采用编码技术进行红外线遥控开关控制,只能用于一般环境。在强干扰环境中发射的信号经过干扰后,接收电路难以准确辨认。采用红外光所载频率为38kHz的信号作为载波信号,890Hz左右的方波作为调制信号,经调制后作为发射信号。由接收头NJL61H380A对经过强干扰的38kHz的已调波进行接收和解调。其输出经低通滤波器滤波后,由模糊识别电路对其模糊识别,  相似文献

介绍了循环平稳信号的二阶循环矩分析和处理方法、循环矩分析的抑噪特性。在给定齿轮裂纹调频信号数学模型的基础上,证明了其二阶循环平稳性。利用二阶循环矩一滞后平面图,分析了裂纹故障信号特征的循环矩提取方法,进行了仿真实验。针对齿轮裂纹故障实例,说明其对故障信号解调的有效性。  相似文献

通过加速度传感器采集到的信号因外界干扰常常会偏离其真实值,甚至出现严重的失真,给后续分析带来了误差甚至错误,因此振动信号的预处理在信号分析中非常重要。信号预处理是对采样信号提取特征量的首要步骤,它直接决定着后续诊断技术的使用效果及精度。对比了传统信号预处理方法和EM D去除冲击振动信号失真的有效性。结果表明,经过EM D处理后的信号质量有明显的改善,为后续的信号分析工作奠定基础。  相似文献

水射流空化是一项很有潜力的高效节能的水处理技术,其关键技术在于空化喷嘴。通过水听器采集3种不同结构的喷嘴产生的空化噪声信号,以Takens定理为基础进行相空间重构并分别计算其最大Lyapunov指数,该方法为空化喷嘴的设计和检测提供了一种新的途径。试验发现这3组空化噪声信号的最大Lyapunov指数均大于零,即这3组信号都是混沌信号。喷嘴I(具有自激振荡腔结构)的最大Lyapunov指数值最大,说明其空化噪声信号相空间中的混沌运动最剧烈,同时该结构的喷嘴对初始条件的依赖性也最大。  相似文献

利用电容既能线性跟随单踪信号,又能抑制周期性混叠信号的双重能力,本文提出了分时传递信号的带通滤波原理及与原理相关的带通滤波器。调控电路分时传递的切换频率,将主频信号在一周期内由n条支路在其固定的1/n时段分时有效地传递,其合成即为滤波器传递的主频信号。对于其他频率成份的谐波信号,电路合成的传递函数趋于零,带通幅频曲线近于理想的窄方波,文中主要研究了n=4的滤波情形。本文为模拟信号的滤波提供了一种新的数字式处理方法与理论。  相似文献

Since the popularity of digital particle image velocimetry technique (DPIV), many PIV image processing algorithms have been proposed. Amongst them, fast Fourier transform (FFT) Cross Correlation, Discrete Window Offset Cross Correlation, Iterative Multigrid Cross Correlation, Iterative Image Deformation Cross Correlation and cross correlation based particle tracking methods are widely used algorithms and have been extensively studied by researchers. All of these algorithms have their advantages and disadvantages in terms of computational load and measurement accuracy. To choose a suitable algorithm, researchers not only need to understand the complex principles of these algorithms, but also need to find out their applicable flow conditions. This could greatly increase work load for PIV users who focus more on flow structure itself instead of PIV algorithms. It is therefore necessary to develop a method which can choose PIV algorithms wisely according to the input PIV images. This paper firstly reviews the development of PIV algorithm with mainly focus on analysing advantages and disadvantages of six widely used algorithms. By using both synthetic and real PIV images, comparative studies are then carried out among these algorithms. The tests give a rate for the performance of the algorithms and provide a parameter to automatically separate pattern match and particle tracking algorithms. Based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, an automated PIV image processing method—SmartPIV is proposed and tested by both synthetic and real PIV images. For all the three test cases, the SmartPIV successfully picks the most suitable algorithm and gives very promising results.  相似文献

This research develops dispatching algorithms for a fab with machine-dedication characteristics. Machine-dedication, a new feature in a modern fab, has not been addressed in previous studies of dispatching. Three performance indices, including hit rate, mean cycle time, and throughput are of concern in dispatching. This research develops an algorithm, called LB-SA, based on a proposed simplification model of the process route. The line balance (LB) component aims to smooth the flow rate of the process route; and the starvation avoidance (SA) component aims to ensure that the bottleneck machine is not “starving” and has enough work-in-progress (WIP) to process all the time. Thirty dispatching algorithms, including the LB-SA algorithm, are compared by simulation. The LB-SA algorithm outperforms the other 29 algorithms both in terms of hit rate and mean cycle time, and is only slightly less than the best benchmark in throughput. Of the 29 other algorithms, one algorithm, called CR-SA, also performs very well. These two algorithms are both recommended for fabs with machine-dedication feature.  相似文献

This research develops dispatching algorithms for a fab with machine-dedication characteristics. Machine-dedication, a new feature in a modern fab, has not been addressed in previous studies of dispatching.
