冯钟云：飞武之人

冯钟云在北京的南城长大，家就在天桥附近。天桥曾是耍把式的人的聚集之地，解放后那些帮派、镖局、卖艺人的通通变成了“封建残余”，在人前拾不起头来。他年幼开始跟着这帮人学习武术，在新中国，这些都成了禁忌。

Haptic interactions employ mechanical, programmed physical devices that can be used for human-computer communication via the sense of touch. In Part I of this series, we focused on the devices themselves: the classes of hardware schemes currently available or envisioned, the software components that drive them, and specific examples that can be built on the kitchen table. The author maintains that software managers find staffing decisions difficult because they have never been trained to be successful in the interview and selection process. He reports the results of a series of informal interviews with about 30 managers and engineers regarding the traits software managers look for in the people they have working for them and the characteristics they want to see in job candidates (external or internal) for software-engineering and technician positions on their project teams
