高频信号注入法估计永磁同步电机转子位置的精度,依赖于高频电流信号的提取.卡尔曼滤波器是对付白噪声的有力工具,本文针对高频注入信号的特点,设计了卡尔曼滤波器,并进行了仿真和实验研究.结果表明,经过卡尔曼滤波器的处理,电流信号信噪比大大提高.  相似文献

基于FIR优化滤波的旋转高频信号注入法及其应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对传统旋转高频信号注入法中信号处理精度低、延时时间长及过程复杂等缺陷,提出一种基于有限冲激响应(finite impulse response,FIR)优化滤波的改进旋转高频信号注入法.该方法采用等纹波最佳逼近FIR滤波器提取高频电流信号,实现高频电流信号提取误差最小.通过对高频电流作外差处理,提取转子位置误差信号,省去旋转高频信号注入法中的同步轴系滤波单元,降低系统的复杂性.通过线性相位补偿,实现转子速度与位置估计最小延迟.构建无轴承永磁同步电机无速度传感器矢量控制平台,验证算法的有效性.仿真实验结果表明:通过离线优化设计FIR滤波器及线性相位补偿,该方法在全速范围内能够准确估计转子的位置与速度,与卡尔曼滤波相比,其估计精度更高,鲁棒性更强.  相似文献

以永磁同步电动机(PMSM)为研究对象,基于脉振高频电压信号注入技术和改进卡尔曼滤波技术,本文提出了一种新的PMSM无传感器控制系统。具体方法是,注入将脉振高频电压信号注入同步旋转坐标系的d轴,从高频载波电流中通过空间凸极跟踪技术提取转子位置估计误差信号,转速和位置估计信息通过改进卡尔曼滤波器处理得到。仿真实验结果表明,这种方法可以实现PMSM的调速控制。  相似文献

针对传统容积卡尔曼滤波算法在进行车辆关键状态估计时要求噪声统计特性已知的问题,提出一种噪声自适应容积卡尔曼滤波(Noise adaptive cubature Kalman filter, NACKF)算法来进行车辆关键状态的估计。基于次优无偏极大后验估计器对量测噪声协方差进行实时更新并将其嵌入到标准容积卡尔曼算法中实现自适应容积卡尔曼滤波。针对车辆不同子系统间耦合特性对滤波精度的影响,构建双重自适应容积卡尔曼滤波器分别进行侧向力与质心侧偏角的估计,两者在估计过程中互为输入构成闭环反馈,利用分布式模块化结构弱化系统耦合特性对估计精度的影响,实现轮胎侧向力与质心侧偏角的实时准确估计。利用Simulink-Carsim联合仿真平台进行仿真验证和实车试验验证。结果表明,基于双重自适应容积卡尔曼滤波的估计算法相对标准容积卡尔曼滤波估计精度更高,较好地改善了传统容积卡尔曼滤波器在噪声先验统计特性未知条件下非线性滤波精度下降的问题。  相似文献

介绍了一种具有非线形8自由度轮式机器人的行走路线估计与控制方法。该方法利用扩展卡尔曼滤波器来解决该机器人由于拥有过高移动自由度冗余度而不能从运动学关系层面得到精确位置估计的问题。本文利用MATLAB6.5.1设计了扩展卡尔曼滤波器函数并对该机器人的行走路线进行模拟,从而验证了扩展卡尔曼滤波器在解决这一问题上的可适用性。  相似文献

Unscented卡尔曼滤波器(UKF)在许多非线性估计问题中是一种估计性能优于扩展卡尔曼滤波器(EKF)的非线性滤波方法。然而在永磁直线同步电动机无位置传感器控制中,UKF是否能提高永磁直线电动机位置与速度的估计性能却尚未见研究。针对永磁直线同步电动机进给系统的特点,建立用于位置与速度估计器的永磁直线同步电动机进给系统模型,提出永磁直线同步电动机无位置传感器控制系统。通过仿真和试验对UKF的估计性能进行评估,并与EKF进行了比较。仿真及试验结果表明,UKF在估计性能与EKF相当, 然而UKF的计算量却比EKF大,使得在高速永磁直线同步电动机无位置传感器控制这一特定问题上,EKF比UKF更有效。  相似文献

针对电机伺服控制系统利用编码器角位置信息预测角速率的需求,提出并实现了一种基于平稳卡尔曼滤波的编码器信号处理方法。首先,分析了典型电机系统的结构及测量噪声编码器的组成,在此基础上建立了电机系统和编码器的参数化数学模型,并根据电机系统和编码器模型给出了统一的参数化平稳卡尔曼滤波器设计结果。在Matlab/Simulink环境下完成了电机、编码器和卡尔曼滤波器的仿真模型,并利用不同参数对参数化平稳卡尔曼滤波器的普适性和滤波效果进行了预测。最后,搭建了实验平台,对仿真结论进行验证并对滤波性能进行了实测。仿真和实验结果表明:参数化滤波模型对典型电机系统具有普适性,自适应平稳卡尔曼滤波器可以利用编码器信号实现角速率的最优估计,误差标准差为0.021(°)/s,最大误差可以控制在0.06(°)/s之内,能够满足一般电机伺服系统对角速率精度的要求。  相似文献

