随着计算机技术的快速发展和不断进步,在竞争激烈的经济背景下,越来越多的企业开始注重企业的业务流程管理(Business Process Management,BPM)。在企业趋向集团化的大环境下,公司集团及其子公司的组织结构复杂,传统的业务流程模式显得繁琐,效率很低。基于B/S模式的企业业务流程管理的成功案例以及其低成本、高效性的特性使企业进行BPM投资更有必要,本文从企业业务流程角度,介绍基于FileNet的通用流程模块的设计与实现,实现企业内部编、校、审、批流程的自动化过程。应用Lotus Forms组件设计流程表单,支持信息文档存档,并由文档发起流程。     

一种基于MongoDB的企业内容管理系统实现

Managing distributed business processes in the virtual enterprise

In this work the supply–chain coordination in the virtual enterprise environment is subject of analysis. The system developed by UFSC-DBPMS—for the management of distributed business process is presented and some basic concepts for its definition and development are detailed. The DBPMS provides means for getting, analyzing, making available and managing the information from and about a virtual enterprise, enabling the enterprises to make their logistics more efficiently by means of an integrated information-based supply-chain management. All the work presented in this paper was developed within the scope of the ESPRIT project PRODNET-II (production planning and management in an extended enterprise).     

A semantic approach to a framework for business domain software systems

In enterprise firms, enormous amounts of electronic documents are generated by business analysts and other business domain application users. Applications that use these documents are often driven by business logic that is hard-coded together with application logic. One approach to the separation of business logic from applications is to create and maintain business and information extraction rules in an external, user-friendly format. The drawback of such an externalization is that the business rules, usually, do not have machine interpretable semantics. This situation often leads to misinterpretation of domain analysis documents, which can inhibit the productivity of computer-assisted analytical work and the effectiveness of business solutions. This paper proposes an ontology and rule-based framework for the development of business domain applications, which includes semantic processing of externalized business rules and to some extent externalization of application logic. The creation of external information extraction rules by the business analyst is a cumbersome and time consuming task. In order to overcome this problem, the framework also includes a rule learning system to semi-automate the generation of information extraction rules from source documents with the help of manual annotations. The main idea behind the work presented in this paper is to re-engineer very large enterprise information systems to adapt to Semantic Web computing techniques. The work presented in this paper is inspired by an industrial project.     

Querying business process model repositories

Business process management technology is becoming increasingly popular, resulting in more and more business process models being created. Hence, there is a need for these business process models to be managed effectively. For effective business process model management, being able to efficiently query large amount of business process models is essential. For example, it is preferable to find a similar or related model to customize, rather than building a new one from scratch. This would not only save time, but would also be less error-prone and more coherent with the existing models of the enterprise. Querying large amounts of business process models efficiently is also vital during company amalgamation, in which business process models from multiple companies need to be examined and integrated. This paper provides: an overview of the field of querying business process models; a summary of its literature; and a list of challenges (and some potential solutions) that have yet to be addressed. In particular, we aim to compare the differences between querying business process models and general graph querying. We also discuss literature work from graph querying research that can be used when querying business process models.

党的十八大报告将“全面推进依法治国”确立为推进政治建设和政治体制改革的重要任务,而立法工作是其中最重要的基础工作.立法工作相关信息化系统的建设为立法工作提供了重要技术支撑,而随着立法工作中各项业务系统的联系性需要更加紧密,集成度要求越来越高,信息资源的共享范围需要越来越广,使得各业务系统的互联互通和流程规范化等问题成为了立法工作信息化建设必须要面对的一个关键问题.单个的业务系统拓展、功能强化、硬件升级已经不能满足要求,而基于ESB（企业服务总线enterprise service bus）的架构平台,以服务作为基本管理单元提供了很好的解决方案,它可以消除不同业务系统之间的技术差异,让不同业务系统协调运作,从而实现不同业务之间的通信与资源整合.

建立了面向煤矿安全生产管理的企业架构,给出了包含业务主线、业务构件、标准业务流程和组织架构的业务架构框架;介绍了以业务流程为源头的数据架构建立步骤、数据驱动的应用架构定义模式和反映煤矿信息化特点的技术架构;最后简要介绍了应用集成化企业建模软件建立煤矿安全生产管理企业架构的方法。     

A visual language and environment for enterprise system modelling and automation

ObjectiveWe want to support enterprise service modelling and generation using a more end user-friendly metaphor than current approaches, which fail to scale to large organisations with key issues of “cobweb” and “labyrinth” problems and large numbers of hidden dependencies.MethodWe present and evaluate an integrated visual approach for business process modelling using a novel tree-based overlay structure that effectively mitigate complexity problems. A tree-overlay based visual notation (EML) and its integrated support environment (MaramaEML) supplement and integrate with existing solutions. Complex business architectures are represented as service trees and business processes are modelled as process overlay sequences on the service trees.ResultsMaramaEML integrates EML and BPMN to provide complementary, high-level business service modelling and supports automatic BPEL code generation from the graphical representations to realise web services implementing the specified processes. It facilitates generated service validation using an integrated LTSA checker and provides a distortion-based fisheye and zooming function to enhance complex diagram navigation. Evaluations of EML show its effectiveness.ConclusionsWe have successfully developed and evaluated a novel tree-based metaphor for business process modelling and enterprise service generation. Practice implications: a more user-friendly modelling approach and support tool for business end users.
