supplementation at dosages of 0, 250, 500, 2500, 5000 and 10000 mg/kg diets, respectively, for 4 weeks. The results showed that there were no differences in the phagocytosis of blood cells, serum bacteriolytic activity and bactericidal activity among soft-shelled turtles fed with vitamin C supplementation in 0-500 mg/kg diets. However, firm indicators were significantly enhanced in soft-shelled turtles fed with vitamin C supplementation at 2500 mg/kg diets compared with those fed at 0 and 250 mg/kg diets. The soft-shelled turtles fed with 5000 mg/kg diets had only significantly higher bactericidal activity than those fed vitamin C-deficient diets. The vitamin C supplementation in 10000 mg/kg diets had no notable effects on the phagocytosis, bacteriolytic activity and bactericidal activity. These results suggest that vitamin C seems have an upper and lower threshold for improving non-specific immune function, and the optimum dose was 2500 mg/kg.  相似文献

We studied the effect of dietary vitamin C on growth, liver vitamin C and serum cortisol levels in stressed and unstressed juvenile soft-shelled turtles. Turtles were fed with vitamin C supplementation at dosages of 0, 250, 500, 2500, 5,000 or 10,000 mg/kg diet for 4 weeks. Vitamin C supplementation exerted significant effects on specific growth rate and liver vitamin C concentrations. The specific growth rate peaked in the group fed at 500 mg/kg diet, while liver vitamin C levels increased with increasing dietary vitamin C levels. Serum cortisol concentrations did not differ between groups of turtles fed diets supplemented with vitamin C in the range of 0-10,000 mg/kg. After acid stress, hepatic vitamin C levels were unaffected, while serum cortisol in the control group was significantly elevated (P<0.01). The other five groups of turtles did not show significant changes in serum cortisol compared with pre-stress levels.  相似文献

Antioxidants have possible therapeutic value in neurodegenerative disorders, although they may have pro-oxidant effects under certain conditions. Glutathione (GSH) is a key free radical scavenger. N-acetylcysteine (NAC) bolsters GSH and intracellular cysteine and also has effective free radical scavenger properties. The effects of chronic NAC administration (50 mg/kg/day, 500 mg/kg/day, 1500 mg/kg/day × 21 days) on cellular markers of oxidative status was studied in striatum of healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats as well as in animals with apparent striatal oxidative stress following chronic haloperidol treatment (1.5 mg/kg/day × 3 weeks). In non-haloperidol treated animals, NAC 50 and 500 mg/kg did not affect oxidative status, although NAC 1,500 mg/kg significantly increased striatal superoxide levels, decreased lipid peroxidation and increased consumption of reduced glutathione (GSH). Haloperidol alone evoked a significant increase in superoxide and lipid peroxidation. All NAC doses blocked haloperidol induced increases in superoxide levels, while NAC 500 mg/kg and 1,500 mg/kg prevented haloperidol-associated lipid peroxidation levels and also increased the GSSG/GSH ratio. NAC may protect against conditions of striatal oxidative stress, although possible pro-oxidative actions at high doses in otherwise healthy individuals, e.g. to offset worsening of neurodegenerative illness, should be viewed with caution.  相似文献
