通过试验分析了磨削过程中砂带速度、砂带目数以及木材纹理方向对于磨削力、法向力和磨削过程中功率损耗的影响,研究表明:磨削力均值和砂带速度呈降幂变化规律,法向力均值和砂带速度呈二次幂变化规律,磨削力均值与砂带目数呈线性增加趋势,法向力均值和砂带目数呈二次幂变化规律。功率损耗和砂带速度呈二次幂变化规律,和砂带目数呈线性变化规律。其中顺纹理磨削过程中磨削力、法向力及功率最大,横纹理最小。  相似文献

Drying characteristics for 43 Mexican tropical hardwoods were developed based on new experimental test results and complemented with known data on density, shrinkage, dimensional stability as well as by botanical and anatomical features. Drying schedules were successfully verified in practical test using semiautomatized kilns.

Zusammenfassung Anhand (a) der Trocknungszeit, Ri?bildung und Verwerfungen bei der natürlichen Freilufttrocknung, (b) der Ri?bildung, Kollaps und Verschalung beim scharfen Trocknen im Labortrockner bei 103 °C, (c) des stufenweisen Schwindens, (d) des Stehverm?gens und (e) des Vergleichs der Trocknungseigenschaften von bekannten, botanisch und strukturell verwandten Holzarten wurde das Trocknungsgef?lle unter dem Fasers?ttigungspunkt (FSP) und die h?chste zul?ssige Temperatur unterhalb und oberhalb des FSP bestimmt. Diese Daten wurden in praktischen Versuchen verifiziert.

Discolouration progressing from the end surfaces is a wood quality problem that arises when storing hardwood logs during summer. Wet storage (water sprinkling) is used for protecting stored softwood logs, but experience of wet storing hardwoods is limited. To test the benefit of wet storing hardwoods, logs of Betula pendula/pubescens, Alnus incana/glutinosa, and Populus tremula were wet and dry-stored during 12 summer weeks in southern Sweden to compare the development of discolouration. The discolouration was measured visually during storage in split logs. Wet storage was found to significantly reduce discolouration in the stored logs of all species, with the reduction being most pronounced for birch.  相似文献

Besides organic pollutants, coke production generates emissions of toxic heavy metals. However, intensive studies on heavy metal emissions from the coking industry are still very scarce. The current work focuses on assessing the emission characteristics of heavy metals and their behavior during coking. Simultaneous sampling of coal, coke, residues from air pollution control devices (APCD), effluent from coke quenching, and fly ash from different processes before and after APCD has been performed. The total heavy metal concentration in the flue gas from coke pushing (CP) was significantly higher than that from coal charging (CC) and combustion of coke oven gases (CG). Emission factors of heavy metals for CP and CC were 378.692 and 42.783 μg/kg, respectively. During coking, the heavy metals that were contained in the feedstock coal showed different partitioning patterns. For example, Cu, Zn, As, Pb, and Cr were obviously concentrated in the inlet fly ash compared to the coke; among these metals Cu, As, and Cr were concentrated in the outlet fly ash, whereas Zn and Pb were distributed equally between the outlet fly ash and APCD residue. Ni, Co, Cd, Fe, and V were partitioned equally between the inlet fly ash and the coke. Understanding the behavior of heavy metals during coking processes is helpful for the effective control of these heavy metals and the assessment of the potential impact of their emissions on the environment.  相似文献
