The advantages and drawbacks of methods used to produce inert gases at oil and gas refineries are analyzed. The promising nature of the development of units for the production of inert gases based on treatment of flue gases released by these refineries is demonstrated in connection with trends established for the reconstruction and construction of sulfur-producing plants. Principal approaches to the development of a procedure for producing inert gases are outlined. Primary among these approaches is process and equipment integration for the cleaning of flue gases in a Klaus plant with a unit for tertiary treatment of the flue gases and the production of nitrogen and carbon dioxide. 介绍了目前应用于火炬系统计算的V isual Flow和Inplant通用软件,依据某炼化企业工艺装置和火炬高低压管网布置系统及区域供电系统的实际情况,分别按不同区域变电所停电事故工况,利用V isual Flow(FlareDocum ent模块)和Inplant(Network Model模块)软件,对火炬高低压管网进行了水力及热力模拟计算,并对计算结果进行对比分析,指出了上述软件的应用存在着相对差异。结果表明:V isual Flow与Inplant软件水力计算数学模型是一致的,两个软件的计算结果也是一致的。但V isual Flow软件操作界面相对比较直观,方便计算人员操作。Inplant软件中的Network Model模块,可选择管道与外界的热交换型式,更加准确地进行热力模拟计算。对火炬系统进行水力和热力模拟计算应该采用不同的应用软件。  相似文献