卡尔曼滤波器是线性动态系统中应用最广泛的一种状态估计方法。在非线性系统中,扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)和无迹卡尔曼滤波(UKF)被广泛应用,相比扩展卡尔曼滤波器,无迹卡尔曼滤波器准确度更高、更易于实现。在车辆动力学这种强的非线性系统中,无迹卡尔曼滤波器应用广泛。设计了一种基于无迹卡尔曼滤波器的半主动悬架系统状态观测器,讨论了不准确的过程噪声协方差Q和测量噪声协方差R、及测量信号组合的选择和不准确的模型参数对状态观测精度的影响,仿真结果表明不准确的过程噪声和测量噪声协方差、不合适的测量信号选择和模型参数不准确的干扰在不同程度上降低了状态估计精度。  相似文献

针对单一转速估计方法难以实现全速范围内准确估计转子速度的缺陷,提出一种转速估计复合方法,即在零速及低速运行时,采用脉振高频信号注入法。该方法不依赖于电机模型参数而仅依赖于电机本身的凸极特性,可实现零速及低速时转子速度的准确估计;高速运行时,采用带多重次优渐消因子扩展卡尔曼滤波器(SMFEKF)进行转速估计,利用SMFEKF极强的模型失配鲁棒性和独特的强跟踪能力,有效地提高系统在稳态及突变状态下的跟踪性能。通过设计两种方法的“软切换”,实现低速到高速的平滑切换,并将该复合方法在无轴承永磁同步电机无速度传感器矢量控制系统中进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明:该复合方法能在全速范围内实现转子速度与位置的准确估计;在系统状态突变或负载扰动时,误差更小,鲁棒性更强。  相似文献

本文提出了一种通过向定子绕组注入方波信号估算转子位置的控制方式。首先建立低转速高频信号激励下的永磁同步电机的数学模型,通过往d轴方向上注入高频方波电压信号,通过全新的高频信号角度估算器,可以将零速或低速时转子的角度和速度估算出来。实验结果表明,该方法能准确地估计转子位置,实现无传感器永磁同步电机的控制。同时相比于传统的注入高频正弦波的方式,方波信号估算器设计更简单,计算量更少。  相似文献

针对具有进油孔的有限长滑动轴承油膜力求解问题,采用变分原理和分离变量法,求得了有限长滑动轴承油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式。将油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式在油膜存在区域上进行积分,即得到了油膜力。将提出的计算有限长滑动轴承油膜力方法与无限长轴承模型、有限元方法的计算结果进行了比较,发现了提出的方法与有限元方法的计算结果很接近。最后,研究了进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域、油膜力等的影响,研究结果表明进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域和油膜力有较大的影响。  相似文献

针对实际电网存在着大量的三绕组变压器,但国际上一些著名商业软件,如BPA仿真软件、Matpower这一权威潮流计算开源软件,均只提供双绕组变压器模型,限制了其在具有三绕组变压器的电力系统中的应用的问题,潮流计算是自主开发的电力系统各种应用软件的核心模块,因此依托国际权威开源程序进行二次开发,是一种较好的选择。对Matpower要求的数据格式进行了归纳,对变压器的一般的等值电路及带理想变压器的等值电路和带标幺值的等值电路进行了分析研究,提出了三绕组变压器转换为双绕组等效模型的建模方法,使得原先只适应双绕组变压器的潮流计算软件可以适用于三绕组变压器电网的潮流计算;最后以Matpower软件为例进行了案例计算,并用PSASP仿真软件进行对比验证。研究结果证明,所提出的建模方法是有效的。  相似文献

A computer simulation model for the contact between longitudinally-oriented rough surfaces has been formulated. This model closely duplicates the actual surf ace contact deformation behavior by taking into account the elastic interactions between the asperities. There were no assumptions made about the shapes, or any deformation behavior of the asperities, except for their obeying the laws of elasticity. The plastic deformations on the high asperity peaks were taken into account by setting a ceiling on their contact pressures at the material hardness value. The simulations used real surface profiles which were digitized from unworn circumferentially ground steel surfaces. Each pair of these profiles was mathematically combined to form an equivalent rough profile pressing against an infinitely rigid flat and having the appropriately adjusted elastic modulus. A total of 28 different pairs of profiles were used in the simulations. Each contacting pair was subjected to 30 different load levels and the local contact pressures and deformations were calculated. The contact simulations yielded some important mathematical relationships between parameters, such as the real area of contact, average gap, and average asperity load through statistical curve fitting. Two analytical functions were generated to relate the average load to average gap and the real area of contact to load.  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

针对电站锅炉风险等级评价问题,将模糊综合评价技术应用到电站锅炉风险等级评价中。开展了电站锅炉失效影响因素及模糊评价因素的重要程度分析,建立了一套科学合理适于在线评价的电站锅炉风险评价体系,提出了模糊综合评价技术与改进的模糊层次分析法相结合的模糊风险评价方法,利用改进的模糊层次分析法计算了指标体系中各层指标权重。对某一台电站锅炉的实际运行工况影响子因素进行了模糊风险评价,采用模糊合成算子进行模糊综合运算得到电了站锅炉运行工况影响子因素的评价向量。研究结果表明:电站锅炉的运行工况影响子因素的风险评价等级为第6级,失效可能性等级为小,该电站锅炉运行工况良好。  相似文献
